More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

Ako willingly follows Gidgets lead, gladly taking a seat. Even though he'd been riding all day and would have kept standing to rest his rump, the seat was surprisingly comfortable. He seemed to sink into it, letting his arms collapse on the rests. "I guess I could take a Coke." He said in response to her offer.

"I'm sorry I left so quickly, I just had to. I couldn't git rid of this feeling that I couldn't stay here any longer." He paused to pick his words carefully. He didn't want to scare her with what really made him leave. "It wasn't any of you, so don't worry." He added with a bit of a smile.

He didn't really know what else to say. He didn't even really know what he ws doing back here. The same force that made him leave, like little voice in the back of his head, had made him come back.

With another wave of her hand a can of Coke is brought to Ako by a little robot closely resembling R2-D2. The can is dispensed from the top of it's head. It chirps to get Ako's attention.

"It's probably for the best. It hasn't been safe for us in this city since Leviathan's assault. I've managed to get by as a regular human due to my being able to fiddle with records with the blink of an eye. For others it isn't so easy.

Psht, except for Ray. His billions keep him safe. He's too busy keeping his own a** in the clear to screw around with us any more. Well, at least in a personal sense. He's been quite the competitor professionally.

But anyways, I'm so happy to see you. You haven't changed much at all."

But I've changed completely, the thinks to herself. I eat and drink in order to keep my body warm and my systems cool.

While he was freeing the people still trapped in the cars his mind was elsewhere. Wondering what he could do with this power of his. If he were to master it he should be able to create massive shockwaves that would devastate this intersection. Hell..he could destroy a city block. Much like he took down his own dorm by accident. His mind stopped. Just...how many people did he kill with that? How many parents got a call saying that their child had died? He knew his own parents got one. In all of the chaos he had escaped so he was presumed dead. The longer he stays here, the more likely it will be that someone films this and they would be known all across town. You could clearly see that it was troubling him just by looking at him.

Liadan smiled somewhat at Alec when he spoke. She turned to the girl... Kereana, who sort of just walked in. She silently invited Alce in, and closed the door behind him.

Jezebel paused when she looked at Kereana making her way inside and setting things down. She blinked several times and watched her wide eyed. When the girl asked to use the microwave, she paused once more. "Sure. Go ahead." She said, gesturing to the machine.

Tasny could hear the sirens close by now, but she didn't care. She'd been on tv before. Proably more times then she knew about. She couldn't care less. For her, she hoped that it let people know that someone was out there helping them. Right before she reached the second intersection, her paused, her eyes wide as visions flashed before her eyes. "No.... NO!" She screamed as she rushed back towards the first pile. "MOVE!"

The creature keeps his eyes down, only briefly bringing them up to look around. It glances at each of the girls, smiling awkwardly and blushing. It can't help but wonder if the real Alec would have been able to handle a situation like this.

It can feel their life, their disdain, their taste for anarchy. It loves it.

"You...uh...how has...y'know, what do you think of the place so far?"

Theonis went back to reality as he heard Angels screams. As he looked to his right he could see her rushing back towards the first pile again but there was no one there.As much as he liked to help her now the young woman inside the car needed his help more seeing as she was stuck in a position that could kill her.

"Angel! You've already helped everyone there! There's nothing there!" he shouted after her.  

[Tatsoi]

"The room is... Adequate… enough for our tastes." Jezebel spoke up as she leaned back in her seat and crossed her legs. Her narrowed eyes drilling a hole through the boy, as if it was his fault she were stuck there.

Liadan frowned somewhat and quickly spoke up. "What she meant was, it's fine." She smiled somewhat and nodded. "Thanks for the food. It was really nice to you to think of us."

"Actually..." Jezebel sat up and took her eyes off the boy, to glance at the girl. "How did you know we were here? We've only been here for at the most 30 minutes."

She shook her head. "You don't understand, the-" As she spoke the traffic lights hanging above suddenly snapped, falling into the middle of the road. She rushed forwards, jumping to protect both Theonis and the woman as the light fell, sparking the puddle of gasoline which had collected from the cars. The explosion was fast, but Tansy was just a hair faster as she spread out her wings to protect them from most of the damage.

The creature fiddles with it's hands and mutters, "I...uh...that is...I have the...um....ability to see multiple outcomes for the...uh...future. I saw you three."  

[Tatsoi]

All three woman seems to be interested in this. It was then that Jezebel made a snap decision. He would be either very harmful to their plans, or very helpful. "Well... that is something, isn't it?" Her voice was suddenly charming a sweet. She smiled as she leaned forwards and grabbed some of the mashed potatoes. "My sister's and I would like to thank you for the thought, and bringing us food. It was very kind of you."

"Please, have and seat and make yourselves at home." Liadan smiled brightly, liking the Jezebel was at least trying to be nice.

The siblings sat on the couch next to each other just as they walked. Jezebel in the middle, Kali on the right and Liadan taking the seat on Jez's left.

Theonis just finished removing a crucial piece of metal that trapped the woman as the whole thing happened. Instinctively he threw up a wall of pressure in front of them. An explosion is basically a pressure bomb so he would have been safe. But why did Angel jump in front of it?
He could have made it. He would have protected himself and that woman if he had noticed. If he wasn't so damn focused on helping that woman. Even since Angel came along he had been doing things that wasn't like him at all.

He panicked, he was afraid of the worst but most of all he was angry. Angel might have protected him and the woman if Theonis hadn't but what about the other people around? Were they injured due to the blast?
"Goddamnit Angel! Why the hell did you do that?! I can save myself! What about the others?! What about yourself?! What did ya think would have happened to you!?" he shouted at her. Maybe it was due to his confusions that he was angry. Because he didn't care about what happened to the others. But why risk her life for him? She had only known him for a maybe half a day and on top of that he had devastated the lives of many people.

Ako took the drink from the little bot, looking at the machine curiously. He heard Gidget speak of Charles Ray and Leviathan, but couldn't think of anything to respond with. "I'm glad to see you, too." He said. "and thanks, I think it's a minor side effect of the meteor, I heal fast and age slow. I think I'm closer to 21 than 31."
