"Off my grid. I can't sense them anywhere. Thing is...I can track Trinity when she travels through shadows. Got bored, decided to give that a try. Managed to train myself in that. But now she is gone. Alec popped back and then everyone in that place was just....gone. I do think you're in charge in the absence of the bossman and Trinity. So just letting you know."

Legio looked down on the boy with his usual neutral expression.

"No, I saved you because only I could. I will not lie to you. I shall take you to where the Disciple of Freya lives. Where Princess Rydia currently resides. They will take care of you. I have heard it is a nice place where many people with various gifts reside. You will be fine boy." Legio answered.

"If they do then you will have...company. If you are referring to the lycanthropy I have that virus isolated."

Crosis twisted his scythe and struck the ground with the back of the blade. The impact raised a wall of transparent, screaming faces. The crescent of wind tore into the wall but didn't disipate. Death's brow lowered, which caused his eye sockets to take on a mask of anger.

He reached back and swung the scythe horizontally. The force of the swing pushed the wall, with Theo's attack, towards the determined party in a tidal wave of tortured ghosts.

Alec rushed to the middle of the wall's path and put his hands out. The cool blue glow of his irises pierced the darkness as he cried out in defiance. Just as the wall hit his hands he spread his arms and split it where the crescent cut into it, allowing it to continue it's path of destruction.

Crosis was ready for Alec's retaliation and leaped over the wind attack. His jump was so high that he was able to completely hid in the darkness.

Alec's eyes went dark for a split second as he gleaned the future. He turned around and called back, "Cassandra, above you!

Crosis dropped out of the darkness and toward Cassandra and Damien, striking down with the scythe and outward with the two sickles. All three blades were glowing with the purpose of reaping her soul.

Trinity looked to where Casandra was located. Kerana and Sil were with there as well. "NO!" Trinity leaped toward Cassandra then used the wall behind them to leap upward with a swing that touched upon all three blades. She hoped to gather them to one side to deter him from hitting Cassandra.

Legio looked down on the boy with his usual neutral expression.

They boy's eyes lit up at the mention of the Princess. She was very well liked, though the more traditional folk thought she was too much like her father at times.

"The Princess and a student of the Queen's sister! Is the lady Freya still alive too?"

The wolf could feel her rage build at Legio's threat.

The mention of the lycanthropy virus gave her pause, though. She searched Legio's memeories concerning Eclipse and found the moment the b*****d lied.

"You naive sack of meat. What Eclipse told you was a half truth, but we can discuss that later. I'm curious to see what you'll tell the boy."

Legio shook his head. "We shall."

"No, but she's with us in thought." He responded. "Now dry your tears boy. We're going to see them. They will take care of you."

Cassandra grabbed Damian and leaped back. She would fight him if she could be his target was Damian. Distracting him wouldn't work on him.

Theo had turned to try and follow Crosis but lost him in the dark. Alec's shout gave him gave him enough information of where he was. Theo was ready to strike once more but Trinity had already leaped towards it. He couldn't strike when she was in the way. But he could greatly increase the force of her attack. Use her strike for a similar attack that he did.

"Oh sweetie..." Once more she embraced her daughter and stroked the back of her head. Normally it didn't happen this often. But all of this isn't normal.

"I know...I know it hurts. He should have done it differently. But love can't be forced sweetheart. Forcing yourself on him isn't the way."

Love. Ravan didn't even want to think of the word. Her fists balled up until the knuckles were white. She found little comfort in Liv's embrace. To her, she had onxe again been tossed aside by someone she loved.

"What do I do now?" she muttered into Liv's shoulder. "I fought for so long in the hopes that we could be together. The kids are safe, there are no monsters, and I don't have Leo. What amI supposed to do now?"

Legio shook his head. "We shall."

"No, but she's with us in thought." He responded. "Now dry your tears boy. We're going to see them. They will take care of you."

The wolf couldn't help but find amusement in Legio's wit. "Heh, I see what you did there. Nice."

"I suggest we go see Gidet Moris first. She can quickly locate anyone in Valhala, plus she's sort of the brains in that place. She'd be the best person to brainstorm the best way to screw over Eclipse."

The boy wiped his eyes with his sleave and nodded with an, "Alright. I'm ready this time."

Crosis' blades crossed and locked with Trinity's glave, but his strength was such that his arms weren't knocked aside. His impact with the ground kicked up a cloud of dust. He used the cover of the dust to raise his wings and rapidly extend the extremities of them toward Kerana and Theonis like bone spears.

Alec had been trying to keep up with his future vision, but it was a completely different story to make his body keep up. When the wings extended and attacked, he put himself between the danger and Kerana with his arms out to the sides. He had forseen that his action would divert the bones just enough away from Kerana and Silhouette.

He was pierced in the right thigh, left upper abdomen, and just below his left collar bone where his arm met his torso. He cried out in pain as he was pinned in place and unable to move. Yet despite his injuries, and the amount of blood he was losing, he didn't seem to be weakening. If anything the pain was empowering him as he struggled against the bones of his former master.

All the while, Crosis was staring down Trinity and hissing through his light fog producing permanent grin. He put more of his weight down on his weapons as the glowing blades inched their way closer to her.

Trinity continued to block him with all her strength. This wasn’t what she originally had in mind but at least it bought Cassandra and Kerana some time. She did not have time to react to his attack toward Theonis and Kerana, she was so focused on blocking him. Should something distract her cause her to waver it could mean her life. As the blades near her she did not flinch. She hoped Theonis could use this opportunity to help her push back. Should she end up kneeling she will have to resort to plan B.

Theo managed to dodge the attack but he did so by stepping in. Everything went too fast for him to keep track of everything. There was no way for him took after Kerana and Alec as well. Empowering his dash with his power he rushed towards Trinity and Crosis. He slid through the opening between her legs and was almost between Crosis's legs.. With a twirl he used the power he could muster to try and cut Crosis's bone-like legs.

"Agreed."

"You have a choice boy. Travel through the shadows or the skies? Those are the fastest ways."

Gidget grinned and leaned her head on his shoulder.

"I know it's a bit early, but I'd like to know what names-"

Gidget grumbled and felt the base of her skull where the port was.

She looked up at Ako and sighed, "Sorry, Alexavier is sending me mind messages. Cuz using a phone is beneath him I guess."

"Creepy."[/b] Ako replied. He'd worried when she stopped mid sentence and felt her neck. With the way things had been going, he was expecting another unexpected health issue. He was somewhat glad to hear that wasn't it, though hearing that it was a psychic intrusion just made it weird instead of worrying. "What did he say?"

"As tempting as that is, I'm exhausted. So if you'll excuse me, princess, I'm going to go lay next to quite possibily the best thing to happen to me and sleep."

She looked over to Deora and gave her one more hug. "Thanks for coming to see me this morming, and just now. We'll talk more soon."

She broke off the embrace and went back into Liv's room to sleep by her.

After Heather was out of sight, Rydia smiled softly and glanced at Deora with her good eye. "Mother would say it's none of my business, but I see how you look at her. But by her words and actions, Heather doesn't know how you feel about her, does she?" suggested the princess

Deora watched Heather go, her face falling into a familiar expression of disappointment for another lost chance. She knew what would come next; that empty pain in her chest, the feeling that her legs could no longer support her, and the desire to just curl up in bed and cease to be. For now, though, she was still in public. She had to set her jaw and keep it together until she was back in her room. Rydia's words hardly helped.

"No, it looks like she doesn't. She's not the first, though. I guess I learned to hide it too well. I'll be fine." She lied.

Crosis' legs were cleanly sliced from beneath him. He hollered and retracted his wings to act as stilts just as he was falling backward. He raised himself to a new towering height and swept at Theonis and Trinity with his scythe. A blue flame ignited and followed the path of his attack after a half second of delay.

The bones slipped through Alec and dropped him to a knee. The flow of blood was beginning to slow, but his body still retained the holes.

Silhouette, who then looked like the wrong half of 70, reached out to Kerana to get her attention. She croaked, "They must...remove, not...shatter. Please...child."
