What do you mean by helping someone?
As in getting them a partner,
Helping them study..
etc.
not helping them study but helping them with their problems the emtoion stuff I always offer advice but no they never feel better when i tellt hem that advice and they won't even try it

But thats what I do!
Do you have any idea why they don't take your advice?
They might feel/think you're inexperienced or something,
Which may be a reason why they don't want to use it.

I become less and less academic.... sad I don't mean the grades I'm getting, as seriously once you get to Uni you'll have to get used to Cs and Bs, even if you got straight A+s before. I mean I have to learn to talk like an academic, using lots of big, complicated and obscure words.
