Midnight's Dorm #23

She walked into her dorm and closed the door. She went to her closet and got out her dress and some flat shoes that matches it. Then she saw a envelope with a package. She read the letter and she smiled and giggled. Then she turned toward the package and opened it. She smiled and set it down on the bed quickly got changed and put it on and left toward the ballroom.

Walking slowly down the hallway, their hands laced together, Fenix walked with Sol, lost in thought about what had happened to Jeice. Did his father secretly have that same sort of power over him? Would he be able to control himself if his father ever tried? Thoughts raced through his head at a million miles an hour, and he looked at the floor in front of them silently, lost in his head. It was only until they had reached Sol's dorm room door that Fenix came back to reality. He looked around and smiled sheepishly at Sol.
"Sorry," He murmmered, apologizing for his being silent. He sighed and looked at her door, then back to her. "Crazy stuff." He said simply, giving her a tight-lipped smile. "Shall I leave you here then?" He asked her softly, playing with and looking down at her hand in his.

It was a quiet walk to her dorm looking over at Fenix who seemed to have something on his mind. Maybe it was about what happened with Jeice. As they got to her down and he apologized, she smiled sweetly at him. " Don't be sorry. And if you want you can come in." she unlocked the door and pushed it open.

Despite himself, Fenix smiled ad raised his eyebrows some as Sol pushed her door open. He followed her inside, closing the door behind him gently. Once inside, Fenix let his eyes wander around her room, taking in his surroundings.
He didn't sit down just yet. This was the first time he was in Sol's room with her. And though he wasn't one for feeling out of place, Fenix suddenly felt awkward. He looked at Sol's bed, thought about sitting on it, but his feet seemed to think he was just fine standing in the middle of her room.

She walked over to her bed and sat down on it and looked towards Fenix. " You can sit down if you want." She said noticing that he didn't seem comfortable. Then awkward silence filled her dorm. She was trying to think of something to break the silence that was lingering.

As Sol invited Fenix over to sit with her, he smiled and nodded. He sat himself on her bed, next to Sol, and after a moment passed, he quietly lay his head onto her shoulder.
"Man this sucks.." He said softly. Sighing, he placed his hand on her thigh. "I'm sorry your getting dragged along with all this." He added. He knew she wasn't dealing with it for the heck of it; She loved him. And he loved her. But he didn't want his family drama coming so soon. Not when they were still getting to know one another.

She watched as he sat himself down next to her and lay his head on her shoulder and his hand on her thigh. She listened to him talk and chuckled a little. "Don't be sorry." She spoke kissing the top of his head. "It will all be worth it in the end. Won't it?"

Fenix chuckled, grinning to himself. "Oh I think it should be. At least," He said, entwining his fingers with hers. "I hope it will be." He said softly, looking up to Sol earnestly.

She looked down at their hands and rubs my against your hand. After s while she looked up at him and gave him a reassuring smile looking into his amazing green eyes.

She didn't say much, but they way Sol grabbed his hands and looked into his eyes reassured Fenix more than anything else. He smiled and lay his head on her shoulder again. He then wrapped his arms around Sol and fell backwards, dragging her with him. As they bounced on the mattress softly from their light impact, Fenix chuckled.
"How can i expect you to defend yourself from the likes of my family if I can pull you down?" He asked her in an exasperated tone of voice. Fenix smiled to himself, looking up to Sol for her reaction.

She smiled as he leaned on her and wrapped his warm arms around her and they fell back on the mattress. Then she laughed when he spoke and said. " Well then I'll have to be trained." She kissed his lips softly.

Fenix kisses Sol softly, enjoying her soft lips against his as always. At least some things stayed the same in these crazy times. He listened to Sol speak, then a very large and very imature smile began to cross his face.
"Training huh?" He repeated, raising his eyebrows suggestively. "I like the sound of that.." He said, laughing softly afterward. He placed a hand on Sol's hip, looking into her eyes happily.

She watched as the smile grew across his face and giggled as they stared into one an others eyes. Their faces only couple inches away from another. She spoke softly "Maybe you can help." She said kinda shy but forward.

Fenix's cool demeanor melted away as Sol spoke softly to him, suggesting that he held 'train' her. He was originally poking fun at her words, turning them on her and making everything seem like a joke with sexual undertones. Now, Fenix couldn't tell where her mind was.
On one hand, she could be referring to training her for battle; Which was what they should have been doing a while ago. Sol's words could be no more than an innocent suggestion at getting back on track and preparing her for the inevitable confrontation between Jeice's sisters and herself.
But on the other hand...They were both on her bed, with the door closed to her dorm room. The lights were on, but softly so, and there was a scent of romance in the air. Sol's face was merely inches from his own, and she had said the words with a forward sense, coupled with a shy facade. Looking to her now, Fenix couldn't tell what she had meant, and knew the only way he could know was to ask her.
"And in what sense would I ah...Train you?" He asked her, his own voice quivering some with a shy nervousness now.

She stared at him for a minute wondering what she was talking about till it hit her. He was asking her that cause he was wondering if it was for training and something else. Which was that they were alone together in her dorm and on her bed. She really ment that for him to help train her for battle but maybe she could pull for the both. Just thinking of it made her blushed more. "Uh...umm...what do you mean?" She asked curiously.
