Ways to get demoted: ~By displaying disrespectful behavior ~By breaking guild and/or site rules ~By disrespecting rank ~ By being inactive for more than a few weeks without probable cause
this is a rough draft and must be approved by the moderators before it is definite however it is a good idea of how the ranks will be run. The reason for thread count is to reduce clutter, if something comes up and you need to post over your limit simply PM a moderator and we will try to help you.

Membership Cards:
As mentioned above, you're a recruit until you get your membership card. So, how do you get a membership card? First, just post in the introduction sticky so that we can get the information needed.
Here's a sample card so you can see what info we need:
Of course, your pic will be your avi, and not a hot pic like that. . . (If you'd like a specific avi of yours to be used for your card, please include that in your introduction post. If you don't, your current avi will be used.)
As you can see, all we really need to know for your card is your name, favorite type, and favorite pokemon. The background color will usually be based on your favorite type (eg. Fire will have a reddish background, Water will have a bluish background, etc.).
After you've posted in the Welcome thread, it's up to us to get off our butts and make you a card. If we don't get you one right away, don't worry about. It's our fault, so it won't be held against you. If a few days go by and we still don't give you one, please pm a crew member to make sure you weren't accidentally overlooked.
(This post and the example card contained within are rough drafts that General BlueRaven did while bored and still must be approved by the other moderators. Approved by Commander and Chief Shadow. Use of the word Hawt however was not approved. lol ) rofl
