I cannot show my love for the world and everything (well, maybe not everything) without breaking into caps and flailing. I'm guessing that this has to do with, uh, my amusing day at school.

People stroked my hair at lunch time because, ahahah, well, they love my hair -- it's short and soft -- and they want to trade. Not only that, but a male classmate petted me for no reason at all and I ended up all, "what? oxo" because I was surrounded by male classmates who were talking about rock music and thought I was one of them "xcore rock persons". Hur, the guy couldn't stop petting me and it took some flailing and threatening (I WILL PUNCH YOU IF YOU DON'T STOP *MOCK HIT*) to get him to stop.

And, uh, I'M DISSECTING A COW HEART TOMORROW AND OH GOD I AM SO ECSTATIC THAT OH GOD I THREW ALL MY PUNCTUATION AWAY AND BROKE INTO CAPS OH GOD I CANNOT WAAAAIIIIIIIT.

Okay, I have to laugh.

First, some background info. Kat's dad is the assistant pastor at my church.

Now, to the story. Kat and I have this friend who lives in another town. Well, I've just known that he likes her as more than a friend. I just knew it. She, of course, didn't. And I don't really like him all that much, so I didn't tell her my suspicions.

And, well, apparently his father was talking to her grandmother, and he told her that Frankie said that he's got a girlfriend from Easton... whose father is a pastor at the church.

Remember now, Kat doesn't even know he likes her.

Well, her grammie told her what he said.

And now she's going ballistic over MSN with me because next time she wants some notice when she's supposed to be dating someone.

Events can be summarized rather quickly:

Firstly, I'm trying an experiment. Monday chopsticks, Tuesday eyeliner, Wednesday hair curly/down, Thursday jewelry, Friday hair straight/down.

ITS WORKING.

2 flirts, several turned heads, and a request for my PHONE NUMBER.

But then I was absent for several days and had t make up stuff...I'm failing English because of that...and my sister took the last of my notecards so I failed that grade...

AND I was making up this English thing, right, and it required some research, so I go online and look up my Geom homework and do that, and then I go back but it won't let me on, so I call my dad, and I'm like, Dad, why's te internet broken? I need it!

And he FREAKS.

Even though I only knew about it two hours previously, he lectures about the last minute and whydidntIdoitearlier? Was I goofing off? And blahblahblahblabhblah, of COURSE it's all my fault, and then it's a big ordeal and such.

DAMMIT.

I'm the only really truly semi-decent one around here...I don't blame other people for everything. For some reason, everything always seems to be my fault. And no one knows the meaning of the word "sorry" either.




Oh...and no one but Nova is on AIM...not even my stalker...I'm lonely. ):

First Part: If I ever did something like that, Kirbs, I wouldn't get a phone number, I'd get a "Reese has gone insane. Something must have happened for her to change her hair." ('Cause I'm insane about my hair. It goes down past my waist even when wavy, and it's the only part of me I care about.)

Second Part: That stinks. I remember in fifth grade, I went down to Florida to visit my grandma, who's a snowbird (not the greatest timing 'cause we were going to Disney and I had just broken my leg two days before I left). Well, I collected the work I would miss that week, and I did it all on the numerous plane rides there and back.

I put it on my dresser when I got home. I should mention now that my organizational skills are bad. Really bad. So when I put them down there, I lost all my English/reading papers.

I passed the others in and got reasonable grades for having been absent. But when I got my progress report, I was failing English/reading because I hadn't passed in those papers. My mom picked me up from school when she found out and made me spend my lunch hour looking for them. Then she went in to talk to my teacher so that I wouldn't fail the class.

But...I look sexy today, and I got a ceasar salad wrap, and I made a few seniors stare at me. (Drum people though...meh.)

And I'm writing stuff that's been stuck in my head for weeks...I was gonna put it off because I wasn't sure how it began, but now I just threw myself into it, and it's working pretty well. Of course, it's not LAcausa material yet, but...good enough.

Did anyone ELSE pray to the gods? It's pretty important...

Oh... that's right. I get all my religious stuff confuzzled. I didn't understand that this Jesus guy wasn't just some mexican till I was 6 or so.

I couldn't dissect the heart yesterday because the seventh-graders had no classroom and were forced to move to the lab. It doesn't really matter, though, I'm still doing the dissection on Monday.

Also, today was just awesome. And I mean awesome. Like, seniors ripping their shirts awesome and Nestor dancing all wet awesome. I danced a lot, but it's sad that I looked like a dead thing -- my face was white as a sheet and my lips were a lilac/blue shade.

... I know I'm good-looking, yes, but the fact that I sometimes looked deceased isn't really appealing (unless you're a necrophiliac). Maybe I'm over-reacting about my looks again.
