Gidget smiles listlessly. Even though it was a necessity, she greatly dislikes having to fight other meta-humans. There are times where the person is truly wicked, but then there are times where it is the radiation that has done the real damage. She learned long ago that the power comes with a price. A small percentage of the meteor exposed meta-humans lose their minds to the radiation that floods their bodies.

She waves over to the car and says, "Well I'll drive us there. Just tell me where to go."

"You remember the diner?" Deora asked as she started walking towards the car. "My place is five blocks south, two blocks east. It's the five-story building."

A moment later Gidget pulls them over by the building that Deora described. Once they are all out she arms the car's alarm. A car alarm that would do more to a potential thief than be loud.

Gidget's eyes switch to the Meta-spectrum. She can hardly believe how many there are in this portion of the city. After switching her eyes back she looks to Deora. "Lead the way, we'll be right here with you."

Deora hadn't seen the Rat and his usual group in the alley as they pulled up. That could mean one of two things; either he was hanging out in the basement, are he was in her room. Deora had never seen him out in the streets, and his friends never seemed to wander far during the day.

Deora nodded as Gidget told her to lead. She went up to the front door and swung it open, the 'NO TRESPASSING' sign fluttering a bit as she peered into the disheveled lobby before motioning for the other girls. When they followed she lead them upstairs to the fourth floor. When she reached her level she paused, thinking she'd heard something. Sure enough, there was the sound of someone going through the contents of a canvas duffel bag. Deora clenched her fists and ran down the hallway, kicking open the door to her room and actually eliciting a squeak from the Rat as she found him clutching a pair of her undies. "YOU LITTLE b*****d! GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!"

She kicked at him, but he quickly scurried out of the way. "Oh, come De, we know each other so well by now, we're practically friends! Maybe even more..." "UGH, No way, you little creep! Now GET OUT!"

She threw a punch at him, only to hit the drywall behind him as he ducked and scurried out of the room, right into Gidget and Trinity. "Oh, De, you didn't tell me you brought friends, they look just as good as you! Especially this one" He said, taking a deep breath of the air around Gidget, his beady eyes glimmering and his whiskers twitching.

Gidget bares her teeth with a contorted smile as her eyebrows twitch. "Hah, you think I'm good? Check out this trick I can do. It's called "rats can hear pitches that people can't." Aaaaaand presto!"

She opens her right palm toward the rat man. The casing opens and a horrendous pulsing screech emanates from her hand. Knowing that Deora and Trinity would be safe, but being concerned of any other Class A Meta-humans in the area, she keeps the noise local to the apartment they are in.

The Rat stopped and tilted his head, wondering what she was talking about until the sound started. He covered his ears and let out a pained squeak, unable to move for a second before frantically looking around for an escape route. When none was obvious, be went to his next option. "ENOUGH, STOP, PLEASE! I BEG OF YOU!"

"No, no. Keep it going."
Deora said, crossing her arms over her chest. "It's fun watching this guy squirm a bit."

Gidget chuckles at Deora and closes her hand. The sound stops immediately. She pats the rat-man on his head and says. "Now why don't you be a good little rodent and make yourself scarce. You have five seconds before I decide to open both of my hands. Five...four...three..."

The Rat snarled as she patted his head, but his expression went to one of horror at her threat. He squeaked again as she began the countdown and sprinted out the door. His feet lost traction as he turned into the hall, making him slam into the opposite wall and stripping any dignity away from his escape.

Deora laughed as he ran away. "Yeah, you better run, you little pendejo!" She called after him. "Show your little snout around again, I dare ya!"

She laughed some more as she went to her ransacked bag. "Thanks for that. I think he's been needing that for a while." She said as she started putting clothes back in the bag.

Trinity fought the urge to twist his arm to the back and pining him down with her elbow. She resisted the temptation for she felt that the level of violence was unnecessary, the guy may be creepy but didn't seem dangerous. Besides Gidget didn't like it when she handles it when Gidget would be fine handling it on her own. It was definately more amusing to watch Gidget handle the rat man without laying a finger on him. She grins as the rat man scurried away.
"Couldn't have handle that better myself."
She couldn't help but think that perhaps they should have offered Valhalla to him as well. Despite the fact he steels and makes everyone feel uncomfortable, he was still a meta-human. She shrugged it off as perhaps she was thinking too much.

Gidget grinned mischievously and started gathering up other articles of clothing from around the room. She stopped suddenly when a proximity alarm went off in her head. Her eyes peel apart the walls as she looks around the sub-district. She spots a very very familiar meta-signature.

She turns to Deora and Trinity. "If you ladies will excuse me, I just saw an old friend that I have to say hi to."

Gidget bows her head slightly and jogs out of the apartment after the source of her excitement. She darts through the alleys until she sees the back of a head that she couldn't mistake for anyone else. "Tansy?"

Deora finished packing fairly quickly and zipped up the duffel bag. "So, do we wait on her, or do you have another way to get to this Valhalla place?" She asked Trinity, taking a seat on the bag.

Trinity interlocked her fingers, then with her palms out she stretched her arms cracking her knuckles. "There's one way I could take you, if you're not afraid of the dark." She folds her arms and waits for the girl's answer.

"It's not the dark that should be feared, but that which lurks within it. And look around you, you think I'd be afraid of the dark after living here?" Deora said, sweeping a hand to indicate not just the building, but the entire sector. Hers wasn't the only one abandoned.

Trinity nodded on her response. "You have a point. Here stay close to me, hold tight and I can shadow travel us there. Let me take you bag."

Deora stood and held her bag out for Trinity to take. "Careful, It's heavy. And please don't lose it, I have some valuable stuff in there. Should I just hold onto your shoulder?"
