Rivera could feel it coming as well as the third figure that emerged. She did not bother to cast her mindwatch on it. The storm was here and would protect her from where the storm sees all. Kairen was trembling with anticipation. She lifted her head, her right dragon eye silvery blue and her right eye an electric violet with white crystalline lines. A strange wind was cast around her in a series of rising rings, lifting her hair and all the leaves and debris around her outwards.
The thunderheads kept rolling inwards, and she felt the carress of the stormy winds. As a crackle of thunder boomed overhead, she felt the old curse fall over her. She tried to stop it, but it wouldn't pass. Closing her eyes, she tried to drive it from her mind with calming thoughts of still waters. The more she tried, the worse it got. The wind grew violent with her sudden change. The small winds that rustled only twigs now evolved into a full blown gale within seconds. The atmosphere grew darker and much more omnious. Finally, Rivera could hold it out no longer. A violet alchemy circle opened up under her feet and the wind around her body swirled faster and more violently. A blast of violet electricity formed over her back in an elegant 's' formation of a Serpentine Draconian. Delicate bat like wings spread from the electric dragon formation as it keened a despairing shriek into the almost night-black sky of storm. All around her powerlines began to snap and shiney stone ornaments were mottled from the force of the wind that carried stray sands.
When Rivera opened up her eyes, they were a pure crimson red, with hints of bloodred in the irises. Kairyu flashed into her hands as her wings flashed from her back into a complex array of powerful steel feathers, each as sharp as her faithful sword. The violet lightning coursed around her body and into the sky. The clouds shattered their rain, but it did not hinder her at all, it only made her stronger. All around her was an air of frozen disaster. Her mind was one now, a single demented child's mind.
There was a legend that says every seven hundred years, Atlantis recieves an exceptional warrior priestess. She would be powerful and much more cunning than any previous, but it comes at the price of the bloodlust insanity and a child's mind, corrupted and mutilated... Rivera knew she was one of them... and now, she had a target. The entire storm was the calling of her slumbering bloodwrath, and now, it was at her beck and call.
and her target.... The dragon has awakened to claim a spirit.
"Kujiro..."

Rivera snapped her fingers and the rain came pouring down like bucket fulls of icy cold water, never ceasing, never ending. She phased through the elements easily and sent a nightmarish mental tone to him, with the bearings of a draconian roar in the thought.
Do not interfere in the ways of the sea dragons. You court the disasters of nature, and you won't want that...
The rain only enhanced the force of the dragon made of lightning. It was inches from engulfing the place where the man stood. A large pillar of light flew up where it landed, water drowning flames, steam rising to replenish the clouds that never ceased.
((You know, you should at least pay attention to the fact that my attack was already directly over you. You said absolutely nothing about confronting it, so I'm going to assume that in the time it takes for lightning to travel all you could do was whip out a sword of fire. >.>;;;
I won't say that I hit you, since that's autohitting, but please, pay some more attention? Thank you ^^;;; Rivera's not going to go down with fire, you know. You're fighting water as well as ice and whatever else that comes down from the sky--like frogs and possibly cats >w< ))

"You talk, but give no strife... for that, so lose your life. Quote, 17th edition of the Praeis'acque's guide, scroll of Rising Tide, chapter three." She whispered to him in the dementing, song like quality. He had waved around his sword and jumped about, ranting about his power. She had defended and attacked him without moving from her spot, and without even looking at him. Rivera's crimso eyes imprinted a child's smile on her face, but there was something different about it... something strangely different, menacing, horrific...
At her silent command, earthquakes emerged with their shards of silica glass and non conductive substances completely immune to lightning. Water came from the heavens to drench his electricity and nullify it. She watched the attack with only her mind, a world lived in darkness. The storm swooped down to her and kissed her with a flake of snow among the violent lashing of rain. It was gentle against her forehead, carrying the blessings of the Mother of Chaos as well as the Storm itself.
Rivera smiled once again. "...let fire fight wind as earth erodes stone. The sea stands forever when all else has gone... Quote, 17th edition of the Praeis'acque's guid, scroll of the Setting Sun, Heading of the Preface." It seemed as if the skies poured down a lake.
She looked all around her at the deformed world. What used to be in perfect condition was now shattered into a surreality where nature itself fought at her beck and call, every stormy propertied subject at her bidding. Men tremble when the earth itself fights against them and form deathtraps at their heels.

((Please, the rules said to use third person sweatdrop I'm not trying to be nit-picky, but it's hard for me to understand as well and I get confused... I'm Chinese, you see. sweatdrop ))
Rivera watched as the sword sheared through the dragon. The entire dragon was just a lightning formation, a single cut with even the strongest of swords did not phase it. Rather, it used its hilt as a subject of conduction, wiring around it and coursing through the framing. The power held in it would probably shock and numb the man's arms, despite the fact that it would probably kill an average person and incinerate them into ashes in no time flat.
He would never be able to steal her lightning, it was her own and could never be transformed to be used by anyone else. She was the high priestess, after all. Her control over chaos was impeccable.
"Weakling, your flamboyant actions cannot phase Nari." It appeared that her dragon was called Nari, or thunder. Her hand suddenly flashed in the air and the ground opened up beneath his feet.
"Let this be your prison... or better yet, your grave..." She whispered to him in the same childish voice and began to aproach Kujiro. They've both seen each other's combat, but she's got more up her sleeves. With her power of spacesteel assimilation, she could phase her elements in the most creative fashion, turning thunder into fire, her opposition, turning storm into steel, ice to change stone, and water to manipulate life, especially plants. She was connected... it was her call now.
Rivera began to walk away calmly, the storm following in her wake. If he attacks, let him attack. She could deal with it... after all, he was such a weak opponent...

((Um... you might want to read my Bio before attacking again... sweatdrop Her four main abilities are very strange... but storm is another word for chaos, just to tell you, in elemental terminology... I think >.>??? And there's the part about space I just told you about. spacesteel assimilation can already do things like that with her chaos powers to combine into a spectrum of elements, so I assumed it was natural that she could express raw power for space as well... um.. in other words, I think I can get myself out of that mess without... moving >.>;;;
I will give you a hint on how to defeat her, but that means you get to play dirty. I don't care, I'm bored and I made a chaos character >.> Go read all about Artemis/Diana the goddess of the hunt and of unmarried girls. Google for it. It'll give you a few hints, besides, she's got no recollection of the past. Something foreign would put her on enough nerve to terrify her.))
Rivera felt the shifting in dimension and shook her head, merely snapping her fingers, shattering the plane into pieces as she phased back into visibility. "Don't tamper with space, and don't tamper with me." She continued to walk away at her slow, leisurely pace. Stone spikes rose from the ground in waves, an earthquake of the worst nightmare. The shards of metal in the ground conducte the electricity of the lightning dragon, who struck with a force that even a demi god would find it must be reckoned with.
Finally getting annoyed with his pesky annoyances, she gave up her challenge to Kujiro, nodding to him that she will return for him and match swords with him. Turning around, she faced the annoying man, "You've been in my face for too long..." The whisper was a song of death, the soft childish qualited woven with the chaos that she wielded in her hands. Rivera swung Kairyu, which became a brilliant blade of white light and electricity. The dragon on its hilt dispersed and shot into her arm, merging into part of her.
Rivera's attack was sudden and uncalled for. She rushed in a terrorizing wave of space displacement and light woven wind, energy shattering concrete in the movement. Feinting a hair breath away from him, her light step back towards the side was only a split second's worth. Everything went still when this happened, a moment when all tension and stress just fell silent. But the next moment, she was in the air and plummeting her sword a mere two feet from above the man. Every bit of tension she released came back in that instant like a falling anvil. She was very light, since her bones were hollow. In total, she wasn't more than thirty or fourty pounds. A regular attack would never give her the edge. She had exposed him to what she supposed was mild--but stressful to others--tension, then pulled it away completely and invoking relief. By crushing everything down onto her opponent at that speed and power, she gives him no time to recollect himself for tension, giving her an edge on his stance. The forces that she dragged with her also caused the attacks to seem heavier. She used it frequently, but it often took a heavy toll on her health.
She didn't know if he'll dodge or not, so she was ready to dodge his blade and retaliate in an equally fast movement. Rivera knew that it would have to be fast, her attack had a diameter of six or seven meters, meaning the pressure exerted would be spread out to an even stronger force to apply.
