Courtyard (North)

[Sanoske_Niwa]

Sanoske sighes and retracts his blood into his body. The wound that he had just inflicted apon himself dissappears and he heads off towards the large tree. When in range he jumps up into and lays on one of the branches with a sigh. He kinda got really aggitated by that vampire, he really didn't like him at all anymore.

Shepard was ready to strike at Sanoske but stopped himself just as the guy retracted whatever that was. He growled in anger and looked down at Kisa. He couldn't leave her like that. On the ground. He went to slowly pick her up and put her on the bench.  

[Sanoske_Niwa]

Sanoske just sat their eyeing Shepard with his cross pupils. He didn't know what to do he really wanted to strike Shepard down but he couldn't at least not out in a courtyard. He thought for a minute and then remeber the training grounds. Their is where he could 'train' against him.

He stode up and balanced on the tree limb. He looked around for any higher one until he had found one and kept jumping until he was on the top of the tree. He looked down at Shepard.

"Shepard I wish to train against you. Meet me at the training ground in one hour. If you don't then I guess your just not man enough to just train against someone you hate."He said with a laugh.

" No. A true warrior knows when to fight. You want to fight not train. Then the time is now. A warrior stands his ground and fights. If you don't fight here than you my friend are the one who is afriad." Shepard standing his ground smiling at Sanoske.  

[Sanoske_Niwa]

Sanoske grins, he was right after all why be afraid of some teacher coming in and stoping them. He quickly pulled out a razor and sliced his wrist, the blood imeditaly formed into a claw around his right hand. He jumped from the tree and when straight for Shepard with his right hand pulled back for a slash. He then stoped and looked around, he was just floating their in mid air looking as though he felt something. He shot off towards a new location as though he found something or someone more worth his time.

Kisa sighed peacefully in her sleep and yawned. She sat up and sniffed slightly. Her eyes fluttered open. "Huh...? Good morning!" She said happily. Her hand moved back and forth as she waved to them both. "I'm..." Kisa stopped to yawn. "Go to the hotsprings." She waves again and grabbed her bag. "See ya." Her head was lowered as she walked off, looking like a was sleepwalking, which she basically WAS. ((>w< Off to the hotsprings!))

 

[Sanoske_Niwa]

Sanoske had saw Kisa walk off before he got out of the courtyard. He wondered what the hell was wronge with her. He was bored and well he lost track of the greater cause so decided to follow this weird yet intresting person around for a bit. After all if you sleep though a fight and then just take off as though nothing happened their is something up.

''No...no trouble...'' she murmered, closing her eyes and looping one arm through his.

Jasper appeared to be content and comfortable. In truth, she was; physically at least. Mentally, she was panicing. Jas didn't normally get too fond of a person. Last time he'd died and she was very sure that this time, it'd happen again. It was the burden of a sprite. Mother nature was forgiving and generous, but she did not like to share. Sprites were the closest thing to her. Last time... she thought again... last time had been the second time. Two loved ones, struck down by jealous weather.

After a long while, the wind ruffling their hair lightly. She chose her words carefully, in a whisper barely audiable, ''I can't do this, I just can't lose another person!''

Jasper jumped up. A tear escaped, trailing down her face.

'' I'm so sorry Shadow. I didn't mean to put you in danger'' she cried, fleeing towards the exit, leaving her cloak in a heap at the foot of the tree.

Keila grinned widely, giving a thumbs up. "Of course!" she chimed happily, and rather loudly. "Friends are friends are friends are friends are friends are friends for," she paused to breathe, "ever!" she closed her eyes and giggled. "What? Besides, you're our friend. And you have the right to go check on Kaida, yes you do. You easily could've just said, 'okay, gotta go, bye!' But ya didn't. So really, come on, let's go!!" She didn't like the hospital, but she would agree to go. Like she'd said herself, friends were friends. And friends did things for other friends.
If that meant a trip to the hospital to see a friend's friend,... so be it.

Shadow smiled softly as Jasper wrapped her arm around his. He was happy now and at peace, but something told him that she wasn't. He couldn't put his finger on it but he knew that something wasn't right with her. But he choose not to question her, he would enjoy her company and let her own thoughts be her own.

However, after a few moment, he heard her whisper that she couldn't bear to loose him. A funny thought, what could she mean? But then she jumped up and began to run toward the exit, and it was then that he realized what it was that she was talking about. However, as she left, she left her cloack behind and shadow picked it up as he rose quickly and began to follow her. He felt a rush of wind run through his hair and he curshed softly to himself.Damnit, am I to have no peace. Is your only wish to make me suffer?!? he thought angrily.

He then ran to the door where Jasper was running through and called out her name. "Jasper!! Wait, talk to me!!! What do you mean? I'm not going to leave you and I won't hurt you, I couldn't bear it!!!!" he shouted to her with a cry.

Jasper stopped with a jerk at his words. He thought that she thought... oh god. He'd gotten the wrong impression.

She spun on her heel, flying back towards him.

''No, no no no no! '' Jasper cried, meeting him and pulling him into an embrace. ''No, I know you'd never... ever... even think of it. And I really don't want to hurt you... but even knowing that...that... that others have died because they cared; because they said what you are saying now - 'Jasper, I'm not going to leave you' I don't think I could handle it again. ''

She paused to catch her breath and calm herself down a bit. In a way, Jasper was like the weather herself. Flightly, unpredictable; uncontrolable. She was dangerous and also very unstable. And at the moment, unstable was the best word to use.

''L-let me explain...'' she whispered in his ear, '' Weather, I control it. But it also controls me. And weather is very jealous and easily upset. If it feels as if I'm being stolen away, it fights back.''

As if to prove her words further, thunder growled overhead and lightening struck the flagstone of the path on which they stood only a short distance away. It left an ominous black scorch as a reminder.

''Its the burden to my gift; balance for being able to control one of the powerfullest forces in existance''

Shadow smiled as he listened to Jasper explain and he then laughed a bit. He was not one to be afraid of many things, and the weather was certainly not one of them I understand. But you must know, even the weather will have a hard time killing me. I don't die easily, many have tried and only one has every been sucessfu, an dlook, I'm still here today. I always come back...it's...it's almosty like nature doesn't want me gone..and when I am, the world is thrown into chaos." he told her as he hugged her gently and whispered in her ear. "I won't let you go that easily. I'm not afraid of death, I'll over come it again. I promise."

He then stepped back and handed her her coat and smiled."So will you give me a chance?" he asked her as he embrassed her once morre and placed a light kiss on her cheek. He had not been as happy as he was since he had been with his wife and now he felt that he could finally move on.

Jasper hugged him back. She realized when his lips brushed her cheek that she'd not be able to stay away from this boy.

''It's not as if I don't want to...its just...well'' she sputtered, not sure how to continue, ''Oh... screw it! If you want to try and get yourself killed I'm not one to stop you''

With a muffled giggle into his shoulder, Jasper backed Shadow into the wall they were standing near. She looked up at him, who had nearly a head on her, and smiled.

'' I have to check on something.'' she explained, placing a light kiss upon his mouth, '' Meet me in the library in an hour?''

She winked playfully, snatching her cloak and making an exit. Just as she turned the corner Jasper glanced back, with a non-commitminal wave.

"Well, here we are! The Northern Courtyard!" He took a deep breath of the less humid air and headed over toward the statue. He hadn't been here since yesterday, but for some reason, he felt like Seth would still be there. As far as he knew, he wasn't. He sat on the edge of the statue and looked at the courtyard. It wasn't very exciting, but it was a good place to meet people. It was in the center, so it was usually crowded. "Well, what'tya think?" he asked.

" It's nice and large out here! A perfect meeting place for people." Fayth then surveyed the area. She scoped people eating picnic together and other people sitting on benches reading and such. "We should bring a picinc out here with your friends that would be quite some fun!"
