More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

"Um..okay..well you're going to have to let go if we want to go to the cafeteria to get some food." Theo responded, hoping she would let go. He knew she was scared but he really couldn't go anywhere with her clung to him like this.

"You can hold my arm if you want."

Liv had her eyes closed and just relaxed as Heather's hands moved all over her naked body. Her shoulders stopped tensing up and she let out a deep breath.

"Whoever invented showers should get a Nobel prize or something..."

The alarm finally turned off as Gidget flung herself across the bed to her phone. She looked through the messages and gasped. She dialed Trinity's number and brought the phone to her ear.

Trinity heard her phone rings knowing it was Gidget she answered. She didn't like having to relay the bad news the death toll, every death at Valhalla weighed heavily upon her like she had failed everyone. The fact that this happened on her watch did not make the rest of the citizens feel safe. If that were so how will she be able to protect the new group from the floating island when they arrive?

She rubbed her arm a little and explained what happened to Gidget. She pointed out why took the route she took. Also she pointed that she needed to tell her and Theonis about what could be a catastrophe of epic proportions.

Liv had her eyes closed and just relaxed as Heather's hands moved all over her naked body. Her shoulders stopped tensing up and she let out a deep breath.

"Whoever invented showers should get a Nobel prize or something..."

Heather could feel a heat beyond arousal build within her. It was making her senses run wild and her inhibitions gradually disappear. She used her free hand to sweep Liv's hair over one shoulder so she could start kissing and nibbling on the nape of the blonde's neck.

Rydia paused for a moment, as though she felt some sort of imminent danger. She shrugged and dismissed it, confident that any threats was done for the time being.

Trinity heard her phone rings knowing it was Gidget she answered. "Okay. Yea, I got it. Let's meet in my lab, I think I remember reading something about that girl you mentioned. You should probably bring her too. 'Kay, I'll see you soon."

Gidget ended the call with Trinity and turned to Ako.

"We could have a Legion level event on our hands. Are you okay to come with me to the lab so we can find out what's going on together?"

Theresa nodded and adjusted herself so that she was clung to his left arm.

Before they got moving she meekly asked, "What's a cafeteria?"

"Got it. See you there." As Gidget ended the call she turned to Theonis and Theresa. "A cafeteria is a place where one can get food. It looks like Gidget wants to meet all three of us in her lab. We may have to grab food to go. It may be a better idea to take the quicker route." She suggested to Theonis hinting at shadow traveling.

Gidget ended the call with Trinity and turned to Ako.

"We could have a Legion level event on our hands. Are you okay to come with me to the lab so we can find out what's going on together?"

"I think I am." Ako said. He was feeling better, more focussed, more aware. Like the cobwebs were clearing up. "Were there this many major events while I was gone? How'd yyou get anything done?"

"Huh...thought I was calling the shots around here." Theo joked.

"Anyway, I think it would be best to get there asap. But I am not sure if she is ready for that right now. Shadow Traveling I mean." Theo said referring to the girl attached to his arm.

"Think you can handle it?. I'll be with you." He asked her.

A smile crept on her face when she felt the woman kiss the back of her neck. A few things went through her mind. For one, she found herself becoming increasingly tired despite the situation. Not surprising for someone who hasn't slept for a month. Liv really was in the mood to continue all of it but she wasn't sure how well she could....perform under this fatigue. Plus she wondered if she could even make it out of the shower. The blonde was going to say something until her vision blurred a bit. She stumbled a bit. Using her arms against the wall for support she rested a bit till her vision was clear again.

"I'm...I'm sorry Heather. Can...can we finish this tomorrow? A month of not sleeping and today....is really taking it's toll on me...I can barely see straight...

"Huh...thought I was calling the shots around here." Theo joked.

"Anyway, I think it would be best to get there asap. But I am not sure if she is ready for that right now. Shadow Traveling I mean." Theo said referring to the girl attached to his arm.

"Think you can handle it?. I'll be with you." He asked her.

Theresa looked up at Theonis and bit her bottom lip. If shadow traveling was anything like what the dark lady did earlier she was not looking forward to feeling sick and terrified again, But, Theonis said he'd be there with her, and she was okay with that.

She nodded rapidly and tightened her grip on his arm before she muttered, "O-okay."

Without skipping a beat the three of them dropped through their shadows then shortly emerged from within the lab.

"I'll be right back." she made a quick stop at the cafeteria picked up her usual chicken ceaser salad and bottle of water. She picked up a cheeseburger, and bottle of water for Theresa. With the amount of power she used she would figure she would need something substantial to help recover. After she picked up the food she took a moment to eat and finished her salad and drink her water. She was surprised on how quickly she devoured it. With the day she'd been having wasn't really that surprising.

Seconds later she returned and gave Theresa a cheeseburger and water bottle. Then placed the remnants of her lunch in th nearest recycling bin. She let out a sigh of relief as they waited for Gidget, "Much better."

Theo was pretty much used to shadow traveling. Nothing new for him.

"See...that wasn't so bad, was it?" He asked Theresa who clung to his arm. Then after a short while Trinity appeared again with their food. At least...that's what he thought. He held out his hand only to see it go to Theresa.

"Well...I guess I'll go get my own afterwards..." Theo said while raising an eye brow at Trinity like 'okaaaaayl?'

Trinity noticed Theo's reaction. "Well you're usually not hungry because of your power. She had exerted herself in that las attack. I figured something to eat is the least I could do."

"I can grab you something to eat if you want. I probably can get it to you before Gidget comes in."

"Nah, it's fine. I'll get some later. Don't want to shove it in my face when Gidget shows up."
