Trinity found Nova. This is really getting out of hand. As soon as the dragonkin Goruk threw landed on Nova's wife Trinity grabbed Nova and pulled him into the shadows. They emerged back away from the brawl. "I know I may not know much about dragonkin but I don't think stuff like this is the norm." She referred to Goruk. "Nova think of your kids. They won't have much of a home left at this rate.

[Nova Blancke]

Nova was quite surprised when Goruk flew up and transformed into an actual dragon. Despite it being the second dragon Nova has ever encountered in this life, it was still a sight to behold. However, he did need to have a word with him. Showing strength is one thing but not holding back when you outclass them is another. He then noticed he held on to one of the residents and threw it in his direction. Strangely there were nothing but cheers from the people. Followed the realization that Goruk could very well be one of their ancestors. After which it became silent. Then came worry. They saw what he did.....but also knew what the native dragon of this place could do.

Before Nova could react Trinity had already taken him away. The dark skies vanished as soon as they came. Nova had been the one to make them. He'd planned to strike down lightning on many to announce his own return. Goruk messed that up.

"Trinity, First of.... you are right. You know nothing about this. This is common. Goruk isn't but he won't destroy the place. Second, do not intervene in something you know nothing about. Nobody was going near me and my wife. A fight between spouse is almost sacred. I will drill the same words into Goruk when he settles down. Third, we are not close to the city. Any damage done here won't affect the city." Nova was angry and did his best not too shout. Which he succeeded in. He just sounded a bit more firm and louder. " Now could you take me back?...I've got a wife and a dragon to calm down."

Goruk landed amongst the stunned crowd. His large red eyes scanned the crowd as he stood tall and then he spoke. His words were thunder amongst the others of his kind as he said "Witness my true form brothers." his voice had a calmness to it now that the commotion had stopped. He had gotten a few of his memories back some giving him the info that this was in fact the real goruk. A massive black dragon with red tint to his scales as the clouds parted and sun hit them red shimmers went down the black scales as he moved about the arena. He walked only a few steps before saying "I thank you for helping me regain some memories...I know why now...Why i'm different..." His form caught fire again, the black fire swallowing the large form of the dragon to be brought back down into the humanoid form of Goruk. His eyes had more purpose then before even some discipline that he didn't have before seemed to make residence in his very soul with the recovered memories. He walked forward and used his powers to make a throne out of the destroyed rock and sat down with a smile. "I know my purpose..." he said with a smile as he started laughing crossing his legs nonchalantly with stunned onlookers watching.

Trinity slapped Nova, she was tired of him speaking this way. Everytime they tried to help him they were always in the wrong."Damn it Nova! For an old man you're foolish or is it being surrounded by all this barbaric behavior? How long do you think you can you just keep hiding the fact you're falling apart! You saw what happened to Alec not moments before this chaos ensued. You're making the same mistake and further more you don't have to face that alone." she points to the giant dragon. "You've taught us well let us put those skills to the test. We are the ones that brought him here not just you!"

"As for your wife I will allow you to face her on your own, but Nova, she needs to know the truth before she kills you."

Trinity watched Goruk as he shifted back into his more human form. Well that's one less problem... she exhaled. Then Nova emerged from behind his wife. She emerged from Kerana's shadow. "I think we may have a new problem... it appears Goruk... thinks he owns the place. Something tells me that's not going to sit well with the rest of the dragonkin."

Alec barely had a moment to answer Kerana before they were transported outside of the arena by Trinity. The process made his stomach turn, but he actually managed to keep from vomiting.

Alec nodded and took the vile from Kerana with a, "Thank you." He popped the cork out of the vile and downed the drink. He took a deep breath as he began to feel it's effects go to work.

He looked up at Kerana before averting his eyes and asking, "Are you mad, at me I mean?"

Nova took the hit calmly. He sighed afterwards. "I clearly haven't taught you enough if you are thinking of taking on a dragon. My wife knows about my condition. But it's no longer a problem. I will show you later."

When the reemerged his wife didn't hesitate one second to strike. But Nova had enough. Her fists touched an invisible wall that Nova created with Telekinises. It shot out and almost flattened her against the wall. This repeated a few times before her unconscious body fell on the ground. It may seemed brutal but he had to beat her.

Trinity was right. Goruk acting like he owned the place did not sit well with the rest. He had proven his might and could walk among them if he pleased but rule them? Every single one of them would die before bending a knee.

"Feeling better now that you've found what you can do Goruk?" Nova asked and walked up to the man-dragon.

Trinity nodded. "Despite how barbaric their culture is we need to handle this delicately. The dragon kin, are resisting Goruk's rule, and we are going to help them…but we need not to get in the way. We can aid them from a distance at first. Once it's established that we are on the same side we try to subdue Goruk even if it means killing him… but that should be the last resort, after all other options have failed and I don't think talking will work this time." the last part was directed toward Kerana, she could not risk what happen before with Ash.

As much she wanted to believe that they live in a world where all misunderstandings could be talked through, the reality of it, they don't. When someone wanted to rule, usually there was very little you can say to talk them out of it. Kerana was lucky that action was taken when it did, despite what she thinks of the situation, she would have been dead.

Alec swept his hair to the side and took an expression of solemn determination. He slowly stood up and flexed his right arm to make sure Nova had set it correctly. When he was satisfied that he wouldn't be hindered by his injuries, Alec reached his hand out to Kerana.

With a weak smile he asked, "Ready to save lives?"  

[Goruk Devon]

Goruk looked at him and smiled "Of course I am. But I heard the others..." he laughed out loud before looking at nova softly and saying "I do not wish to rule these people...Dragons cannot be tamed or led they will do things of their own accord. I know my purpose and I cannot let this power remain dormant. So if you will have me I would like to travel with your group and protect the world." he chuckled to himself and looked up to the sky "Sounds childish to want to be the hero...doesn't it?" he looked to the others and then to the dragon-kin before standing up and bowing to the crowd "Thankyou my kin! You have helped me figure out myself and for that I am in your debt!" he hoped him saying that and bowing would release a little of the tension though he knows that they will all be weary of him seeing as he had just been a full blown dragon.

Trinity smiled at the fox girl's enthusiasm. She nodded and lead them back into the arena. Where they saw Nova speaking with Goruk and the tension that was brewing among the dragon-kin. When they were close enough they stopped, "Wait a moment..."

Then Goruk explained he wanted to join their party. Trinity quirked an eyebrow and watched as Goruk bowed to his people. She watched the dragon-kin, they seem to be a prideful people. Would a gesture such as this after a major defeat be acceptable? Or would they want to keep fighting until one of their own wins or dies trying. "There, there may be a chance we may not have to fight..." She waited to see what the dragon-kin would do.

[Nova Blancke]

When it was clear to the Dragon-Kin that he did not intend to rule them, the tension just..vanished. They helped each other up, dusted one another off and said something along the lines of it being a nice fight. Some of Goruk's 'victims' even came up to him to thank him for the good fight despite how one sided it was to them. A few jokes that the wolf kid did it better though. One girl, who barely seemed to have reached the age of woman had a slight blush as she offered him a bracelet. She looked away as she did so.

Nova had listened and nodded. "Very well. It well be very useful to have one of the last dragons with us. But I advise you not to use that in crowded cities. There is a reason why most of the dragons are dead. Now if you would excuse me... I have to see if my wife is okay."  

[Goruk Devon]

Goruk smiled and took the bracelet from the blushing girl and thanked the others that came up for a nice battle. He nodded to nova saying "Very well my friend. Tell her I said hello." he chuckled moving into the crowds to talk to a few of his kin being invited for drinks merriment later. He smiled and looked back towards the others who had been ready to take him on for the sake of good. He smiled slightly at the thought of how brave they are and thought to himself "I cant wait to see them grow..." as he imagine the journeys they would go on.
