Courtyard (North)

[uwasa]

Uwasa looked at the gilr and notcied she kinda looked lost. He stood up walking over to her turning his mp3 off as he went. He ran his hand threw his silver and black hair to straighten it out and he spoke. "Hey you look lost you need some help." He stood a full 6'2 and wore a black tentch coat t-shirt and jeans, and sunglasses. He wore big combat boots but his pant legs where pulled over them.  

[Nefidean]

Nefidean looked over at the young man and smiled. "I think I'm all right. I'm heading towards the dorms, but I'm sort of takeing my time too." She laughed nervously. "I am sort of new though, is it that easy to tell?"

She smiled again, a bit nervously. She could tell this young man was a regular student, and got the same nervous feel she got around Gordon before. 'Just stay calm Nefi, Stay Calm.'  

[uwasa]

He laughed and shrugged. "Well i have been here for along time actually at one time i was considered the strongest person here. But some many new students come and go no one knows anymore that and tournaments have become more infrequent. But anyway ya it is easy to tell new students from old ones." He said smiling he revealed his canine teeth witch where much to big to be normal he quickley hid them.  

[Nefidean]

Nefidean wasn't too frighten by his canines. She didn't even want to think about how her teeth look when she would fox-out. But her eyes did widen a bit. She notice him hidding them and then smile again. 'At lest I'm not the only one uncomfortable with thier abnormalities.' She thought.

"I guess every one's new at one point or another, and everything takes a bit of time to get used to. Though I've been here a full three hours, and I'm still a tad bit clueless, but I'm alot better off then before. I actually understand the map now... I think." She said rambling a bit, though she didn't mean to. "How rude of me." She laughed nervously again. "My name is Nefidean Falon." She said holding out her one of her hands, (the other still held onto her strap of her back pack.)  

[uwasa]

He shook her hand and smiled being careful to hide his fangs. "The name is uwasa, uwasa nightshade." He did a slight bow and laughed. "So i take it if you came to ria you have some sort of power." He said as he looked her up and down it was impossible to see his eye's threw his sunglasses.  

[Nefidean]

"I suppose it runs in my family. I'm a shape shifter." She said with a week smile. "A rather untrained and unskilled shapeshifter who tends to transform into things when I don't want to." She said wrinkeling her brow. "My parents are delighted though." She said in a half mocking tone of voice before she sighed. "Though I am gald to be here, so far it seems every one here is rather nice, but it's still getting used to every one's... er...." She paused trying to think of a good word that wouldn't offend him. "Diffrences... It is a plesure to meet you Mr. Nightshade." She said bowing back, hopeing to change the subject a bit.  

[uwasa]

He laughed at how nervous she was and sighed. "Ya you get use to it, hey i use to date a kitsune-demon now that was a weird relationship." he looked out across the courtyard and smiled. "But i will warn you not everyone here is nice ther eare alot of poeple who would love to beat the new student. So jsut be careful and if you ever need help i always love to fight even if not my own." He said as he looked around. "So a shapeshifter eh well i have never met one. My skills lay in shadow magic and earth." He was hoping this owuld get some coversation going.  

[Nefidean]

Nefidean smiled nervously when he mentioned the kitsune-demon. "Kisune? Weird huh." She laughed nervously. "Like I said I am pretty new at it, I found a book in the libray on them, it had alot to do with my family haritage. The person who used to own it was a Falon too." She said slidding her back pack off her back and holding it up to show him. "Ironicly Falon is a clan name. So it's a tad bit confusing." She sighed. "But you said your power's lie in shadow magic and earth? What can you actually do?" She asked becoming intrested.

She noticed Uwasa looking around. "Are... you looking for some one?" She asked.  

[uwasa]

He looked at the book and nodded pretty impressed with the name. "Awsome book very interesting, but i have read to many books in my life time." He then smiled when she asked about his powers. "Well i control natural shadows and i can create shadow energy." he held out his hand palm up and a black orb apeared in his hand. "Very useful energy it can copy most anything plus it is quite powerful even in this form." He then thought about his earth power. "My power over earth is les developed." All of a sudden a spike of earth rose behind him. "But still quite useful." He got rid of the orb and let the earth psike fall tp ieces.  

[Nefidean]

Nefidean watched in amazement as the spike and the orb both appeared. Obviously more frighten at the earth spike then the orb. She yelped in surprised then ducked covering her head at when it appeared. Even though the spike was gone now, and she could tell, she still held her hand over her head, hunched over in a ball as if she were still scared. 'Calm down Nefi, calm down! It was only for show, no need to get worked up!' She thought to her self over and over.

He looked at her and smiled. "Good thing i did not show you any of my other forms or powers." He said and then patted her ont he back. "Hey you going to be ok there it's ok i would never attack without reason or warning." He said tyring to calm her down he had never seen someone act like this.  

[Nefidean]

Nefidean looked up at him between her arms. She stood up still covering her head. "It's... er... It's not that.. Remember when I said I wasn't a very good shape shifter? Well... when I get starteled... things appear... it's still unnerving." she muttered wishing she had a hat. "It was pretty cool though, seeing that spike come up like that." She smiled.  

[uwasa]

He laughed if she thought that was impresive then she would think his other abilities amazing. "It is cool i guess everyone was scared of magic at one time. thought not me considering my poeple are born with the abilitie of at least one type of power. Hell my father was bron with six powers." He said rubbing the back of his head and then sighed. "Anyway, ria high is the best way to learn about your powers and how to control them."  

[Nefidean]

Nefidean sighed and smiled a bit, loweing her arms slowly revealing her fox ears. "That's true. And I'll at lest be considered normal here, besides at my old school. People can be crule sometimes." She said, as her ears wilted back a bit before perking up again. "Your people? What are your people like?" She asked her eyes wideing in curiousity. It was obvious she was hanging on ever word he said, and even more obvious that she was still completly new to the whole magical-type of school she was now in.

He smiled and patted her head being careful of her ears. "My poeple are the oldest race we are the acients the first race of the planet, before the demons angels and fairy's even came." He smiled at how she hung on every word. "But it is a long story and i do not feel like boring you over it." He said because he had told some manyt he story it was long and hard story to tell.
