Courtyard (South)

[Leuvo]

Misa walks into the courtyard and sits down by a tree thinking about Lighttt...Then she thought about Kai...Kai.....The thing I never told him was.....I kissed him...Misa stood up and saw people fighting..she tried to ingnore it. She pulled he hair back. "Time to try my powers" Misa said and grinned. "Ice Nails!" Her finger nails turned to ice and started to growing up to the height of a pencil then stopped. "Cool" She took her nails and scrtahed the tree she was by and she cut the tree in half! "Oopps, having to much fun. " She said and giggled.  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai trudged into the other half of the courtyard, hands plunged deep in his pockets. He couldn't get his mind off of what Misa had said. Wherever she'd gone, she'd seen him dying and he needed to understand why. He let his ice blue eyes gaze towards the battle for a moment. He paused as he saw his sister Kaori bowed over some glowing male, but just grunted and passed on. She seemed fine to him. If she needed help for real, he'd head over to see.

Kai lifted his head towards the sky and then frowned as a familiar voice reached his ears. He looked towards it and found Misa beside a tree, fingernails extended with streaks of ice. He muttered something under his breath and approached her slowly, not saying a word.  

[Leuvo]

"Opps...how am I going to fix this..?"Misa asked turning to the tree.Misa glared at her ice finger nails and they shattered and melted. "Better" She tried to pick up the but could'nt. She gave up..then finally notice Rai and then she blushed because of the tree fallen over..."Hi...."Misa said shyly..  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai frowned as he listened to her talking with herself and crossed his arms loosely over his chest. His eyes narrowed slightly as he watched the ice shatter and then her attempt to lift the tree. [I'm assuming it's the tree? I think you left out a word...] When she turned towards him, he nodded in reply, not saying anything yet. His eyes glanced back towards the rather large fight to check on Kaori before looking back towards the girl before him. Then he sighed deeply and ran a hand through his hair. "Listen, I still want to know what exactly you saw when you changed, or whatever... You said I was there. Why would that be?" His tail flicked impatiently behind him as he spoke in a soft growl.  

[Leuvo]

Misa thought about answering the question.. "I don't remeber...Sorry.."Misa lied. Why can't I tell him....Why can't I? That I kissed him and then a battle began with ....it.... Misa sat down and motioned for Kai to sit down too so they can talk.. "Ok I do remeber..I think"Misa said at a slow paste.  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai raised his hands behind his head as he stretched towards the sky, raising his face to hide the agitation there. I thought she remembered just a bit ago... he frowned to himself as he let his eyes settle back upon her. So what is she talking about? He watched her sit but remained standing for a moment, just staring at her and ignoring her indication for him to sit as well. But at her next words, Kai's eyes widened just slightly. "Suddenly came to ya?" he growled as he let himself lower to the ground beside her. Then he turned his gaze on her expectantly.  

[Leuvo]

The...Kaori....You...I mean Kaori...lost" Misa started. "Kaori...I don't know if its true but she was a demon and her eyes were..." Misa said and stopped. "I can't go on.." Misa turned her back against Kai. "I am so sorry..I just need to stop crying.." She turned her back because she was crying.  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai frowned again at her words and glanced towards his sister once more. "Kaori was there too?" he asked slowly, again plunged into confusion. "And she... lost?" Kai shook his head to clear his thoughts for a moment. "Uh, yeah... Kaori and I are both demons. Her eyes glow red when she's pissed..." he added, wondering if that's what she was about to say. When Misa stopped, Kai looked up from his pondering and glanced towards her back. He reached out slowly and awkwardly patted it once before pulling sharply back again. He never felt comfortable in this kind of situation.  

[Leuvo]

Misa sniff and turned back.."Ok you and I kissed and you died by your sister for some reason...."Misa said straight out and started crying again."Sorry..I should of gone at a paste.." Misa put her hand on Kai's cheeck and said, "Only the truth can break, its fragile glass.." Misa said and took her hand off of Kai's face. "I am not telling you anymore...I told to mush already.."  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai stared at her, eyes widening as he took in what she said. He let the information turn around in his head for a few moments and then frowned. "Kaori... Kaori killed me?" he murmured, not believing. "And then you kissed me?" He wrinkled his nose as he repeated this bit, and then froze as she touched his cheek. He stared at her in surprise, resisting his instinct to jump away from her. "T-truth?" he stammered, not understanding her meaning. Then he remained sitting as if frozen in place, even after she pulled away. Not telling me anymore? he thought blankly.  

[Leuvo]

"I am so sorry for telling you.."Misa apoligzeid. "Bad Misa, Bad Misa..." Misa grinned. "Let's play a game. Hop you knw how to play Catch.." Misa said grabbing Kai's hand and pushing to the feild. "It is easy." Misa created an Ice Ball..  

[Krazy Kaori]

Kai looked towards her in confusion as she spoke. Why was she apologizing for telling that much? He really wanted to hear more. "Hey, what are you-" he began as she jerked him to his feet. "C-catch?" The game was unfamiliar to him and he didn't really want to play anyway. This girl.. She acted like a large child. Kai grunted and pulled his hand from her grasp. "I do not want to play," he said. "I honestly want to know exactly what you saw, including all the details." He crossed his arms over his chest in agitation as he glared towards her.

Misa ice ball shattered. Her eyes turned pure blue.."I don't want to talk about it.."Misa said. "And if you can;t deal with it, then I am never ever going to tell you....Don't ask Lighttt either...He won't tell either ...we can't.." Misa eyes turned normal again and her modd change with it. Misa smiles and sits down once again and plays with the squirell giving it a belly rub. She giggled.

Kai just stared calmly at her as her eyes changed. He watched her silently, eyes still narrowed, as she spoke. He took in her words reluctantly, since they weren't what he had wanted to hear, and then a shadow of anger passed over his face. If she wasn't going to tell him, why bring it up at all? Suddenly Misa quieted and Kai watched as she knelt to play with more animals that again came out of nowhere. He growled in his throat and then turned around. "If you won't tell, then fine." He snarled as he began walking away.

Misa frowned as her birthmark showed again..and anyone can tell she was trying to smile. "The truth broke her.."Misa said sunddenly saying it to Kai.."Maybe you didn't died..maybe I made it up...why do you trust me?" Misa's mood turned serious again..
