More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

Gidget giggles and looks at him cutely. "What do you think of little gadget girl all grown up? I miss the pink hair sometimes, but it doesn't look very professional. It sure beats having no hair though."

"I'm guessing you've seen me on the TV at one point or another. What have you been up to these last thirteen years?"

Ako's heart fluttered a bit at Gidget's giggle. "You've grown into quite a beautiful woman, pink hair or not." He had to admit, though he used to see her as a little sister, that was many years ago. She seemed to have grown up a lot, while he had stayed close to the same age, at least physically.

He stopped the train of thought abruptly. Why was he thinking like that? This was still Gidget, the little inventor. "I can't say I've seen much of you, but I've heard a little about what you've done. Particularly the Medscanner." He smirked a bit as he remembered the incident in Colorado again. "And as to what I've been up to, I think the less said about that, the better."

Anger flashed in the winged woman's eyes. "Stop calling me Angel!" She screamed at him, getting up in his face. "My name is Tansy, and it always has been. And how DARE you-" She stopped. Something was wrong. "I don't know what's going on, but we need to leave." She turned from him and got ready to take off. "NOW!" She shouted back at him as she shot up into the sky.

Okay...not what he was expecting. But it wasn't really helping. Now they were both pissed at each other. However it seemed that there wasn't enough time to discuss that here since she shot off after that.
Theonis shot up after her. He wanted to say something to her. Most likely about her real name which she never told him and what else she was going to say. But for now he kept his mouth shut seeing as he would most likely make things worse.

Jezebel watched in horror as the girl practially swallow her food whole. "No." She started, her voice filled with distaine as she placed the container of mashed potatoes back onto the back. "We don't eat much."

Lia paused for a moment. "What she means is, we're not really hungry. Our chief made us a large lunch this afternoon." She smiled as she tried to cover for her sister. She wished from time tontine that the eldest was more gentle with her words, but then she wouldn't be the Jezebel she knew.

Trinity continued to look at her phone hoping that Gidget would text her before they got to the girls. Alas that did not happen, she thought to herself I guess she had something important to work on.... She observed their behavior, Alec being shy, she did wonder if the biomatter could use its victim's power does it mean it could use the memories of the victim too? If that's the case then it could do a good job mimicking its victim exactly and no one could tell the difference, even close friends and perhaps not even one's mother.

She pulls out her phone looking at it. Gidget had modified it so that when she was surrounded with a certain level of darkness it would switch to a high contrast mode which would less than likely give her away. It was a problem at before when she first got her phone the light birghtness from it would reveal what shadow she was in while she was on stake out.

She started texting the captain [Has any one reported any signs of North?] she doubted it but thought she'd check just in case. She continued to observe Kerana's interaction with the girls. It seemed obvious that one of them didn't fancy her. Granted, Kerana's personality can be overwhelming at times, especially as a first impression. Considering that there are four witnesses she figured if it was going to strike it wouldn't do it with more than one person in the same room, as far as she knows it can't absorb more than 2 victim at once. She sent another text to Kodak, perhaps the camera was doing the same thing when Kerana and Alec were heading to the girls' room she sent co-ordinates as well and asked him to keep an eye on the door until the guy and the fox girl were out of there. Trinity had not had dinner yet, she wanted a confirmation from Kodak before she grabbed dinner.

Ako's words touch something deep within Gidget. Subconsciously, she commands her thermal regulators to heat up and focus primarily on her face. This causes her to actually blush. She doesn't realize she is doing it.

She can't believe that he actually said she is beautiful. She shrinks a little bit in her seat and grins uncontrollably.

Once she realizes that she is acting like a child, she clears her throat and takes a moment to recompose herself. "Ahem, fair enough. I just thought that maybe you had gone on some sort of personal quest."

The creature scoffs, "Psht, you have a personal chef? What did you do to end up here, rebel against the society that has pampered you?"

The creature is somewhat shocked by it's words and tone. Apparently the boy had something against privileged people.

The security chief answers back to Trinity:
[Nothing yet. If he has gone topside he could be anywhere.]

Kodak responds with a video message:
Trinity, it's Kodak. I looked over the co-ordinates you sent me, and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong yet. I will keep watching just to be sure.

Ako couldn't help but smile at Gidget's blush. In some was it didn't seem as though she'd changed at all in these thirteen years.

Her response wiped the smile away, though, but only because it made him think. "In a way, that's kinda what it was. After what happened at Charles Ray's lab, then the hospital, and then the little port you put in the back of your head, I think I was close to a breakdown. I left to try and get my head back." He could share that much, it was the smaller details that she didn't need to know about. Like how he got the motorcycle, and what happened to some of the people he met.

Deora finished her food and sat back. Justine hadn't answered her question, and she didn't think it was important enough to press. She'd probably ask Kerana or someone else tomorrow.  

[Tatsoi]

Jezebel's head snapped towards Alec. "No." she growled at him. "We happened to be the cause of a small accident. Then Miss Robot stormed in, zapped and and dragged us here." she scoffed as she crossed her arms over her chest, as well crossing her legs. She was used to being mocked for coming for a rich family.

Liadan felt paniced as she watched Alec and Jezebel. She was worried that they might get into some kind of agrumemt. She was about to step in when she felt something. Goosebumps appeared on her arms and she looked around the room. She couldn't see anything, but still.... She leaned over and spoke softly. "Someone I watching us..."

The security chief answers back to Trinity:
[Nothing yet. If he has gone topside he could be anywhere.]

[Right, anything comes up let me know.]

She notices she had a video message and not wanting to give her position away from the sound it would make she decided to emerge from a shadow on the ceiling on the ground floor. Not far from the room where she was. She opens the message and sees Kodak on her smart phone.

Trinity, it's Kodak. I looked over the co-ordinates you sent me, and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong yet. I will keep watching just to be sure.

She calls Kodak, "Hey Kodak I just got your message, keep an eye out through that camera for signs of trouble and don't hesitate to call when there is. I'm grabbing a bite to eat and will return shortly. One thing though, like what we saw with North earlier was there any video disturbance over Alec's face? I would say about 10 minutes ago?"

Tansy landed not to far away. She looked down at the intersection with a sort of sad look and sighed. She watched as the police and other emergency personal began to show up and start to take the people off. "They'll be in good hands now." She said softly as she began to turn and walk away once more.

Gidget bites her bottom lip. She hadn't intended that port to freak out any of her friends. Now she is definitely glad she had installed it, or else she probably wouldn't have survived. She leans forward in her chair and places her chin against her knuckles while resting her arm on her knee. "How would you say your head is now?"

Jez's words catch the creatures attention. The mechanical abomination did in fact bring the girls in. The creature can see that the oldest girl holds a sort of leadership role over the younger two, and she has it in for the abomination. It can use this. "Miss Robot...do you mean Ms. Gidget?"

Kodak looks over earlier footage and responds, "That's going to be a negative Trinity. Though it's hard to get a good look at anyone's face when they hide under their emo hair."

"I am going to speak my mind for a bit hope you don't mind. Even if you do I will." Theonis spoke up.

"Who are you really? Tansy or Angel? Because you often refer to yourself as Angel or as a angel. And how the hell was I supposed to know that your real name is Tansy when you never told me!? And what the hell just happened? I won't be able to say anything if I don't know what triggers you like this! You mind telling me?"  

[Tatsoi]

"Don't call it something it isn't." Her voice was filled with distain. "That thing can pretend to be human all it wants. But when you don't actually have a face, something is wrong."

Liadan and Kali both looked at their sister strangely. Neither one had seen this... faceless?... side of the woman who had brought them here.

"All I did was accidentally dropped it's fire shields, and it zaps me and tells my sister's that they can either come quietly or it and it's friend would drag them here." She scoffed and turned to Alec. "So forgive me if I'm a little upset, but we didn't have a choice in the matter."

When he started to speak, she paused and sighed. If he was going to talk anyways, she might as well listen. Not that she had asked him to follow her, nor had she asked for his help. When he began to yell at her once more, all she could feel was anger... and maybe even hate. Her narrowed her eyes as she walked back up to him.

"I am Tansy Hinzard! The woman who was struck and KILLED by the first meteor. The woman who struck Charles Ray's interest to try and find a way to live forever, the reason he meet Gigdet and RUINED the life of a 12 year old girl, The one who let her friends down, maybe even the reason that some of them are dead! That is who I am." She scoffed, fighting back the tears in her eyes. "A few years back... I went insane...." She cleared her throat, her voice softer then before. "I have a personality disorder..... Angel..." She gasped for air as the tears slid down her face. "Is who I wanted to be." She turned her head for a second, and let out a slow deep breath. "But I know now that that's not what I need to be. I need to be who I am, and accept that. I'm not prefect. No one ever is. But trying to be so, and push... all the people I care about aside... That's the worse thing I could have done...." She sighed once more. "I need to fix it... I HAVE to fix it. I just have too...."
