More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

The doors open allowing access into Gidget's lab. With a heavy sigh Gidget turns the chair around to face her friends, displaying her condition for them to see. She decided it was time to tell them what had happened. She just hopes they don't freak it.

With an awkward smile she says, "Hey guys...surprise..."

"Well I don't have any relatives. Well my parents but that's about it. It's kinda discriminating to force Meta's and humans to live apart isn't it? Ahh well, let's make the best out of the few days we've got and then I shall force them into letting you stay!" Liv said with a bright smile."Oh eh..can you walk or do you need me to help you with that?"

"Yeah, I could use some help perhaps a crutch? Oh here.." she passed Liv's forms to the residential agent. In return the residential agent gave her the key. "Alright Liv let's go" she smiled a little put the key in her pocket and took the laptop on her good arm.

"Alrighty then! Lead the way sista!" Liv cheered her on. But before she actually went anywhere she took the laptop from Amanda." I'll hold on to this and you just focus on walking. You are injured...can't let you walk around carrying stuff like that."

Tansy felt her face pale. She felt her breath catch in her chest as she looked at her close friend... attached to wires and other thing which she couldn't quite process. "Oh God.. Gigdet... What... when did this happen?"
Justine paused as she stood inside with the others. She could hear all of their hearts racing, supirse and shock. Did they not know that Gigdet was no longer human? She found that strange, it was so easy to tell.... Then again...

Gidget raises her hands quickly as Tansy speaks, "I know, I know, it looks really bad. And I'll explain everything about this, just please...please don't freak out. I'm still me, just a more durable me."

Ako wasn't sure what he was expecting when he walked into the room, but it wasn't this. His friend, the girl he loved like a sister, hooked up like something he'd once seen in a waking nightmare. His breathing stopped, his skin ran cold, and it felt as thought his very heart stopped beating. "G- Gidget?" He couldn't believe it. "No. no, what are you?" It was hard for him to avoid losing it, despite what Gidget, or whatever that thing was, had said.

Deora was less surprised, but she still wasn't expecting to see Gidget in this condition. She would have asked what happened, but the winged woman already asked, and Ako's words would have cut her off, anyway.
On another note, holy crap that woman has wings! Deora had seen a few people with deformities and other anomalies while here, but nothing like that. The woman looked like an angel.

Almost immediately after Ako's question, Gidget gasps sharply. Her face slowly changes into a mask of pain and torment as her artificial teeth grind slightly. Her eyes beg for tears, and her soul wishes for the comfort they would bring. Even though she can't feel the pain physically, psychologically it is almost too much for her to bare.

She bites her bottom lip and looks down at the feet of the people she calls friends. "I'm not a what. It's just my body that's artificial...not my soul."

Trinity checks her phone noticing she had received confirmation from her soldiers indicating that they are now at the meeting. I wonder if she needs me there, or if she is fine on her own. I wonder if she's healed enough to sync her communication. She sends a text to Gidget uncertain if it will reach her [Do you need me there?]

Tansy paused as she saw the pain across Gigdet's face. That wasn't something a robot could do. Even if Gigdet built it. She moved closer to her and placed her hand on her cheek. "It's okay sweetie. You're still the beauitful soul that we know and love. No matter what your body is made of." She smiled brightly at her.

Gidget looks up into Tansy's eyes. Her tearless eyes quiver as she smiles, stands up, and then throws her arms around her old friend. "Oh Tansy, thank you so much! It means so much to me that you feel that way."

She is so happy that for a moment she forgets about her increased robotic strength and squeezes Tansy too tightly. She reads the message across her HUD from Trinity and quickly replies. [As soon as you can manage it. I'm just about ready to be DC'd from the synchronization machine.]

When Gigdet stood and hugged her, she felt light and happy. It was strange. All this time, all she needed was the one thing she had been the most afraid to face. Her friends. "Darling, I don't know about you, but I still need to breath!" She laughed softly as she took a few short and shallow breaths.

Gidget's eyes pop wide when it dawns on her that she is crushing her friend. She quickly releases Tansy and rubs her hands together in front of her nervously, "Oh my God I'm so sorry. I sometimes forget about the whole kung fu grip thing."

She turns her head toward Ako, her eyes searching his. What he had said nearly broke her heart. She hopes that maybe now after Tansy's approval he will follow suit.

She pleads, "Ako...please don't hate me. I didn't tell you because I thought you would be afraid of me. I know what Charles Ray showed you back then. But I can promise you it's me in here." She taps her chest plate in the center where her heart would be.

Trinity saw the text and replied [OMW]
"Alright Apollo come with me, I need to visit a friend who is dealing with tough times." she lead the way and hopefully if the boy knew what's best for him he'd follow.

He walked casually towards the construction grounds to assist in the construction. Releasing an aggitated sigh he pulled out the hands from his pockets and gestured a wave towards the people who were apparently talking on the phone. Immediately upon hanging up they seemed to give him a suspicious look, "..." The eyes squinted lightly at the worker, "I'm here to help with reconstruction...You want my help? Or are you just going to stand around long enough for me to regret my decision and walk off?" I was probably the longest sentence he had spoken to someone other than his brother. The eyebrows narrowing slightly as he was gestured to pick up some scrapmetal. "Okay boss." He sneered, extending the limbs as he telepathically lifted the objects with ease.

"I-I-I.." Apollo stammered on, the eyes darting from Trinity to Orion in a rather uneasy and hectic notion. "I-I've got to go check on--Oh, o-okay.." The young child said nervously, following the taller one, the dark eyes glancing to where the older brother had gone off to.. You're going to get it once I see you next time...Orion..
