Courtyard (North)

Uwasa stood up his face in a growl and sneer as a wall of shadow energy ros eup infront of Fera."You do not understand it is not going to hurt me but it may hurt you."He said as he stepped forward all of a sudden in a flash of light two large angel wings apeared. They where black but each feather had a silver stripe going down the center."You tried to use a seal, enchantment on the chosen, me the chosen of my race you know how dangerous this is."He said slightly angry as he walked closer.

Decoda felt that her fingertips were numb and she rubbed them together, looking to her hands then up to Maru. "Ugh..." she blinked, jamming her fists into her pockets, her book under her arm and broken walkman sticking out of her pocket. "I best be on my way," she stated and threw Maru a small, but kind smile. "It was nice meeting you and I hope that I'll see you around. It would be nice to practice with someone of similar abilities," she nodded and turned, giving a small two-fingered salute over her shoulder.

As she was exiting the courtyard, she thought how she did sincerely hope to practice with him. The best way was to train with someone who knows what they're doing.

"Damn, angles are harder and harder to detect these days." Fera let out a sigh has her darkness grew within. "Well at least it was fun well it lasted. We may have to try this again sometime. But for now I suggest you leave, you wouldn't want your god to get upset with you. After-all, you did intertwine with a damned one." Dark short horns sprouted from her head as her teeth grew sharper. Slithering out behind her was a long black tail. ((Yah I know it's kinda fo-pa((sp??)) but hey can't beat on the classics!)) "So unless you really want to see what I can do, it was nice to meet you Uwasa." She gave a slight fake bow as her eyes started to turn red.

Joy gasped,having just taking a walk with Giddy,her pet sybertooth,she spotted Uwasa and Fera,who she had might once or twice. But their auras were growing black with tips of red,which had caused her gasp. Joy made a mad leap and landed infront of Uwasa arms outstretched,as if ready to take a blow.

"NO!! Fera no hurt Onii-chan!!" Suddenly the wind blew drastically,whipping her long green hair dramactically to add a more meaningful touch. Joys face was stern and her usually sparkling eyes were now ablaze, she didn't want her "older brother" to get hurt. Though he rarly did due to his strength and power,Joy was still worried.

Fera griped her teeth at Uwasa as she was ready to brake him in. Her expression changed to surprise as Joy hopped in front of Uwasa. "Joy...what?" Joy's words echoed in her head for a moment. "You were the only one who could ever make Dante happy weren't you? Calm the heart of the beast. Well I just want you to know, he was going to attack me first. I just placed a seal." The darkness around Fera started to fade, she couldn't hurt Joy, there was just something about her. Her eyes turned to their normal red and the tail slowly slid back into her. Just as Fera was about to turn her back she spoke to Uwasa. "Oh and you should have told me. If I would have know I wouldn't have put the seal on... I guess we'll never know." This situation is quite the opposite of what it should be, and angle lying about who he truly was and a demon not? Strange....humm I may just be getting soft. Fera turned back, "Oh and one more thing, if it starts to sting come a calling, I'm the only one who can take it off for yah, it may not draw you to me like it was supposed to but it may have to crawling to me to take it off." Fera smirked and gave a respectful nod to Joy. "And it was nice to see you again Ms. Joy." With that she turned and started to walk away.

Joy drew back her arms,touching her lip,a nautural insinct when unsure with what she had been encountered with."Anoo..but Fera-chan..."Dante-chan said he never could be happy..though Joy hates to believe that.. When she started talking of a seal Joy looked up at Uwasa,her eyes now big and round like a mere child lost in a crowd of strangers.

"Onii-chan??" She asked curiously,hoping he would answer her thirst for answers,looking back towards Fera she smiled brightly,her eyes lughtning up with life ocne more, as if nothing had happened,Joy was never one to detest anyone,it was against her nature. Waving happily with both hands Joy nodded. "Maybe we Get to play next time hai Fera-chan?!? Bye!!!" A seal...what would be bad in Onii-chan to seal up??Was it a mistake?

Uwasa watched as joy jumped infront of him and stopped fera from fighting and was suprised that she had such an effect.Joy saved me but how.He then heard the comment of being an angel witch took him back and he just let out a sigh."I'm no angel i'm something different and acient being but no one understands."He muttered to himself as she walked away, he could feel the seal but it was fading slowly in a week or two it would be gone. He relaxed his large wings and pulled out one black feather with a silver stripe down the middle, it looke dlike all the others but he looked at it and sighed. He then heard joy calll him and he looked down at her and smiled patting her on the head."Thank you little sis i owe you one."he said in a big brother like voice.

Joy giggled,purring ever so slightly while getting petted,closing her eyes as well. Wagging her tail with dleight making the bell on her yellow fuzzy tail sing,Joy cracked open one eye,to reveal the bright lime green color in them. blinking she opened both eyes smiling a proud catty smile. "Hee hee!!Anything for Onii-chan!! but Joy hasn't seen you in a while,where haas Onii-chan been?" She tugged on his coats sleeve,like a small child asking for candy.

A lot has happened between normal life and now with Kurai...and Joy needed her big brother,not her step Ishoa ne-chan...is it selfish of Joy though? Joy eyes saddened a bit as she looked up at him,her face unsure now and her cat ears pinned to her head.

Uwasa smiled as he saw her act like a cat, he begun to rub her behind her left ear where most cats love to be scracthed."Well i had to go visit some old freinds but i'm back and will be here all the way through christmas ok?"He said as he couched down so he was more level with her and gave her a hug."Nice to see you again little sis."He said as he stood up and looked down at her, his silver eye's shining behind his glasses."So how has joy been since i have been gone staying out of trouble i hope."He said with a big smile.

Those htoughts were wahsed awya with the pleasure of getting scratched beind hte ear,purirng more loudly now,Joy could only nod,barly even noticing the hug,just a quick flash of warmth. Joy wondered at times if he wore those glasses at night, his eye color were the same color as hte moon she discovered.

Joy titled her head,then tapped her bottom pouting lip. "Trouble? Nee waa..well Onni-chan knows,Joy dosen't find trouble,trouble find joy!!" She giggled slightly,dancing on her tipy toes.

'soooo has Onii-chan meet any new lady friends?!?" Joy would never get over how Uwasa and Susie split up,some people thought she had taken a harder blow then the actual couple,but joy was still a big romantic. Joy clapped her hands together. "Joy will find Christmass Date for Onii-chan!!!!"

Kat eventually found her way into the Courtyard again, looking back the way she and came to make sure she remembered the path so she could get back.
Just don't wander too far. She thought, her brow wrinkeling in frustration.
She gazed around, knowing instently that it was the same Courtyard she ahd been to many times before. She sat down on a bench nearby, running a hand through her short orange hair and going through her bag in search of something she could do to take up time.
She sighed heavily, boredom quickly sinking in as she found a small notepad and a pencil. She wasn't the world's greatest drawer, just depended on what she drew and so she got started on drawing her usual little cartoon characters in different little scenes.

Joy scanned the courtyard,whcih was lightly covered with snow,making it look like a winter wonderland. An orange blob stood out from the whitness and Joy identified that it was a girl. Joy grabbed Uwasa'as wrist and made a mad gallop towards hte girl. "Look Onni-chan!! Kawii red head four o'clock!!Joy hook up!!"

Skididng to a stop Joy held up Uwasa as if he was just a mere feather,holding him up to her as if a present. "Does girl want Joys Onii-chan for Christmass date?" Her lime green eyes were big as saucers as she pouted her full bottom lip,her cat ears pinned to her head,so much hope in her eyes that it could melt even the devils heart. "Onii-chan a really good person,he be great date!!"

Kat looked up at the pair with her own green eyes, looking rather surprized. She closed the notepad, putting it away in her shoulder bag and took a careful look at the two with curiousity before smiling.
"I remember you!" She said, pointing at the guy. "We met in the forest a while back!"
She smiled softly before turning her attention to the girl, standing up. Kat wasn't very tall which made her shoulder bag come to her waist where it swayed softly.
"Hi," She smiled at the girl, stretching her hand out in a greeting. "My name's Kat, what's yours?"
Kat herself was surprized at how confident she must seem when she usually was much more shy.

Uwasa's face kinda saddened when she started to talk about him in another relationship seeing as he was engaged to susie."Nah i have not found someone yet."He smiled at joy and patted her on the head again.Uwasa got dragged and just looke ddown at joy letting out a long sigh.Why does she do this everytime i come back.He thought to himself as he let her talk to this Kat girl."Sorry about her she is my little sister and she thinks she needs to find me a date for christmas."He thought back tot he forest and remembered her and smiled."Ya i remember you long time no see."He said as he looked down at joy and sighed.

Taqune turned his head from the fountain as he heard and saw a girl come into the courtyard. He didn't know her, but anyway he rolled over and transfromed into his gaint cat form. He watched her from the side of the fountain that he was on his tail waving in the air. A soft purr was emitting from his chest which would be heard easily. Taqune looked like a cougar but about one and a half times the normal size.
