[Don't really remember where we left off with Kat and Isaac so i'm just going to start something new.]

Isaac sat on his couch watching the rest of a movie. Kat was asleep, half laying on top of him; her head rested on his chest.
Really, he'd much rather be sleeping than watching this movie, but his insomnia was taking over, again. And with Kat on top of him, sleeping, he couldn't get up; so he was stuck watching the cheesy chick-flick.
Having Kat over was nice though, since Isaac suffers from mild clinical depression. The only problem now, is that she's asleep. Isaac had developed insomnia since the time his parents disowned him, and kicked him out.

Wyatt's heart skipped a beat.
"Like anyone?" He said. His voice sounded strained.
"No, i don't." He added, his voice now strong. "I don't like anyone." and it was a believable story too. Wyatt had only had a total of five girlfriends/boyfriends ever.

That was kind of hard to Foster to believe. Even if they didn't want to admit it...everyone had feelings for someone.
Gah, just like I have the tiniest of feelings for Isaac, but I love Seth.

Even though it was like...way back in middle school, Foster and Isaac had gone out for a long time...
Nearly a year, I think.
She didn't really like talking about it, and they were just good friends now.

"You really don't like anyone?" She gave him a disbelieving look.
"C'mon..." she teased.

Wyatt gave her a searching look.
"I don't like talking about it. Yeah, i like someone, but it's just a complicated mess." He said, looking down now. He pulled out his phone, looking at the time.
Kat, what're you doing? He texted her.

Kat's phone vibrated in her pocket. It was enough to make her stir. She opened her eyes, pulling out her phone. It was Wyatt.
I'm just at Isaac's. why? what's up? She replied. Then she sat up.
"You're still awake?" She asked Isaac.

That made more sense.
"I see," Foster said,
"Hopefully it'll work out soon enough," she tried reassuring him.

Now that she knew there was someone...she couldn't but try to think who it would be...
This was going to be the death of her.
Foster laughed to herself.

Wyatt rest his head against the arm rest.
yeah right, this will never work. he thought to himself.
"i know where seth's stash is...if you want to hold it for a while. he's been smoking a lot lately.." Wyatt said to Foster.

Foster laughed to herself, and took the last drag of her cigarette, killing it. She put it out on the guard rail of the fire escape.
"Yeah, that's kind of why I came today; to talk to him. To take it away if I had to...but I guess the talking part is out of the question..." She said, looking over at him with a pained expression.
It was then that her emotions started to take over. Foster's stomach twisted into knots, her throat ached, her eyes stung. She tried blinking away her tears, but she couldn't stop them now, so she closed her eyes and turned away from Wyatt.

'ugh,' she thought taking a deep breath.

Wyatt flicked his cigarette over the edge of the fire escape. He put a hand on Foster's back.
"Foster..?" He asked, making sure she was okay.

Foster turn around hugged Wyatt, burying her face in his shoulder.

"I can't handle this. I don't want to see him end up like..." Foster stopped. She couldn't even. Talking about her dad would ruin her.  

[Lyke LAWL]

Wyatt put his arms around her in a hug.
"I know, I've seen too many of my friend's give away to drugs. I don't want Seth to end up like any of them.." He said.
"I'll keep an eye on him, i only live a couple of blocks away. I'll just stay here tonight and make sure he's alright, okay?" He offered, trying to comfort her.

'He'll never know; he doesn't understand, unless it were to happen to him.'
Foster's dad had threatened to kill her mom because she was going to confess his drug addictions and have him taken to rehab. He would've too, if Foster hadn't come into their bedroom to ask them something. After she walked in, he walked out. And she never saw or heard from her dad again.

"Okay," Foster forced herself to say, "Thank you, Wyatt."
She took a deep breath and smiled at him.
"Let's go inside."
