Basically describes most of the class discussions in school, especially the ones where it's a free-for-all type, rather than the whole hand-rising type. I don't care how often people tell me to be more assertive during such conversations, I am who I am. Why would I want to interrupt what someone else has to say when I hate it when other people interrupt what I have to say?

Unfortunately I have experienced this. It happened with my friend Sharell. We became best friends in high school and still stayed close during the relationship changing where Chris stopped being the boyfriend of Sharell and then became the boyfriend of Amber (and is now her husband). Sharell found a guy who she's married to now... and that's when it happened. Suddenly she stopped talking with me... and even removed me as a friend on Facebook. Just was so... random.

Oh my goodness... this was totally me during my birthday party. I don't think I've ever had any one sing "Happy Birthday" to me before like that... so it was definitely awkward.

I don't know about awkward, but at least a person is aware of how far money goes... and how ridiculous prices are for some things.
