Rikki Tikki Travi Rydia chuckled and said, "Well I suppose that would make me your first. Perhaps if we got to know each other a bit better I could be your first again?"Heather held a hand out and put it in front of Rydia's chest. "Ease up, your bluntness. Deora is straight." she firmly stated. Rydia simply giggled and retorted, "Oh Heather, there is no such thing as a straight woman. Only a woman who hasn't met me yet."Heather puffed smoke out of her nostrils and glared a hefty warning at the princess. Rydia put her hands up and laughed, "Hah ha, I am joking of course. Although I am quite serious about getting to know her better. You also, Heather. These ears of mine couldn't help but pick up the latter part of your conversation. The names Rheum and Flint sound familiar. I think there is a chance they could be related to the ancient that inhabits Trinity, Silhouette."
Deroa's blush deepened at Rydia's offer. She opened her mouth to answer, but Heather spoke up before she could find the words. During the rest of their exchange, she remembered to close her mouth again to keep from possibly embarrassing herself. She'd learned early in life to hide her feelings for others, or she might draw attention from the school bullies. It looked as though that had backfired now, and she'd hidden her feelings toward Heather a bit too well.
Rydia's next point drew away from her embarrassment, however. She was excited to be able to work with Trinity again.

Rikki Tikki Travi Gidget held on for a little bit longer before releasing her grip on him. She wiped her eyes, sniffled, and then wiped her nose. "Sorry, I know that's gross." she said meekly.
She looked around at her destroyed lab and sighed, "I was hoping to be done by now, but that girl really did a number on this. It's going to be at least another do or so of days without sleep to construct the necessary number of nanomachines to get you healthy again."
She then tensed in place and exclaimed, "Oh! It turns out that the girl who shot up this place is my daughter. Daedalus used one of my eggs to make her. So...yeah. I guess you're technically a step-father."
"Soooo...Surprise." she finished with feaux enthusiasm.
This news froze Ako for a few moments. That was certainly not a piece of news he was expecting. He figured he should be angry, at Daedalus, not Gidget, but he was just physically and emotionally tired after his recent battle and Gidget's diagnosis of his disease. All he had left was a bit of his wit. He put an arm around Gidget's shoulders and gave her another squeeze as they surveyed the ruined lab. "Well, then I guess we'll have some parenting practice before you're due."

Alec smiled at Kerana and squeezed her hand. He then looked sternly at Crosis and said, "You took advantage of my despair and had me divert souls to you for two years. You're sick, Crosis. You need to be stopped."
Crosis looked away from the group and sighed, "I truly hoped it wouldn't have to come to this, but you leave me no choice. If you will not stand aside and give this world a chance to be reborn, then you must be removed."
He threw his cloak off while he turned to face the group. In his thin emaciated chest was a glowing, blue meteor fragment. His face and body were gaunt and pale, as though he had been starving for months. He, in fact, had been having his strength and energy sapped by the stone in his chest. His sanity had also been steadily declining as he fought the corrupting effects of the meteor.
"There will be no mercy. There will be no more resistance. This world ends now!"
He opened his arms and cried out as the meteor drew in a countless number of souls from the vortex in a stream. The power from the fragment began to transform and restore Crosis' body at the expense of his mind. Though his strength was returning, his thin frame only aged and decayed more, until he was little more than bones and tattered skin. The growths on his back spread out and became wings of bone. His torso extended and produced two more arms.
He took a thundering step forward and raised his primary arms into the air to produced his death scythe. The two lower arms extended outward and produced a sickle for each hand. He readied his weapons, glared at them with his skeletal orbits, and hissed, "Come hicce. One way or another, you will claim your destiny."

Deora_Alvarez Rydia's next point drew away from her embarrassment, however. She was excited to be able to work with Trinity again.
Heather was intrigued by the possability of getting more information, but she'd had enough of Rydia's mouth and the day in general. The dragon-meta knew that there was still a trial to be had regarding the events of the previous month. Plus there was a good chance that the next day was going to be fraught with their own little war. She needed to rest, and she wanted to be close to Liv for as long as she could.
"As tempting as that is, I'm exhausted. So if you'll excuse me, princess, I'm going to go lay next to quite possibily the best thing to happen to me and sleep."
She looked over to Deora and gave her one more hug. "Thanks for coming to see me this morming, and just now. We'll talk more soon."
She broke off the embrace and went back into Liv's room to sleep by her.
After Heather was out of sight, Rydia smiled softly and glanced at Deora with her good eye. "Mother would say it's none of my business, but I see how you look at her. But by her words and actions, Heather doesn't know how you feel about her, does she?" suggested the princess

The Count of Monte Carlo This news froze Ako for a few moments. That was certainly not a piece of news he was expecting. All he had left was a bit of his wit. He put an arm around Gidget's shoulders and gave her another squeeze as they surveyed the ruined lab. Gidget grinned and leaned her head on his shoulder. Yeah, she thought, I've got a good guy.
"I know it's a bit early, but I'd like to know what names-"
Nova Blancke "Reeaaaally hate to interrupt here. Don't gimme that look I do. But a few people dropped off my grid. Your BFF, the boss, Alec, that foxgirl and Cassandra. Right, Damian too."
Gidget grumbled and felt the base of her skull where the port was.Yup, she had forgotten to reinstall the psychic scrambler to keep Alexavier from getting in her brain. It was crap like that which made it harder to talk to him than Cassandra.
"Damnit, you know I hate it when you do this. Everyone does. Alec died a few hours ago during Charles Ray's fog attack. And what do you mean they are 'off the grid?' Not even Trinity can vanish without some sort of trace."
She looked up at Ako and sighed, "Sorry, Alexavier is sending me mind messages. Cuz using a phone is beneath him I guess."
