Why do you hate me! I screamed at the sky. " You want me to catch a Wurmple so badly! Well, screw you! I want one but not a Wurmple. No offense. " The wurmple and hotstuff stared at me. I made a hand sign, to tell my torchic to scratch it. AGAIN!

Elizabeth walked into the route looking for something to catch, or fight.

Victoria, and Alistair, had finally made it out of the woods, taking only a few hours, they made it to route 101. "I heard people talking about the pokemon here being quite hostile. Keep a look out, this may be the perfect time to strengthen our pokemon. " She said, just as the words came out of her mouth, a pokemon appeared in front of them, and in back of them. She would leave the one in back to Alistair.

The pokemon that faced hers, was a Wurmple. "A bug type pokemon" She read from her pokemon. It seemed weak, and small. She didn't have to call her pokemon, foreword or anything, before it already was ready. "Go Torchic use scratch!" Victoria said calmly, as he pokemon took off, fast for a little guy, she noticed. Coming upon the small bug type, her pokemon scratched at it, with its small feet, over, and over again. The Bug Pokemon thrashed about, but the onslaught from the small bird was enormous. It kept at it, until it passed out.

Victoria couldn't lie, she surprised herself by feeling excitement from the battle. Quickly keeping herself in check, when her pokemon came next to her, the bird pokemon, and Victoria watched Alistair, and his battle.

Alistair noted, that his partner was in a battle also, but he to, was faced with on. A " Zigzagoon" his Pokedex read. It stood in front of Alistair, waiting for him to throw out, his Pokeball. What the pokemon didn't know, was that Alistair's treeko wasn't the trees above them. "Treeko! Use pound!" He shouted, the Treeko came jumping down, landing right ontop of the small pokemon, and punched it in the head, giving it a critical hit. The pokemon was dazed, totally caught off-guard by the attack,while the grass pokemon came back in, hitting again with pound, and knocking it out.

Alistair turned to his partner, she won her battle also. He was genuinely happy for her. They were getting stronger. More pokemon came out, challenging the two new trainers. He spotted an even 6, 3 for each trainer. "Go treeko!" He shouted, getting his pokemon ready.

A wild Poochyena was the first up, barking wildly at Treeko,baiting it. "Treeko! Go! "Tree" The pokemon acknowledged. Running foreword, darting left, right..continuing the same pattern. The grass pokemon was extremely fast. Appearing right behind the Poochyena before it even knew what hit it. "Use pound!" The Treeko used pound, slamming its fist into the small dogs side, causing it to skid across the ground. "Again!" Alistair said, as the treeko did the attack once more. Causing the yapping dog to pass out.

And yet after the battle, a Wurmple took it's place, ready for a fight. "This will be easy!" Alistair said, the treeko was still roaring to go. Taking off with it's incredible speed, Treeko slammed into the worm, with pound. The pokemon latched to the ground, with it's sticky bottom, and swung around, hitting the unsuspected treeko, with tackle, causing it to stumble. Alistair let out a breath, unable to speak, with words that just couldn't come out fast enough. His pokemon however, had the situation handled. Using pound again, to knock it out.

The last pokemon took it's place, facing down Treeko, and Alistair. Alistair noted that his pokemon was breathing hard, starting to wear out, but stood strong. ~I think he has a fight or two left in him~ He thought,

Before going into battle again, Alistair forgot about his fellow partner. Looking behind him, he smiled at what he saw.

Victoria was facing down another pokemon, this time it was another wurmple. It looked a little bit stronger then the last one the two of them fought, but Victoria was not becoming a little confident in her newly acquired Pokemon skills. "Go torchic! Use scratch!" She called out, the small bird pokemon ran foreword, closer, and closer to the enemy. The small bug pokemon let out string shot, trying to hold it down. Barely missing once, and then twice, it stopped the bird pokemon, losing it's momentum to dodge it. Finally on it's third shot, it ensnared the fire pokemon. It's feet in a tangle of webbing, he pokemon cried out, frustrated with it's self. It was thrashing about, as the wormple got closer. "Calm down!" Victoria shouted. The bird did so, looking at her, and the creeping pokemon. "Use scratch to cut away the webbing" The pokemon did so, coming free. And jumped on it's opponent, scratching it the best it could, the wormple bucked it off, and Torchic went back at it, scratching it more, until the pokemon, gave in, and passed out.

The Female Shinobi

Victoria was facing down another pokemon, this time it was another wurmple. With little time to celebrate, another pokemon came to face the two, Victora saw the fire deep inside her pokemon spark, ready for a good fight.

Another wurmple. Victora was getting quite tired of these little bugs, and so was torchic. The Wurmple had started to use string shot, but torchic, was getting stronger, faster even. It quickly outmaneuvered the string attack, and was on the pokemon in no time, using scratch to take down the pokemon.

She looked over to her partner, and found him looking back at her. "This is getting to easy, lets leave." She said, as pokemon came to stand around them again. "No more!" She yelled, as the two trainers, and two pokemon, raced to meet the line.

The pokemon that Torchic encountered first, was a Zigzagoon. Torchic quickly, took care of it. Knocking it out with scratch, and a body tackle. The other pokemon tried to follow, but the 4 man group was to fast, running to the next, and closest town.

Another Poochyena was taken down, as Treeko, and Alistair crossed the line, behind Victoria. Treeko, had used pound, and brought it down to the ground, quickly finishing it with another pound.

Alistair, and his pokemon were running right behind, their teammates, Making sure that no others followed, and attacked.

Garcian slowed to a halt and looked at the pokeball in his hand.
"Hmmm, this could be a good chance to see what you can do..."
A figure jumped out in front of him.
"Aha! Hawke! Go!"

"A Zigzagoon? Fine. Hawke, use scratch"
Hawke claws at the wild pokemon before retreating for another attack, the Zigzagoon growled but Hawke seemed unfazed.
"Good. Scratch it again."
Hawke jumps at the Zigzagoon again and knocks it down with a well placed attack.
"Fantastic! We may have a chance yet!"
"Chic!" Hawke's expression changed from fierce determination to victorious glee in a second.
"Tell you what, let's forget about the ball, how about you ride on my shoulder instead?"
"Tor!" Hawke chirped with approval.
Garcian picked up Hawke and placed him on his shoulder before continuing onwads, somehow feeling better about the day.
