More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

Theresa cared little for the woman that she had tried to kill only hours before, or the being that had emerged from the shadows. She was focused on the one that had been choking her.

Twice now. Twice she was forced to act because the stupid child had gotten someone's hands around her throat.

"I am not going to sleep again. I wont fight, but I can't trust you people to not choke the idiot." she stated flatly.

Silhouette? That's her? Looks a lot different from the succubus form she first saw. Not that much of a downgrade.

"That's your true form huh?"

Theo heard a cough, despite the phone being held away.

"That was the plan. I'll get things ready." Theo said his goodbye and hung up to arrange for the meeting to take place.

Sill silently shook her head in response to Liv's question.

"This is the form I am forced to take outside of the shadow realm without Trinity's help. It would have been your fate as well had I not intervened."

She looked down at the girl with the blue hair and studied her.

"What you did earlier, you actually wounded me. Only mythril can harm us beyond regeneration. What is your power exactly?" she asked Rock.

Theresa stared at the woman for a moment. Her expression was a blank slate.

"I can absorb natural ores and metals. I can then use the metal I've absorbed to change my body into any weapon I can think of. The man calling himself Dusk said that if Trinity showed up, I was supposed to follow her into the shadow realm using his blood and kill you both."

Sill narrowed her eyes and looked at the other women. Specifically she was looking toward Rydia and Liv.

"The two of you carry my brother's taint. It is not dangerous in anyway, but it does tell me that you confronted him. He is a loud mouthed fool when he thinks he has that upper hand. Did he say anything to either of you?"

Rydia thought for a moment, but she shook her head once she realized she had nothing.

"He didn't say much after I arrived."

She turned to Liv and asked, "You were fighting him before I showed up, right? Did he say anything to you?"

"He punched a large hole in Umbra's barrier but can't break through Lumen's barrier.He was frustrated at how close he is in releasing the Decaelum." Liv responded." I've seen em. He wants to unleash them on the world. To reap what they have sown."

Sill stopped and craned her head toward Liv. Her silver eyes showed a combination of a question and a wish. Did I just hear her right? Please don't let me have heard her right.

"That...did you say Decaelum? You heard him say that? You saw them?!" she asked with a steady crescendo of panic preceding each question.

Rydia looked looked from Liv to Sill and back again.

"Liv, what did you see when Mother gave you her eyes?"

"Yes on all three." Liv replied to Sill."In my vision Crosis said that they have breached Lumen's and Umbra's barrier but from what I saw with Eclipse, they haven't broken Lumen's barrier."

"A world that came before. But I don't think this is the place to talk about that," Liv said as she looked at the other people on the chopper."

That, indeed, was actually something that he had not covered in his reading of social interactions. He figured it must be one of those things that is unwritten that everyone knows.

He looked a Deora for a moment as he thought about what she said. "So males are not allowed in a female restroom? Very well."

His body shrunk slightly as his features became softer and more delicate. His hair grew longer and his eyes just a bit more almond shaped. A second later he was no longer a he.

She smiled sweetly and asked, "Is this better?"

Deora recoiled a bit at the sight of the boy(?) transforming. She'd gotten used to seeing all kinds of mutations in Valhalla, but this was a new one to her. It took her a moment to realize (s)he had had her a question. It was supremely weird, but she tried to see the kid as the girl it was trying to be. The body shape was okay, and the clothes were androgynous enough. "Y-yeah. I think that'll work. Just, uh, don't do stuff like that in public." She said, glancing around to see if anyone noticed.

Gidget sighed, but it wasn't really a sigh of relief. She felt worse than she had a few seconds ago when she was throwing up. She hated keeping things from him.

She noticed that he had winced just slightly. She figured he was still feeling the effects of the DJ's weapon. So was she.

"I know." she finally said. "Right now, we should get something for our heads. I'm sure your headache is as bad as mine right now. I have some medicine back in our room."

She purposely stayed in his arms as they made their way back to their domicile. The longer she stayed close to him, she better she felt about things.

She opened the door, went straight to the medicine cabinet, grabbed a bottle of aspirin, and paused. After a few seconds of hesitation she popped two into her palm and set them on the counter. She replaced the bottle and then grabbed a bottle of Tylenol for herself. After shaking a pair loose she filled a glass with water from the kitchenette and took the little red and while capsules.

She picked up the aspirin from the table with the glass and took them to Ako.

"Here you go, Babe."

Sill looked down the chopper to see a lot of people staring at her. The dragon priest were particularly aghast.

"Ah, yes, you have a point Liv. Perhaps we should go somewhere more private."

The darkness that comprised Silhouette's body spread out and encompassed the women involved in the discussion. When the darkness faded Liv, Freya, Rydia, Rock, and Trinity were in Trinity's bedroom in Valhalla.

Rydia threw her arms out to steady herself. Before she knew it they were on solid ground again.

"What was that? Where are we?" she asked with a royally demanding tone.

Freya held her hand up toward her niece and said, "Settle down, kiddo. We're in an underground facility for people like us. As for how we got here...that was different."

Sill nodded apologetically. "Please forgive me. It's something I haven't done in quite sometime. But we have more important things to discuss. I think it's time you knew the origin of the meteors."

The ancient lifted Trinity gently onto the bed and shook her host gently.

"Wake up Trinity. There's little time to waste."

Damien tilted her head for a moment before she shrugged and walked into the ladies bathroom.

She approached the stall that the sobbing was most evidently coming from. She rapped on the door gently and asked, "Kerana, are you alright? Do you require a comforting hug or words of encouragement?"

Ako had plopped down on the bed as soon as they got back, and didn't hesitate to take the pills Gidget gave him. He hadn't noticed her choice, he'd had his eyes closed against the headache. That was one of the more insidious effects of the DJ's weapon, he was finding. Even after exposure stopped, headaches just got worse.

Gidget sat next to her man and scooted as close as she could to him. She could see that he was still feeling the effects of the DJ's bass canon. She wasn't feeling all that great either. The question that had been on the tip of her tongue for the last hour finally found it's voice.

"What was that, do you think? That was a pretty elaborate way to get us into that parking garage."

The ancient lifted Trinity gently onto the bed and shook her host gently.

"Wake up Trinity. There's little time to waste."

Trinity's eyes started to open she moaned a little then realized where she was. It was the apartment that she and Theonis share, "We're back already?" She wondered if it was her old habit of shadow traveling while she was asleep. "Did I do this?"
