Originally, I was going to go for Nature. But I quickly threw that out the window when after an hour of throwing Ultra Balls, he still refused to be caught. Now I just want to catch him and be done with it, but no luck.

I dunno...(not that I know how to do that ><) when it loads in the avatar screen the layering is messed up already.

I thought 60 Ultra Balls would be enough! OBVIOUSLY NOT. >:(

And I banned myself from letting my AR anywhere near by Platinum, so I only had one Masterball, which I used on Giratina. :C

I don't AR my balls also. D: I import them from other games (FR, Emerald, ect). Emerald cloning glitch also helps.

I only use it for IV checking, actually. I don't wanna use Wi-fi.

Lol, my Diamond has 999 Master Balls, Cherish Balls, Premier Balls, and Pokéballs. I don't mind hacking the balls. Or anything, really. I just don't want to do it to my Platinum, because I aim to compete in official tournaments, which can detect the use of those hacks.

Can't pkmn be cloned in all games? Though it'd be the slow a** way to do it, getting lots of any item doesn't really seem like a problem.

They check for everything. I heard that in this past year's British qualifier for the Video Game Championships, some dude got kicked out for having too many of a one-time TM and the judges were paranoid that he had used an AR to get that many. According to NoA's tournament ToS, cheating is much worse and more severely punished than assault, theft, and defacing public/private property. lol

And there's no official way to clone Pokémon. You can either use a cheating device, or exploit a glitch IF that version of the game has said glitch. GSC and Emerald have the standard cloning glitch, while Diamond and Pearl have a cloning glitch that's really hard to perform (you gotta turn off the power at the EXACT time, or else it fails). However, both ways are considered cheating to Nintendo.

They seem to forget about getting items through trades/the GTS, though.
