Meghan shook her head. "You may not want me to worry, but I must say it's kind of a bad habbit," she sighed. "But, you alwasy look sad or something... more than anyone I've seen before

besides that I haven't seen to many people unless they were in the towns," she said the last part softly. She looked up at him, and after a moment she smiled.

Sai looked down at Kaori. "Enjoying this?" he asked softly. He sat down next to her and laughed. "I do believe I haven't learned your name," he said to Kei as he reached out a hand to pet him gently on the head.

[[can i do that? eek it's like ::bites hand:: ...ow...i'm bleeding... ::no emotion::]]  

[Lyssie Sue]

Drake looked up at the sky, "The sun should be down soon. Then I get to see your beautiful demon form once again." He said with a big grin looking down at Yuri.

Yuri only sighed, "You a such a pervert..." She said as she narrowed her eyes at him, then crossed her arms again. She glanced up at the sky, 'And then I can send him to the hospital...' She thought, she hated when he would hit on her.  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai shook his head slightly. "I'm fine, really." He smiled at her again, feeling slightly uncomfortable. She barely knew him, why'd she care so much? He frowned slightly again as he registered her words. A habit of worrying? This place really was different from home... He pushed his thoughts away quickly and looked back up at her. "But I'm serious. I'm fine, so you don't have to worry."

Kaori jumped in surprise and then looked towards Sai as he sat next to her. "Ah, yes..." she murmured uncertainly. She smiled faintly however, as he reached towards the dragon. Kei watched his hand for a second and then extended his neck, rubbing his head against it. "His name's Kei," Kaori said, petting the dragon as well. "I can't wait until he's big enough to ride..." She glanced up curiously as Drake spoke about a transformation.

[If you're asking to pet the dragon, then yes, you can. =B]

She looked down at the grass, feeling she had done something wrong. "You can say that, and I'll agree, but i'll just keep on worrying," she sighed, closing her eyes.

Sai smiled as he pet Kei. "It's nice to meet you Kei," he smiled. "Well, I'd like to see you ride him.... that'd be pretty interesting. I mean, i've seen a lot of things, but i dont' think i've ever seen that before," he laughed.  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kaori nodded and grinned, forcing her uneasiness aside. "Yes!" she said eagerly. "It'll be fun, right Kei?" The dragon snorted at her but flapped his wings quickly, rising a few inches from her lap before letting himself drop again.

Kai frowned, running a hand through his hair. He grunted softly and shook his head. "...fine," he said after a while but kept his gaze locked upon her. He noted her look down and reached a hand out, gently lifting her chin. The action surprised him, but he didn't stop. "Hey, don't feel bad either. You're not doing anything wrong, I'm just not used to it.."  

[Lyssie Sue]

Yuri closed her eyes as felt the night came, her body started to glow a bright pale blue making it hard to see her transform. She started to transform into her demon form.

Drake closed his eyes and shielded them with his hand. "Gee, thanks for the bright warning..." He muttered mostly to himself.

The bright glow soon disappeared reveling Yuri's demon form. A faint pale blue aura glicened(sp?) around her new form, her long silver hair almost touching the ground seemed look a very pale blue because of the aura. Her dark purple eyes seemed to look as if they were almost crimson. She sighed once again, "Drake, if you say one word about my outfit... I swear I will kill you..." She said softly as she narrowed her dark purple eyes at him.

Meghan opened her eyes, looking up at Kai, his hand under her chin. Her emerald and brown eyes were glassed over slightly [[she was going to cry? iunno, felt like saying it]], as she smiled weakly. "You're stubborn sometimes," she sighed, "but I guess I have no right to say anything, huh?" She smiled sweetly at him before saying "If you say you're not used to someone worrying, then i guess I have no choice but to accept it." she said, nodding her head gently. The light didn't faze[sp? i think it's wrong] her at all, since she was used to sudden brightness from being in tombs then coming out into the sunlight.

"you'll be flying in no time," he laughed. "I'll be cheering for you, too," he smiled down at Kei, "So don't let me down," he winked.

 

[Krazy Kaori]

The dragon made a noise halfway between a purr and a growl as he looked up at Sai, bobbing his head lightly up and down to show he understood. Kaori laughed and patted him on the head. She smiled towards Sai and opened her mouth to speak, but was distracted by the sudden light. Her hand flew up to cover her eyes and when she next peered through her fingers, Yuri was completely different. Kaori gaped for a moment before crying excitedly, "Wow! That was amazing!"

Kai pulled his hand away and stared at it slowly, as if scolding it for acting on its own, even though he knew it was he who controlled it. He sighed deeply and looked back towards Meghan. "But you know... Maybe I could learn to get used to it. I know that I have a lot to get out of this place." He glanced towards Kaori as she watched Yuri in amazement. "I'm glad I followed her after all." He began wondering why he was telling the girl all this, but pushed the thought away.

"Well, while you get used to that," she said, looking over at Kaori and Sai, "I know one thing. It seems you're speaking your mind, whether you know it or not," she smiled. She turned to Yuri, "Nice transformation. I've never seen one similar to it..." she said in a slight awe.

"There ya go." he laughed, seeing Kaori's amazment in Yuri's transformation. she reminds me of a child seeing lots of things for the first time, he thought.

 

[Xelaxig]

Xel took her hand and shook it. "My name is Xel." He smiled at her.  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai frowned slightly, but nodded at Meghan's words. He didn't really understand why he was talking so much suddenly, but he didn't really mind either. He smiled very softly at her and then glanced towards Kaori and Sai. Finally, his gaze shifted towards Drake and Yuri as he took in the girl's transformation.

Kaori tore her eyes from Yuri as Sai spoke and smiled at him, nodding briefly. She patted Kei's back and tugged playfully on his wings. In response, the dragon soar up and plopped down on her head. Kaori blinked in surprise and then laughed to herself. She couldn't remember the last time she felt this at ease, and was amazed it was while surrounded by so many. She no longer had to put up her regular tough front and was actually really glad about it.  

[Lyssie Sue]

Yuri smiled a little, "Thank you." She said softly as she put a right hand on her hip. Then lifted her left arm and looked at her wrist. 'Ok... Good it's not that noticable...' She thought to herself as she felt a hand on her shoulder.

Drake had a big grin on his face, showing his vampire fangs, "I see you got a new outfit. Looks good on ya." He said his hand resting on her shoulder as he looked at her up and down.

Yuri narrowed her eyes at him, took his hand off from her shoulder then slapped him, "I told you not to say anything about my outfit you perv." She said in a low, but soft/quiet voice.

He laughed. "Kei, you cease to amaze me," he smiled at the small draggon. He looked up at the sky. "It's so clear... and full of stars," he said under his breath. He saw a few constilations, after a moment or two of looking for them.
Meghan looked up as well, smiling at the stars; she hadn't looked at them in about three months. She touched her right cheek lightly with her right hand, feeling the colord scars left there, hearing Yuri slapping Drake and the ruffle of Kai's clothing to her left. It's like back in the desert... she thought, remembering the warmth of the fire as a tear fell from her eye.

[[don't ya love remembering things? The ones that make you cry cuz ya loved it soooo much heart ]]  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kaori glanced up as well, suddenly feeling very small. She wrapped her arms around herself as she shivered slightly. The small dragon did his strange purring growl again and this time lifted from Kaori's head to drop onto Sai's. If he were able, Kei would have been smirking. However, Kaori didn't even seem to notice.

Kai watched Meghan for a moment and then looked up like everyone else. His eyes focused on one single star that seemed to shine just a bit brighter than the rest. Then he glanced back down and watched as Meghan touched her cheek and he frowned slightly as he saw the tear fall. "Is.. something wrong?" he asked quietly.

[I don't think I have memories like that... -sniffles- xP]

[[wahh?! none? how bout one that made you cry?]]

Sai smirked, as he reached up and patted Kei, still looking at the stars. "I bet even you feel small, Kei-san," he said softly. "What's your consilation, Kaori-chan?" he asked, to see if it was out there.

Meghan looked over at him, her hand still on her cheek. "oh, nothing," she said softly, whipping the tear away with the back of her hand. "Just remembering something," she smiled weakly.
She laugehd. "Were you just worried about me?" she teased, before looking back up.

It was the same time as when we last looked at the stars, they both thought.
