More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

After making sure the kids understood what she was going to do she too left the Cafeteria. It was hard on the kids to go with strangers but this was a safe space for them. As safe as it can get anyway. Crystalion was going over what she would say when she would meet Trinity and Theonis. It was surprisingly more difficult than she thought it would be. But it seemed she had less time than planned when she walked in on this...scenario. Her daughter...on the floor embracing her future dad and Leo being more uncomfortable than she had ever seen him. This certainly was NOT the way it should go.

She scrapped her throat loudly before focusing to Dawn.

"Dawn. Get...Off..the man. Now." Her voice was firm." Contain yourself!" It's not like she didn't understand what went through her daughters mind and she was glad that she herself could not fully see Theonis.

She placed a hand on the shoulder of Leo to calm him down a bit. Then looked a Trinity. It was so good to see her again. It's like she hasn't changed.

"Sorry about this Trinity. It seems my kids have completely forgotten everything I've taught them. Can the five of us talk in private?"

Daddy? DADDY! Her eyes glowed and narrowed at this. This revelation felt like a plunging knife. She knew who the mom was it was the very woman that she knew he would have been way happier with. None of the logic or reasoning would quell what she was feeling now. She was furious. Her fist clenched and all the words including that from her future son’s was muted. “It’s over Theo.” She turned to Crystalian, thinking it was Liv she was talking to, “You win, alright? I knew he’d be way more happier without me.” she walked away dropping into her shadow in the process.

I knew it was too good to be true. Here I thought I found someone. We had something. That he wanted me, for me. Turned out I was right to think he wanted her instead.That I was just in the way of the inevitable. Yet despite all of this she wanted to give him a better break up. She didn’t want to end it this way.

In the Shadow Realm she dropped to her knees and let out. All the frustration all the anger the betrayal she let out in a scream and tears rolling down her eyes as she reminded herself it was over. That she ended the longest relationship she’s had so far, 6 weeks. After a moment picked up lunch, ate it in the Shadow Realm to save time. When she was done with her burger, salad, water and wine, she headed over to Gidget’s lab. She still felt the pain of the revelation and it was difficult to hide it. She took a deep breath then entered Gidget’s lab.

Dawn snapped out of her elated stupor and hoisted herself off of Theonis as quickly as possible. She opened her mouth to apologize, but she was cut off by the event of Leo's parents breaking up.

Trinity was gone, and Dawn brought her hands up to her mouth. She looked from Crystalion, to Theonis, and back again.

"Oh my God. I am so. Sorry. I saw him and just, I mean, it's been so long." she gasped.

Leo could only stand and stare at where his mother was standing. He realized she probably wouldn't recognize him...but by all accounts she was very clever and intelligent. Surely the traits he inherited would be enough to make the connection.

But she just ignored him. She broke up with his father and retreated into the shadows.

His head dipped, and he could feel the tears began to well up in his eyes. God, is this what Ravan felt? All this emotion, only to have it brushed aside like it was nothing?

Gidget was surprised, but not really. To see Trinity pop up in her lab. Her eyes lit up with the notion of telling Trinity the good news!

"Trin! I'm happy to see yoooooou look intense. Did something happen?" she asked

The wolf grew tense at the sight of Trinity. She could tell that something had angered her student.

"Trinity wai-!" She managed to say before seeing her leave.

Again. Wait what? It's over? Like that? Theo took a deep breathe and sighed. He retreated into his mind for a few seconds before speaking up.

"She's...a very emotional woman and quick to run whenever she can't handle something." He said as he got up and dusted himself off a bit." It's not your fault Dawn. I'll talk to her later. I'll give her some time to cool off. " Theo said quite level headed. He didn't think much of what she said. Mostly because he couldn't believe she would actually end it like this. Not after today.

His eyes fell on his 'son' who seemed to take it pretty damn hard."Don't take it the wrong way. She doesn't hate you or anything. She'll come around. I'll make her."

Then he actually saw Liv. But this wasn't the one that lived here. No she looked....no, felt like a different person. " You're....not her, are you?"

She really wished for the circumstance to be different but here he was. The younger version of the man she loved. It was so strange to see him without bear and facial scar but it was him alright. The way he carried himself or scanned the environments around him.

"Yeah, I came right before the portal shut. Traveled by Light ya know. I'm really sorry about this. I know she used to be very touchy when it came to me. Always thought you'd be better off with me instead of her. That changed when Leo was born but I didn't think it was this bad." Crystalion confessed.

"What? She never- Really? But things were going fine." Theo exclaimed." Goddammit, that woman..." He scratched the back of his head.

"Look I do want to talk to you all but I've got to talk to Gidget about all of this. Plus I need to calm down Trinity. I will come get you when we can properly talk alright? Right now it's just....too much. Please don't get me wrong."

Crystalion nodded." I understand. It's been a busy day for us as well. But I will come with you. There are things that only I can say to her. Dawn, take Leo and get back to the kids. " Crystalion saying leaving little room for backtalk from both the kids and Theo.

Theo sighed again."Fine." He then started walked past them. With Crystalion following him.

She didn’t want to bring up her personal side of things and wanted to go straight to the report. But when it came to Theo it wasn’t going to be that easy.

“I... broke up with Theo. Seeing his daughter, his and Liv’s daughter. That was the last draw.” she placed her hands on a table and let it out.

“She won, it didn’t matter if I was there or not he’s happier with her than me. Got tired of simply being the one to hold him back. Tired of constantly comparing myself to her. Thinking I finally have a one up because I am with someone she wants. Tired of constantly thinking that he wishes I was her. Doubting that he would want me over her. It wasn’t just him and me in the room… it was him, me, and some lingering doubt about Liv.”

“Before, I took pride in my body, but when it comes to Theo... the way he looks at her I feel like nothing. We knew from the start we weren’t the normal types we’d go for. But knowing that just made it worse, all the more real. Tired of being the wall between them and I’m tired of feeling like s**t and so I ended it…”

“Though for the record, I wanted to end after we get through this apocalypse. If there is an after. But I couldn’t take it anymore.” It felt like some weight was lifted.

She looked at Gidget “Sorry it’s been a long day and seems to be getting longer as the day passes.” She took a moment to look at the rest of the room. She saw Ako which she thought was normal. What was unusual was the spawn of Legion was there with them. They fought in the past he absorbed her power. At this point probably taken Ako’s as well. Though there wasn’t any sign of a fight or struggle for that matter. She looked to Gidget, “Everything alright here?” asking in regards to the one being that was out of place.

Legio nodded when Trinity entered. Not at her but at Gidget. Before he was able to do anything she bursted into her story. Thanks to the she-wolf he too felt her disturbance. Afterwards she finally noticed him.

"Everything is fine. I've helped Gidget and she has requested my help. But I shall be on my way now. I've learned that it is considered rude to eavesdrop when it comes to things that are unrelated to myself. Good day." Legio said and dropped into his shadow.

The wolf was saddened by Trinity's decision. Freya had always found the girl to be impulsive, but she had never known her to just give up. But then the wolf recalled the fight Trinity had with Freya at the Matron house. She gave up then. What had happened to her, the wolf wondered.

When Legio made his exit, she was relieved. "At least she had enough smarts to see that Gidget trusted you. I was half afraid she'd attack you on site."

"By the way, I know I said it earlier, but you did an incredible thing back there. Small in the grand scheme of things, but collosal for those two. You're...not such a bad thing afterall."

"I'm still pissed about you killing and eating me, though."

Silhouette let out an audible scoff that was only to be heard by Trinity. The whole situation with Theonis was enough to make her incorporial blood boil. Sil had just aided in the death of the man she once called lover, and Trinity threw away her beloved because of rampant insecurities. She made a mental note to lay into her host when there was time later that day.

Gidget was crestfallen. It hurt her to see Trinity in so much turmoil. Plus her favorite IRL 'ship was sunk.

After Legio left, Gidget walked over to her best friend and gave her a warm hug. "I'm so sorry, Trinity. It'll work itself out. We just need to get past the next few days, and then we'll figure it out."

"On that note," she stepped back from trinity and sighed, "you didn't come here to tell me about you and Theo, didja?"

Legio was floating through the shadow realm. "I saw no reason not to. Blame the elders and monks I've conversed with." Legio stated as he looked around the Shadow Realm while slowly floating along.

"Yes I should have added some pepper. It's was salty enough." He responded to him eating her.

The wolf was momentarily dumbfounded. It was especially evident in her response.

"Did you?! Was that?! Wha-? You sonova-! I could-! ********> she sputtered.

After a few seconds of silence she chuckled, "Damnit...I really want to be mad about that burn, but it was too good not to appreciate. I'll give you that one, cockbite"
