Apartment Life- Help

hey guys, i just recently installed apartment life on my computer & i have been having a lot of issues.

the game loads fine at first, then when you get to the neighborhood & click on the family, the trouble starts. i clicked the family i wanted to play, & it was loading for several hours. it never did load. its only been like that since i have instlled apartment life.

so i was wondering if anybody had any suggestions or reasons why this would happen.

Do yo have and mods or hack installed on your game? And how mnay EP's do you have?

I had issues when playing with the pre-made families, the ones from Maxis, but it worked fine when playing with the families I made.

After some weeks it started working though?
