Melody Hikari-Shinu Anson [Philosophy In A Teacup] Melody Hikari-Shinu Anson Can I kill it dead? [Even though it's an old bud from a Neopets swordfight RP from million of years ago. (IE- five+ years ago)] Oh man, Neopets RPs. I totally was a whore for those back in the day.Hahaha, we all were. We were all noobs with mary sues and stus. XD Apparently, some of us left our brains back there so we can't gain some brain.
Oh man, it's only the RPs now-a-days that ******** suck. Kids these days have no imaginations. Or writing skills. Neopets's RP board is like Barton Town if everyone in Barton Town was a dyslexic Stephenie Meyer with broken fingers.
My two most beloved RPs started off as Neopets RPs; One died about two years ago after the other person lost interest (wanted to RP her animal characters more than her one human character), and the other is still on-going after, like, six or seven years. In fact, its characters are the ones being featured in my art contest. heart

Melody Hikari-Shinu Anson Awww. Well, we've found about forty or so of the original RPers that are still on Gaia and/or still RP. About a little more than half of them visited the "revival" thread [if you can call it a revival. It's more of a general rp place for the original group and those that joined via Gaia] consistently during the summer. About half have posted [at least once] since the third week of august. xDDD Silly school, take away the group's free time. [I've also learned that I'm older than some of these people that I always thought were older than me by a few months to 2 years.! o_o] My original character is... still a sue, but I refuse to change her and/or her story in that I take away important things. I'll take away what I may have considered, but I'll never take away what I've already established/made work. ...Which sucks because after that Creative Writing course last semester, I'm too embarrassed to write about her now. ._. Sure, she scored 147 on the Mary Sue litmus test [I blame counting her pokemon as pets], but that never mattered. XD And this seriously is going to hinder the HGSS ficlet I plan on writing later on. ._. Because like, time-travel and stuff and canonxoc and i hate writing as a male....
That's why I only do private, one-on-one RPs. I know my characters are kinda sue-ish (my alter ego was, like, three points away from being officially in SUE category) but you know what? ******** that. My RP partners like my characters and don't see any problem with them, and I love my characters, so other people can suck my c**k. It's not like they have to interact with my Sue-y characters, so why in the world would their opinions ever matter?
And a golden rule of Pokémon: None of your s**t has to make sense. Remember, anything you do/want to do takes place in a universe where it's absolutely, perfectly acceptable for weak, defenseless ten-year-olds to venture out into a wilderness full of huge, insanely dangerous creatures, all on their own in an effort to tame said huge, insanely dangerous creatures. These same ten-year-olds can also single-handedly bring down an international crime syndicate, enslave deities, and become leaders/figureheads of entire nations.
Dugtrios can also fight over water, people wear funny-a** hats, no one in all of recorded history has ever seen Pokémon reproduce, people are seriously at a loss for where the hell Pokémon eggs come from, and small birds are perfectly capable of being used as reliable aerial transports for grown adults.
Tl;dr: None of this s**t makes sense. Your stuff certainly doesn't have to, either.
