In just a few hours, Decoda already needed time away from the dorms; the electrical current was beginning to make her ill for she was yet to harness such control, herself. She gathered up her walkman and sketchbook before heading to the courtyard.
Once there, she looked up to the sky bridge with ehr neon eyes and saw the light of the sun evenly distributed amongst the concrete. It was quiet and solitary, perfect for focusing on some tunes and sketching the vegetation below.
Cody began to ascend the arch of the bridge, her sketchbook under her arm and walkman in hand. Once at the top, she took a seat against the small gaurd wall, her head visible over the top and fromt he ground. Placing her art supplies next to her, Decoda retrieved her walkman and slid her headphones on. As soon as her finger met the play button, a surge of energy bolted up her arm and felt as though she had whiplashed her brain.
The CD player now lay dorment on the ground, broken open froma fall it could not endure. At the sudden shock, Cody had jumped to her feet, holding her head in her hands as a screeching sound filled it, much like a T.V without signal. "Stupid..." she muttered, throwing a sneer to the small electronic device.

"Stupid!" just at the right moment too, the loud and obnoxious voice came as if called upon. It's speaker walked into the courtyard with a bit of a sluggishness to his pace, followed closely by another man who was slightly taller, and apparently older. The younger of the two had short, somewhat wild looking black hair, and wore a cloak to cover his entire body. This old, worn, beaten thing could only be something dear to him...otherwise it would have been thrown away long ago. "Excuse me...?" said the other man in a far calmer, more quiet voice. His brow arched over his right eye, a little confused by the outburst from his companion. "My god damn leg is stupid, that's what." the other answered, sitting down with a grunting sigh. The other, fair skinned man sighed as well, moving his hand through many strands of his soft, fine, dark purple hair. His eyes were an equal shade of dark purple, glancing down to the young man and shaking his head. "I don't believe becoming angry at your own leg will help heal it any sooner." Yusake, the name of the younger and obviously hot headed one.
He stopped...lifting his finger up to Maru, yet pausing before speaking. Again...he stopped, paused, and waited...but finally. "Well...shut up. I have to get better damn it, I have to!" there was a bit of a smirk on Maru's face at the sound of this, he tilted his head toward Yusake. "Is it because of your lady friend? The one you wish to fight so badly...you *do* have a..." he was shot an angry, furious glare from his friend, which stopped him cold. "Shut...up...I do not! I don't...I don't!" he pouted there, almost not realizing the fact that his cheeks had grown very slightly red.

Yusake's right eye twitched at the very *first* hint of the young woman's words. "You know, why don't you shut the f#%k up before I jam a pain killer up your a**?!" the man standing next to him sighed, shaking his head. "Ahem..." he glanced down to Yusake, who looked up at Maru. He waited, silent for a few moments before clearing his throat again, then speaking. "Forgive my...friend over here. He's rather...always like this." he sighed, tracing his index finger along his forehead, moving a few strands of his dark purple hair to the side of his head. "Hey shut up, she desereved it. What the hell business does she have?!" Maru didn't answer, instead he only stared down at Yusake. Yusake stared back, naturally...but then eventually turned his head away, grumbling. "Again, forgive him. I suppose that would be his way of saying hello and asking if you are new. I myself wonder the same...I do not recall seeing you. Then again, I don't see many of the other students around the school." he walked away from the bench, approaching Decoda slowly, leaving Yusake to pout, or groan, or whatever it was he was doing now.

Yusake did not respond either...or did not respond loud enough for her to hear. He just mumbled to himself with his arms crossed as Maru greeted the newcomer. "Yes you may, it is Maru, Maru Kimura Tangarian. It is good to meet you Decoda, a pleasure in fact." though he spoke in very kind words, his face barely changed from its somewhat monotone expression. He extended his hand out toward Yusake, turning slightly to him. "He is Akimoto Yusake, and at the moment rather in an ill mood. Not that one can blame him when he so badly wants to see his new love interest." with that Yusake was hit by a strong...well, urge to kill. His right eye twitched and he shouted directly at Maru. "Shut up shut up SHUT UP!!! SHUT...UP! Shut...fu...ARGH! Ack! If I wasn't so wounded I'd kick your a** you b*****d!" he growled. But Maru only smirked very lightly, turning his attention back to Decoda. "And what, might *I* ask, brings you to this school?" he was now ignoring Yusake's anger, being quite accustomed to it.
