Finding Peace in The Darkness (Vampire / werewolf)

Crystal stood up, grinning. She didn't really care where they went so long as they stuck together and remained safe. She thought for a moment. "China sounds good." She said. She glanced over at Eva who just shrugged.
"China it is." Crystal said.

Fang chuckled as he said, "Well, alright then. Let's get going then!" Fang felt a little enthusiastic and he never felt like that. Indeed, it was a wonder how he had gotten excited over something as little as this. However, before he had been kicked outta the clan, he had always wanted to go see Tokyo, Beijing, and all the other famous Oriental towns. He didn't understand why, but it gave him shivers of fantastic expectations. He looked back to Crystal and Eva as he began heading East. He wondered how they felt about it, but thought better of it and decided not to ask.

Crystal smiled, glad to see Fang in such high spirits. She could tell that he was extremely excited, and some of that excitement rubbed off onto her. She glanced over at Eva who simply looked bored. Crystal and Eva walked alongside Fang, trying to keep up a quick pace. "I love traveling." Crystal said with a grin.

Fang was determined to let anything crush the high spirits he had from getting away from the madman for a second time. He hadn't thought that he would be able to get away from the man again. However, due to some luck and skill they managed to escape his evil clutches. That was when his ears twitched and he heard something move within the forest ahead of them. It could have just been a rabbit, but Fang wouldn't hope on that. He would be bitterly cautious to the end. With that, he suddenly dashed forward further into the forest. He jumped onto a branch high up and darted forward amongst the treetops. He hid among the leaves and branches high up, wondering what exactly was down there.
