Oh so the Kitty has claws. Well can you play with something you can't see. *He shimmers and then becomes invisible. He laughs mockingly and it echoes everywhere, not even Alena's sensitive ears or Rose's mind reading can pinpoint his location*
Oh by Thor's hammer, where the devil is he? Alena, he shouldn't have that power. Peasents have none. *she was becoming worried, something that rarely happens*Only one person in Moonlit Valley has that power and that's my...*her voice broke* uncle.

"And he's smart, using the echos to confuse my ears. Still, I have an idea."

Alena reached for the pouch of crossbow bolts that Nero had given her the previous day. She tossed the bag's contents into the air, then manuvered the wind every-which-way execpt for right next to Rose, Alena, and Chii.

If you don't hear a yelp of pain, start flailing wildy, as that would mean he's too close to us.

You're smarter than I thought Kitty Kat. *he said with a grunt of pain, red blood dripping from out of the air.* But not smart enough. You see, Rose's uncle's power, but her auntie's as well. It is amazing what powers one can gain through a little blodshed. *he laughed again and the blood stopped as his wound healed, but not fast enough because both Alena and Rose could see where he was.*
Alena, help me out here! *she propelled Alena through the air with telekinesis towards Josh's location. That was when Rose noticed Shii.* Chii, now isn't the time for games!

Alena's claws were pointed forward, as she stabbed them through the spot where the blood had dropped.

*Josh let out a yelp of pain and anger.* You b***h, you'll pay for that. *He dropped to the floor and there were claw mark in his stomach. He looked at the girl hugging him.* Get off me!* He thrust Chii with all his force and laughed as she struck the wall* I guess it's time for Rose's cousin to make herself useful.
You killed Nessie! *Rose was horrified as she realized her closest family members were all dead by Josh's hands and fell trembling to the gournd.*
*Josh shimmered out of sight and reappeared behind Rose.* Hey Kitty, I'm behind you now. *Josh pulled a knife from his pocket and grazed it against Rose's back tearing at the delicate fabric*
*Rose gasped as the cold metal made contact with her skin.* Alena! *Rose thrust at Josh with her mind but was unable to concentrate hard enough on one thing. She was too filled with grief. Josh wrapped his hand around her neck and lifted her up.*

I have three of the Vanderbalt powers. Now its going to be four. *He stabs Rose in the back and his dagger protrudes her stomach. She gasps and falls to the floor.* Now as you suffer a long death, I think I’ll work on your friends.
