Courtyard (South)

'Thank You Ginvera, but I think I'll stay here for a while. It's so beautiful here." Kitten said. Kitten felt so good in this courtyard. It reminded her of her village. It gave her good vibes. She was even opening up to complete strangers.  

[Lysine]

"Yeah, it is lovely, isn't it?"
Ginerva said, as she twisted a strand of her long, wavy, blonde hair around
her finger.

"It reminds me of my-" Kitten cut herself off, before she told this girl she just met what had happened. It was a close call. It was painful for Kitten to open up and she never trust any one for that reason. Kitten eyes start to swell up like she was about to cry, btu no she wouldn't dare in front of every-one.

'Eck! Spaced off again. Why do you do that so much?!'
'How should I know?'
'You just should!'

Moroi would have hit himself over the head to stop his mental argument if not for all the people in the courtyard. He sighed and stepped over to a tree, sitting below it with his knes to his chest, arms wrapped around them. It was a wonder that he wasn't in his dorm room, curled up with a book and hidden away from the rest of the living world. That would have been more normal. For him, anyway.

'How did that boy know that I was a neko-jinn?'

That question exactily was why he had spaced off. His illusion-hidden ears pointed back in an annoyed position. Invisible-to-most navy tail was laying across his lap rather than being sat on.

 

[Angellea]

What powers do you possess? The question caught her off guard. As her hand came back to hold her bag, she gave her the answer to the question. "I am a clairvoiyant and psychic," she said softly. She noticed the expression on Kitten`s face, one that looked lost in thoughts, whether it was her own or just taking in the scenery. Angellea let a pleasant smile form on her face. "What powers do you have?" she asked politely.  

[Lysine]

"Kitten? Is something wrong?"
Ginerva could tell that Kitten was holding back something more than tears....
(( .I've got to get off now, but I'll be back in about 33 minutes or so.))

"Theres nothing wrong!" her voice quivered as it came out. It wasn't ment to be a mean thing, but it came out wrong.

"I'm...a shadow controller and I also controll the dark." Kitten said, Her eyes were swelling up more. Everthing reminded her of her mother or her father. She wanted to cry on her mother's shoulder, but she hqad no mother! He rmother betraded her!! Her father was never there!!  

[Angellea]

Angellea got the sense that something was wrong and was determined to help her new friend. She tried to think of somethign to help change the subject. "Don`t you love the smell of the air in springtime?" she asked ," It always smells so fresh, clean, and peaceful." Her face became thoughtful, but inside she was struggling to control herself from reading Kitten`s mind. Angellea believed that everything one kept in one`s mind should be private. Diaries could be found and read, but minds were not supposed to be that way. She saw her ability as more of a curse than anything. Angellea saw someone sit down, a tail in their lap and looked puzzled. She was very curious and tried hard to get their attention without saying a word. Trying with her mind wasn`t as hard but keeping it from reading everything in the path was. She hoped they would come and sit with Kitten and herself so they wouldn`t look so alone.....and somewhat aggitated.

"I'm sorry angealla I don't mean to act like this..." Kitten said as she noticed Angealla was looking at a neko, but strangely Kitten couldn't see he was a neko she just sensed it from her own neko self.

"Ahhh...So I see you like that neko boy sitting over there." Kitten said guessing if she liked him, for she was staring at him pretty hard.

Moroi took a side-long glance at the two girls, one that looked a little more curious of him than the other, who looked rather shaken up.

'Oh please say someone else can't see this cursed thing.'

He sighed and shook his head, silvery locks spreading across his forehead.

'I'm going to need to work on this illusion. That or just ditch it completely...'

With his mind on a completely different subject again, he didn't seem to notice either of the girls very much anymore. With the distraction, he had released the illusion again.

Kitten knew the only way shy and nervous Angealla would go over to the neko boy was if Kitten went first. So kitten took her brave self and grabbed her baton and walked over to the neko boy.

"Hello, I'm Kitten, and Over there is Angealla." Kitten said pointing over Angealla. Kitten still couldn't see the tail and ears but still sensed them.
"So, are you a neko or what? I can't see your tail or ears, but I can sense them."Kitten confronted him on the matter.
