[Raine_Falls]

Alyssa turned toward him and frowned slightly almost as if she were pouting. Her eyes had lost their interesting shine as Hiro did indeed disappoint her. "Oh..well...fine then." Was the only thing Alyssa could think to say; great thing too.

She grabbed at the hem of her jean skirt and began fiddling with it uneasily; damn this was akward. "I can't let this end right now.." Alyssa thought to herself demandingly. Without much else to go by, she smiled slyly in Hiro's direction. "Awww you're scared are you?" She teased once again, bending over as if Hiro were a child. "Poor thing." Obviously she was joking, and the thought that Hiro wouldn't take it that way never crossed her mind.

Hiro stared down at her, looking into her eyes, which seemed to have changed slightly. He bit his lip, looking off to the side. He did feel strangely like he'd let her down somehow, and he knew it was entirely his own fault. He did like her. He wasn't sure how much yet, but... Hiro grunted and folded his arms over his chest as he looked back at her. From her movements, she seemed to be feeling uneasy as well. At least she probably didn't feel like an idiot.

Hiro met Alyssa's gaze as she looked back at him, seeing her smile and blinking in response. She reminded him of that Suki girl from the courtyard, only different. He smirked at her words, then took on a face of mock sadness. "Yes, I am scared," he sulked, faking almost perfectly like he really was. She didn't have to know that he really had been nervous. Scared and nervous aren't the same thing, he told himself firmly.

Alyssa patted her knees as if asking him to come sit in her lap. "Awww..come here and I'll stroke your head to make you feel better." Alyssa laughed coarsley as she joked with Hiro. No, not joking...flirting..Alyssa was actually flirting with him. Alyssa smirked at the thought and chuckled inwardly.

Alyssa flicked her hair back to keep it away from her face and grinned mischeviously at Hiro. Her fangs glintered in the same dangerous mannor they had earlier except in a much more eerie sort of way. Alyssa had something up her sleeve; she just wasn't quite sure what it was yet.

Hiro chuckled softly, watching as she patted her knees. He shook his head slowly, smirking faintly. But he did move forward, pausing again just a couple feet in front of her, looking down at her with an unreadable expression. She intrigued him, I guess you could say, as he'd never seen anyone quite like her before. Maybe if he'd been able to grow up in his own home he wouldn't have been so surprised. He had discovered that she was a very good flirt, and he didn't have much experience in situations like this either. So he waited for her to do something else, watching her grin almost curiously now. The glint of her fangs didn't bother him. He'd already seen and grown used to them.

Alyssa eyed him with curiousity as he stared at her without any sort of expression that was visible to her at that point. Hiro himself was like most other guys Alyssa had met: easygoing on the eyes, sweet, humorous and kind. However these males only ended up being friends because they were too nice and never took control during a moment of pleasure, or something like that.

The thought of that made Alyssa wonder if this would be different, and she actually believed it would; this was a rare belief for her too. Alyssa stood up slowly and adjusted her shirt which she had noticed slowly sliding down her front revealing the blackness of her bra. Alyssa didn't want to come out as a slut; though she knew she already, kinda was. "You're staring at me." Alyssa smirked as she continued to eye him every minute or so questioning his intentions and reactions.

Hiro tilted his head, wondering what she was thinking about. He felt a little uneasy in the silence and found himself wishing that he could read minds too. Maybe if I was a full vampire? he thought, then frowned slightly. No, she's not but she still can... He pushed away the thoughts for now, wings beginning to shift restlessly against his back again, but he tried to ignore that for now as well.

He blinked as he noted her shirt slipping down a bit, unable to keep himself from glancing there just for a second before looking back to her face. "Oh, I am?" he smirked faintly back as she commented, but he didn't look away.

Alyssa nodded as she finished fixing the silk shirt from causing massive embarassment. She had taken note that Hiro was watching her adjust her attire, and she had to admit she liked it. Alyssa wanted guys to admire her body as it made her feel wanted; it was an odd reason but the only one.

"My mother had Telekinetic and Telepathic powers. That's the only reason I have them." Alyssa replied abruptly to Hiro's thoughts, smirking maliciously as she did so out loud, "I could let you read my mind..it takes some time but if I trusted someone enough I could lift the mental barrier I have; anyone who wanted to could read them." Alyssa ran a hand down her side, stretching of course. "I don't mean to annoy you with my ability though," she added in an apologetic tone. Alyssa didn't really feel sorry for it, but she didn't want to make Hiro angry.

Hiro blinked as she replied to his thoughts again and then laughed quietly, shaking his head. "No, we just met so I doubt you'd trust me that much already." He glanced almost longingly at the sky and then back to her. "It's just something I'm not used to," he explained uncertainly. "I've never really dealt with someone who could read my thoughts before, but it doesn't annoy me." He nodded, sending her a reassuring smile. He didn't want to bother her with selfish, or pointless reasons.

Alyssa nodded slightly and looked up at the sky after Hiro finished; she knew what he wanted. "If you want to go into the sky...fly I mean..you can." Alyssa noted quietly, returning her eyes back to Hiro. "I'm not going anywhere." She smiled faintly, and wiffed her hand again, demanding that he went for aviation time. "You're a flyer so go." She didn't want ti to come that way..but it did. Hopefully Hiro wouldn't think Alyssa was trying to get rid of him, but she felt bad for keeping him on the ground.

"Not many people meet a telepath like me." Alyssa winked sensually at Hiro and began laughing quietly. Her own weirdness was beginning to show through the cruel outershell she had formed after her Father was murdered; it was beginning to slowly melt away. Dammnit.

Hiro just laughed as she told him to go, crossing his arms over his chest. "Eh, I'm just too restless," he said with a grin. "I'm weird about not being able to stand still for too long." He glanced up at the sky again and then back to her, pausing for a moment as he thought to himself for a while. Then he smiled. "Would you like to fly with me?" he asked, tilting his head slightly.

He chuckled at her next comment, nodding. "Yes, I can't say I expected them to be very common," he nodded. "As long as you don't find out something and then hold it over my head, I'll be fine," he added with another grin.

Alyssa laughed devilishly and pressed her fingers together like a mob boss trying to get something out of a bussiness man. "How do you know I haven't already?" She asked grinning sneakily. This was true but Alyssa just had to say it; that was something she always did to people; make them feel doubtful. It was something she was quite experienced with.

When Hiro suggested they could go flying together, Alyssa nearly fell over. "Oh..haha..well..." Alyssa couldn't figure out a good excuse to not go as she didn't want to admit her terrible fear of heights; it made her seem weak. She rubbed the back of her neck and chuckled uneasily staring at the sky through her sunglasses then back to Hiro. "You wouldn't drop me...right?"

Hiro laughed, shaking his head and not the least bit uneasy. "Well, truthfully, I can't think of any secrets I'd like to keep hidden. Unless maybe you found one hidden so deep in my mind that I didn't even know about it?" he asked with a grin, tilting his head slightly.

He blinked at her reaction at his offer to fly, then from her question guessed she might be like Yuki, with an amazing fear of heights. He smiled comfortingly to her and shook his head. "Of course I wouldn't," he promised, realizing just how common a fear that seemed to be.

Alyssa bit onto her black nail and bit down on it gently, still slightly nervous about the thought of rising into the air having to trust a young man whom she had just met. After a few moments of pondering and akward motions from Alyssa she finally stopped and pulled down her sunglasses so she could get a better look at Hiro.

Her burgundy eyes glittered mysteriously as she eyed him curiously. "If you don't drop me then...alright.." Alyssa agreed uneasily, her stomach was growin queasy with just the thought of rising off the ground. She gulped heavily and stood stock still in her place; Alyssa had no idea of how this was going to work.

Hiro watched her silently, not wanting to urge her into it if it truely made her that nervous. And, from the looks of her, she really did seem to be made very uncomfortable by the thought. I guess if you're used to having your feet planted to the ground all the time, flying would seem a little scary... he told himself. He'd had this thought many times while he was travling with Yuki. He never gave her the option though. He'd just grab her while she was off gaurd and carry her away.

Hiro smiled faintly at the thought and then turned back to Alyssa, nodding as she finally agreed. "Alright then," he said and then added with a faint smirk, "I promise I won't do any flips or anything either." He moved towards her slowly, giving her time if she wanted to back out after that comment. He heard her gulp and thought maybe she was pushing herself into doing this for some reason.

Alyssa's eyes widened as he teased her insanely by talking about flips and things such as that; she wouldn't back out now though. It was her nature to go through with things she agreed to do, even if she was totally against it.

As Hiro moved toward her she felt her body tense up immensely though she fought against it with all her mental might. Luckily, before Hiro got ot her Alyssa's body relaxed due to Alyssa using her telekinetics to control her body. Alyssa found it quite pathetic that she had to use her ability just to control her own body. "I'm not backing out, but you're making the wait much longer than it needs to be," she pointed out anxiously, cracking her neck. For some reason the sound of cracking bones made Alyssa feel better; she was quite an odd child.
