Ari came walking up the stairs with a small platter of little sandwiches. The Queen was twirling in front of a mirror when she saw Ari behind her. She spun around to face him. "For me?" she asked. "Indeed so." Ari answered, setting it on a cute little end table. "Guests are arriving, so I'm sorry if I took awhile. I must head downstairs to let everyone in and show them what there is. Then, I've got to show them you." "Me? Wait, huh? What are you-" "You'll see!!" Ari interrupted her as he headed down the long, long stairs. Emerie glanced around then slowly took a sandwich and stuffed it in her mouth full. Chewing it quickly but enjoying every taste, she looked out the window. The window was opened, so she stuck her head out. "Orcus! Raven! Night!" she yelled with a full mouth so all it sounded like was, "Orrrssss! Ruhvu! Niii!" Queen Dino swallowed it all, although it hurt her throat. "Orcus! Night! Raven!" she yelled more clearly.  

[Lord Raven Orion]

Raven neither said a word, nor moved. He was waiting to see what Orcus would do before he himself acted. It seemed the man had a plan, and it was unwise to interfere with another's plan, even if you had one yourself. In such a case, things would get twisted, and fall to dust.  

[Orcus Fieres]

Orcus smiled. "I really have to loosen up, i was ready to kill her." He whispered to himself. Orcus pulled his hand away from his breast pocket. "Hello." He looked over at Raven and whispered. "He has a basement, don't make it too obvious but when you would like to go check it out call on me. It was sealed off titely." Orcus patted his back trying to transfer images captured by the blue pulses.  

[Lord Raven Orion]

Raven smiled, as he opened his mental barriers to allow this in. "I have methods to move quietly, even undetected and unseen, if I need. What's the plan?"  

[Orcus Fieres]

"Just break in and check it out, we're not looking for anything though." Orcus nodded. "The pad lock is one by one if i'm not mistaken and i don't believe it's the only defense mechanism."  

[Lord Raven Orion]

"Understood. Though, what is the plan for now? If we are found inside the palace, it will be hard to come out without seeming guilty?"

Ari rushed back up to the room where Emerie was. "Emerie, c'mon. It's time." he annouced. "Time for whAaaaAAAa-" Ari grabbed her into his arms and was heading down the stairs once more. He put her down in front of a wide crowd and spoke into a microphone. "Ladies and gentlemen! I give you......EMERIE, MY BEAUTIFUL LADY!" "Yours?" she mumbled to herself. Before anyone knew it, the Queen was running the heck out of there. Unfortunately, guards grabbed a hold of her small arms and put her back by Ari. Orcus!!! HELP ME NOW!!! she thought hopelessly. "Aww. Don't try to escape, my slave." he laughed into the mic for the audience to hear him.

((Sorry i have not been active recently i had to settle into my new school))
Yote concealed herself in the shadows and listened intently to the groups conversation. I leave for a week and the queen is in trouble...Orcus is going to get what he deserves after this is settled. I guess I had better observe and just jump in if a major problem arises.  

[Orcus Fieres]

Orcus listened in on the speech. "I guess we'll have to investigate when we're done with this guy. I'll take out his personal guards and pin him. If you don't mind taking out the entrance guards." Orcus appeared behind the guards and Ari in a puff of smoke when he threw two knives into the bodyguards heads. Orcus pulled out his dagger and held it tightly near Ari's throat, he was far from Ari since his arm was fully extended. "You've started off on the wrong foot with the largest kingdom of elves, i judge people off of first impressions. Right now I would just love it if you resisted arrest, blood would look pretty on a tile floor."

[Lord Raven Orion]

Raven drew the Onyx Sword silently, slipping along the hallway unseen. With a sudden lunge, the silver and black blade dove through one guard's throat. A flash of crimson light noted the appearance of Nedian in Raven's left hand. Between the two, Raven went through the deadly dance that involved this two blades, as they dove in and out of these foes. The six guards outside the hall were slain, and the four others within the room. Raven looked through this room, ensuring that there were no others who had thoughts of drawing weapons, though he did shake the blood from both blades with flicks of his wrists.

Ari was very suprised at Orcus's sudden appearance and apparently, so was Emerie. She yelped. But Ari was enraged with fury. "She. Is. Mine." he snarled. Ari grabbed Orcus's wrist and slung him over his head and slammed him on the hard floor.

Then, Ari turned around and slapped Emerie right in the cheek as hard as he could. It knocked her off her feet and she landed right on her bottom. Tears filled the Queen's eyes but she held them back. Her poor cheek was extremely red. "You. Are. Mine. Not his, WHOEVER THE HELL HE IS! And, if you try to pull another trick on me, the consequences with be horribly bad." he spit out to Queen Dino. By now, all the guests were exciting the small mansion. (Night, the mansion is not bigger than the palace.) Ari stared at Orcus with hatred, waiting for him to fight back.  

[Lord Raven Orion]

Raven stayed back, waiting to see if any would try to flee. Those without weapons, he likely would let pass, but those in the croud that might think to draw weapons, would taste the blades of his swords.  

[Orcus Fieres]

Orcus stood up, his back facing Ari. He touched the blood on the back of his head and he released a sigh. Orcus put his bloody hand into his jacket and pulled out his dagger. Orcus jabbed his dagger into Ari's back by twisting his arm behind him.

Queen Dino, still on the floor, gasped when she saw Orcus kill Ari.(He killed him, right?) She started shaking slightly. Emerie looked from Orcus to Ari and back to Orcus with wide eyes. Why did she feel this way? Hadn't she seen him kill someone before?
