Before I went to tournaments, I also though Jiggltpuff was a useless piece of garbage. But I then saw how people use her, and I was kind of impressed.
Just like people think Samus and Zero Suit Samus suck. Along with Marth, Wolf, and Lucario; she is one of my best.
