Courtyard (South)

Etsumi hated to quarrel. And yet here she was, getting herself involved in a battle that was none of her business. By involving herself, she almost got yet another person in danger. Etsumi knew she would look like a "wimp" to just back off and walk away, but she didn't have the energy to fight. Music, peaceful and soothing music, was something she found interest in. Violence, was something she found ridiculous and disgusting. A disgusting little game some creatures found amusing.

"I... I have to leave," Etsumi stuttered softly, so that only a few could hear her. Many would call her a coward for leaving so abruptly. But her thoughts told her otherwise at the moment. Don't get involved. You always end up hurting someone when you try to help. So don't even bother. Etsumi told herself and sighed. She packed up her bow and arrow and walked to the other end of the courtyard hoping to find more peace. She hesitated before exiting the south part of the courtyard and glanced at the battles taking place behind her. She shook her head, I hope they come to their senses soon. And left.

((Maaaan I hate fighting RPs @.@;; Plus many of you seemed angry that Etsumi was getting involved. O__o; ! So me gonna head over to the north siiide. LOL >xP))

Scytheress angled her face up toward Gordon as he lept into the sky. In truth the Fox didn't favor aerial combat in the slightest. Her lips split in a smirk as she realized this man treated all winged creatures the same; he'd be sorely mistaken. With her eyes up-turned the sun beat directly into them, her pupils near disappeared and there was a heavy glint reflecting off the golden orbs almost like they glowed but she could still see just fine.

Gordon's attack, this 'Spradic Fire' (is it Sporadic?), was nothing impressive and the accuracy was laughable. Only one shot even came close to knicking her right shoulder and she simply moved out of its way, but her movement now was much different. It was more a phase move leaving behind a set of after-images than a step. In fact her feet never left the ground. When her actual form came to a stop too a translucent form duplicated itself passed only to fade like the ones behind her giving the illusion of initially moving farther than she really had.

Scytheress ran her tongue over her right fang, pricking the tip to draw a small amount of blood before thrusting her right hand into the air toward Gordon. This hand hand been clenched, drawing in energy to it while Gordon had gone on with his trivial offencive, and now as it was throw into the air a great deal of eanergy fused with the wind above her to fire a powerful single shot up aimed just below him. As Gordon obviously had no propulsion system other than gravity this massive attack would strike. The sphere's size alone was at least a foot more in diameter than he was tall and the ripping air that surged within it was pulling the air it passed into it making it larger as it went at little expense to Scythe's energy. When this attack struck Gordon would be torn to shreds of flesh. Any mode of barrier might lessen the blow to leaving just gashes along his skin and cutting the muscles within.

Pander was stronger now. The headache was gone and he was becoming bored. He looked to the wall behind him and shrugged. He was going to go out. He had heard a few other students talking about some Red Dragon Nightclub on his way to the courtyard before.

He pulled out his dagger and began to etch into the wall. After a few seconds he had carved a nice capitol R and had started on the D. After about a minute per letter he was finally satisfied with the legibility and general vissability of the two letters. He spun his dagger, slipping it back into the sheath on his right thigh. He pulled out his gun, dropping the clip into his left hand.

Ode to joy. Two bullets left. Just what I needed.

He aimed between the R and D then shot, making a small hole that formed the period. He moved his gun to the right and fired his last bullet beside the D, making the second period.

Well. If she is going to take me to the infirmary, which I dout now, she'll have to find me. I just hope she understands.

He slipped the gun back into it's holster behind his belt and smirked. He looked back at Scytheress and smiled.

Catch me when you can fox-elf. I'll be waitting.

He walked out of the courtyard, hands in pockets and eyes on the ground infront of him. He heard other students talking about where the club was to their friends so he followed the directions he heard, hoping they were right.

Suddenly gordon stood upright and shot straight into the clouds till he couldn't be seen. Jax looked wondering. Gordon only did that when he wanted to leave dismisions but gordon wouldn't run. He looked up and saw him coming back down. At fast rate



" Chaos fireball!" Screamed Gordon as he shot farther down but he wasen't aiming for Scytheress. Instead he was aiming torwards the ground infront of her. Unlike her he wasen't trying to kill anyone. When he hit the ground there would be a large blast that would most likley brutally push some very far away but Gordon would suffer the extreme damge since how hard he hit the ground.

(( HE can't fly. But he can use Chaos energey to force himself up into sky but he would come crashing down . Like it said he's taking the brunt of it all because he's using up alot of energey and he's hitting the ground at a fast pace.))

In the midst of all her curioucity she was once again so brutally thrown-- in her eyes at least. She was also feed up with all the abuse her head was getting today. Not sparing a moment after resuming herself to a sitting up position before she went into her spell casting; "Adorior ab dirus ab absisto expio ab, adigo absisto metuo abeo!" Which was s simple mesmer spell to bring forth the greatest fear of her target, Gordon. He would experience the fear as a whole, such as if it were drowning her would feel water around his body and in his longs, as well as hear things as if under water and look out threw water-- or so he thought. Granted the effect would not last long, it would be there, in fact it just may hit everyone near the girl since she tended to lack direction while casting. Only those with a specific protection to illusion casting would hold immunity.

After which she would bring her form to a stand, strange though she was not crying like last ime. Her boot now lay nearer jacob as it had flung off when she was thrown, so.. she had to go fetch it of coarse.

((Ok look. You are high enough in the air that the simple amount of energy you'd need to expend to vault yourself that much higher is quite vast and would take time to reach the ground and in turn catch your mass and pushi it back up. In that time you would fall considerably and be hit.))

(Crew: Yo vamp watsup. I had a little chat with scy and we decided itd be best to let you kno some things. She's gonna back down and be a little easier on the whole rping descrepancies, so its cool. Just noticed somethin about your rping, here at Ria High, we try to stick to our main abilities in our rps. This doesn't mean you cant aquire new ones, its just there has to be an explanation to how you aquire it. I know thats kinda a chore, but think about all the anime's and movies you've watched. Each ability is normally explained....at least in the good ones that is. It ads so much more depth to the story, and thats why Ria High is so successful, because our rping has a lot of depth to it. You will see what i mean its a lot more fun.

Oh and by the way you aren't in trouble or anything, just a friendly reminder

Kaori muttered something under her breath as her narrowed red eyes swept across the scene before her. She felt guilty for abandoning Gordon and the rest, but only a tiny bit. Her hands still held tightly to the dragon, who squirmed in an attempt to enter the fray. "No, you will not!" she growled at him one again, voice dripping with venom. The dragon seemed to pout but sulkily obeyed.

Kaori jumped as a girl sat on the fountain near her and watched silently for a moment as the girl began talking to herself. Something about apologies? Kaori shook her head and frowned. Not my concern... Her eyes then switched over towards the girl with the instrument from earlier [Etsumi]. Kaori smiled very faintly as she watched the girl gather her things, glad she wasn't involving herself any more either. She didn't get the impression that that girl was much of a fighter.

Kaori then saw the man by the wall scratching letters into its surface and felt her eyes widen as he drew the gun. She shivered at the sight. Guns... she hated them almost as much as water. She quickly covered her ears as he made to fire and released them only after he had gone from sight.

"This place.. this place is horrible! I need to leave," she bit her lip nervously as she spoke but remained rooted in her place on the fountain's edge, watching Gordon as he now entered a fight. She'd already left him once and she didn't really want to abondon him entirely. She sighed but watched on anxiously.

Crew Message: Dude it was just a reminder. I understand what you mean though. Just try to explain the reasoning behind some of your moves like that in the rp
