Courtyard (North)

Uwasa took a more relaxed stance and walked over to her looking through the book. "Well if you could that could give you a big advantage, because look at golems they cans till move."He was hoping to let her learn more about her powers as well as control them.  

[Nefidean]

Nefidean blushed as her fox ears and tail imeddetly took place of the panther's. "I'm sorry I was muttering to my self wasn't I? And I'm still afraid of transforming. I told you about my hair right? I can't change it back... what if the same thing happens again? I need to practice on some baisics before going on to the truely had stuff." She said flipping threw the book. "We must first find out though, is it possible?"

Miaka wandered into the courtyard, looking all around her. "This school is so amazing...I've never seen anything like it.." After exploring a little around the courtyard, Miaka settled under a tree on the soft grass and started to read the book she had brought with her.

Aly, after leaving the music hall and wandering around a bit meanders into the northern end of the courtyard and smiles at all the plantlife. Aly breaks off the path and walks around for a bit, then finds a willow tree, and, slipping under the branches walks down and sits at it's base. Aly yawns and flicks her wings shut then links her hands behind her neck and tilting her head back looks up.

Uwasa smiled and patted her on the head. "No worry if you ever get stuck i know enough spells and wizards to fix ya." He then heard her question if it were possible, he just shrugged. "Well it would make some sense it it where i do not see why it would not be possible." He said rubbing his chin thinking about it.

After a while of lazing out in the sun under the trees Aly sits up once more and yawning stretches. Aly steps out from under the tree, then unfurls her wings and leaps into the air, giving them a few powerful strokes till she caught a wind current. Aly then does a flip before gliding off again.  

[The Razz]

Near the large fountain, Rayna and Kylie could be found sitting, chatting continuingly. Rayna was laying on her stomach on the stone rim, her hair flipped to one side so that it would fqall into the cold water. Kylie was sitting on the ground, against the fountain, looking up to Rayna as she talked. Both were smiling widely. Rayna had been in such a good mood lately, and it seemed to have spread to Kylie, who was laughing at a comment Rayna made.  

[Celestial Lullaby]

Celeste Walked into the courtyard, looking strangely normal. Her outfit consisted of a light purple chanel sweater, long in the sleeves with a loose turtleneck collar, Loose jeans with nothig striking, no rips or holes or chains, and simple 1 1/2" black heels with 3 straps crossed over eachother above the toes to keep them on. Her toenails were painted the same color as her sweater. She wore no makeup but a simple mist of purple on her eye lids and some basic mascera, both highlighting her violet irises. Her raven black hair was in loose ringlets, parted at the side and held partly back by a black hairband.

Joy looked cute as always, in a medium blue shirt with jean overalls. Her shoes were simple white and blue sneakers. Her saphire blue eyes were half closed with the expression coming just after a nap. Her straight black hair was in pick tails, falling past her shoulders, parted at the side like her mother's. All in all, the couple looked like an older sister and her sibling, both looking delicate, but the older one looking definately more feminine, the younger more like a tomboy.

It would seem like they were normal people, nothing different about them striking or odd, but really, if their friends would have seen them, the would have probably died from shock. There was a reason for it, but since nobody the family knew, they had no one to share with, and probably wouldn't inform them anyway, unless they asked.

The two girls walked over to a bench and sat down side by side. Celestial let go of her daughter's hand and turned her around sideways, so that Joy could lie down with her small head in her mother's lap. The little five-year old fell instantly asleep with her nineteen year old mother's hand on her head, gently moving her hair back into place.

Gordon ran as fast as he could enjoying the crisp air. Summer was coming and he knew it. To bad later he would have to leave. He was dead-set though on finding Kurai. he would help REne out.



After getting to the court yard he looked around and saw many people there. Gordon saw the girl from the boat. He waved. " Hello Celeste!" he yelled before looking forward and screaming as heran right into the tree. The tree never had a chance. From how fast he was going he smashed the middle of the tree. Gordon got up slowly. His nose was bleeding a bit but he seemed fine. Just his pride that was hurt.  

[Celestial Lullaby]

Celeste smiled at him, wincing slightly as the tree got cut in half, she barely noticed Gordon come out with just a bleeding nose. Celeste gently lifted the now sleeping Joy from her lap and moved from under her head. A blanket flew down from nowhere, tucking itself around the child as Celestial got up and walked over to the tree.

Gently she stroked it's bark and sang something under her breath. The whole trunk lifted from the ground, bringing the branches and everthing with it. It turned upright, then hovered over it's stump. Wood immediately grew up, attaching it'self back to the rest of the tree. After a couple minutes, all that could be noticed of an abnormality in the tree were the leaves scattered on the ground.

Celestial stood up from her squat and brushed some dirt from her sweater then turned to Gordon. "You shouldn't run into trees! They're living things too yo... You're Bleeding!" Although Celeste was no stranger to blood or pain herself, she didn't like watching others suffer. She rushed over to Gordon and gently laid three elegant fingers on his cheek.

Celeste stuck her face up close to his and slowly titled his face, inspecting his nose. It wasn't broken, a vein had just popped, it wouldn't hurt alot, just bleed. A white light shined around the tips of her fingers, quickly mending the skin and the vein. Deftly she drew a white hankercheif with white lace on the edges from her pocket and dabbed at the blood carefully.

" I'm fine..please. Thank you though. I've been hit in the face before. Alot worse happened to me than just a bloody nose. I'm used to blood by now." he said. He let her clean up the blood on his face though not to be rude.


" Hey while your here do you know someone named Curry..no Hurry,..no..Dewy? Wait thats not the name...oh Kurai! Yeah do you know him? Also do you know where he is? His sister is looking for him" he said as he slowly pulled away when she was done.  

[Celestial Lullaby]

Celeste finished cleaning off his face, folded the bloody hankercheif and restored it to her pocket. "Yes well, I'm used to alot worse to, but I don't like blood all over the places.. it excites Joy too much." Yes, in truth Joy loved the color of blood, and to be extra truthful, so did Celestial.. she just didn't like stains.

"Oh Kurai? Of course I know him, he's Joy's godfather you know? As for his where abouts.. I'm sorry, I don't know where he is. I actually haven't seen him since.. " Here Celest epaused and a brief flicker of sadness entered her eyes, but was quickly pushed aside, "well no matter. I'd check his room in the church, maybe leave a note on his door or give it to tale to hand to him later on."

Celestial smiled brightly once more, the brief memory pushed to the back of her mind once more. Kurai hated her now... Or at least he had seemed pretty devastated. It wasn't her fault! She saved his fricking live for heavens sake and all he can think about is being tainted... and Joy... where was she?

Without knowing, her head had drooped and her violet eyes had darkened to an amethyst color, shining with unshed tears. Her lips had turned down, and her head band failed to hold back her noir locks, making her pale face half hidden by long glossy hair.

" Hey whats wrong? Did something happen to him and you? And do you know why he was wearing chains? That seemed a little werid even for this school." he said getting worried about her being sad.


He hated when people where sad. He didn't like it at all. He knew thisd mostly would not help but Shepard had used it alot and it seemed to cheer people up. He reached into his magically enhanced pockets and pulled out a piece of coal. He held it in his hands as it glowed red. He cupped in both hands till there was a small red flash.


In his hands was a huge diamond easily worh lots of money. " My cousin taught me how to do this. Here have it...there worthless where I come from..." he said trying to smile to cheer her up.  

[Celestial Lullaby]

Celestial immediately masked her emotions.. cursing herself oer and over in her head. She hated it when people worried about her.. It wasn't her style.

Geez girl, pull yourself together, no one should ever know how you feel, remember, like when you lived at home. You are a stone. No one must see inside of you.

Gordon then offered her the diamond. Her expression changed from emtionaless into one of puzzlement, her eyebrow raised into a plainly puzzled arch, her lips twisted indecisively. He was offering her a... diamond? For what.. money or something. Once she looked at him she sort of understood.. "You know, you have an odd way of cheering people up."

Nonetheless, Celeste picked up the large diamond and carefully held it cupped in her hands. After glancing around, she spotted the fountain. In just a couple of steps, she reached it's rim. Here Celeste stopped and transferred the gem into just one hand and began to creata a purple aura around it.

The aura was in actuality her magic, slowly it melted the gem, turning it into liquid. The white sparkling substance slowly overflowed from her hand and dribbled into the stone fountain's clear water, mixing with it.

The water had now become shiny, clearer and slightly misty, the whole effect was dazzling. Celestial sat down gingerly on the stone rim and let her fingers play languidly in the water, a small smile on her face. Beauty was what cheered her up the best.. and it was certainly working.

Her smile grew into a full-fledged grin and Celeste turned her face to gordon, moving her hair with her other hand to fully reveal her smile. "Now this is how you cheer me up." She had already forgotten about the questions about her friend.. she still hadn't seen him for a long time.. him wearing chains wasn't even suprising, who knew what he could do in that time.

"Inanimate objects are harder to form then animals. Mainly because one of the baisc rules, or tricks, is to get in the mind frame of how they think, or move, or react. Kind of hard to do when rocks don't have brains. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but for avrage shapeshifters, it takes on a whole new level." She said flipping through the book.

"Ahha! Here it is! It is possible for higher level shifters, but the thought pattern and the prosses doesn't seem much diffrent. I guess it's trying to keep the form toghether or something that takes a great deal of concentration. It also says that Shi-verra can also go beyond normal shapeshifters in our clan, and manipulate not only our selves, but things around us..... well duh, I already knew that..." She said muttering the last part to her self.
