A Vampire Story. Needs Title.

I Though i new the meaning of the word. But i never really knew untill that day. Everything, all i knew and loved, ws taken away by the bloodlust of one man.
or should i say, Vampire.

Chapter 1: The Beginning.

I was 19 at the time. I was amazed I survived the torture. I can't remember his name, though he said it a million times. Let's say his name was Kira, or Killer.
"Hello" He smirked and then sighed. "What a shame."He kicked me to the ground. "What a shame. A pretty girl like you becoming KIRA'S next victom."
He said his name with such pride and arrogance in his tone. "What a shame indeed." He sighed and then gave a cocky smile. "I, KIRA, would spare you, you see,"
He laughed " IF I WERE THAT TYPE OF PERSON! Which,
I'm clearly not." HE steped on my leg. He was so STRONG! he didn't even seem to be barely touching me. My leg broke with a loud CRACK!
His eyes turned bright red. As he opened his mouth to speak her revealed large, pearly white, fangs. Then it hit me. I was being murdered by a Vampire.
Wonderfull. There was absolutley nothing i could do about it. "My dear girl. They should not let pretty girls out so late. Pretty girls, such as yourself.
"Well it seemes to be only eight o'clock to me. Real late smart a**" His voice became a growl. " HOW. DARE. YOU. INSULT. KIRA!"
He hit me with all his might. I screamed. He returned to his arrogant tone. I just broke four ribs sweat heart. Too, bad. I was gonna let you die slowly
and painfuly right here. But becoming like me will be far worse punishment." He smirked. "I was born this way. You my dear are to become a vampire. Your
family, friends, all of your loved ones, you will lose.You will have to live without the things you know and love.You'll have to live on without them."
" YOU B*A*T*R*!"He laughed. "me? Oh what a compliment." He lokked at my face then closed his eyes. "Alexandria Embry. I'm sorry you are going to become a vampire.
on second thought, I'm not! You are beautiful Alexandria." How did he know my name? "You have beautiful long ,black, hair wiht narural ringlets. Your Hazle eyes.
Your tall, lean stature. I'd have never guessed. My power comes in handy. Now I know your past and your future up untill you change into a vampire fully." He sighed.
"You will surely be missed. I think i'll take a souviner." He riped off my hat, and pulled out some of my hair. "I've had fun tourturing you. Now I must go.
At that moment, as he bit me, it was as if my world was set on fire. As if all the firey pains of hell shoved themselves into my body. got one week i lay under the ground
in the forrests. How i got there i do not know. Probably kira. He mostlikely put me there so that i had no chance of being discovered. I awoke alone and frightened.
"Where am i?" I screamed "why am i under ground? Oh right, I'm a vampire now. I better get out of here." I remember what i felt as my heart beat for the very last time.
It was as if someone was talking to me. " Alexandria Embry.. what a shame. You will make a fine vampire. As a last bit of hope I bestow upon you these gifts.
You have the ability to alter objects. You can change the age of someone. Just their looks though. Not intelligence. You will also be able to make people tell the truth,
or tell a lie. Be great!...." As i realized where i was, i took off running. I was running faster than a jet plane could fly. Talk about an addrenaline
rush! I ran to my apartment in record time. I was here to gather some belongings. I began to cry as i walked in. "This will be the last time i ever see this place."
I took a small duffle bag and a backpack and packed some clothes in the duffle bag. I put a few velongings in the back pack. I grabbed my journal, my teddy bear, Tama-chan.(It's a male teddy bear.)
a few good books and some make up. "well let's go. If I"m gonna leave this all behind, i better get a head start on a new life. I'll miss everyone. Goodbye."
I turned off the lights, left the apartment, and headed off, to start a new life. It Was going to be hard. But I had to let my Family and friends live on.
They deserved at least that much. I ran into the forrests. I was determinend to not End up Like Kira. I would not. I needed a place where I belonged and was accepted.
I was crying for four hours as i ran aimlessly. All kira Had sid would come, did. I was a Vampire. I lost everyting. But one thing he did not see was me after i was changed.
He Never told me much. I was nearly dead when he bit me. It was amazing that i did not even have a scar on my now, immortal, body. but I did have the bitemark
on my neck. Why the neck? Well I would never know. I had so many things I had to figure out. How? How could I learn all of this? I had So much ot learn.
But How was I to learn it. The sun began to peep over the mountains. I'd sleep through the days.
I was a newborn Vampire. I could easily kill a human and gain the Raging blood lust
of kira. I was not to do that.
So I climbed a tree and slept on one of it's branches near the top untill the first star of night had shown It's self.
I yawned. "Well now i know where all the "Vampires only sleep in the day. Most of the night killings are the cause of newborns. They sleep
durring the day so that they don't get caught." I laughed. I had learned one thing.
"I'm hungry. I'm going hunting." I closed my eyes. When they opened they
were blood red and glowing. I opened my mouth th reaveal two massive fangs. I looked like a monster. I stood quietly and scaned the forrest with my mind.
I saw a Sleeping bear. "B-I-N-G-o. Looks like we got ourselves breakfast." I shooted off running. In a small cave there was a bear and three cubs.

could'nt do that to those poor cubs. "DAM* IT!" that woke up the bear. The male bear. there was a female in the back.
"I guess i got breakfast after all."
I snapped it's neck grabbed the bear and took off running. I had run about a mile and i stoped to eat. I bit into it. THe meat was sweet and so was the
blood. I could eat both? What am I? I thought that Vampires only could eat, sorry, drink blood. I wanted to learn more. But HOW! THis was the constant question
on my mind. I needed to find a place where i belong. But who can I trust. Certainly, I can't trust anyone right now.
I sighed as the sun rose over the horizion. I waited for a moment out of curiosity. As the sunlight hit my skin for the first time in two days I sighed. It felt wonderfull. Nothing Happened.
All those myths were wrong. Wow. I began to walk towards the tree. "I guess it's time I get some sleep." I sighed and climbed into the tree. I Fell asleep quickly.
I dreamt. About a man. Or was he a vampire? You couldn't tell, because his eyes were not red and they are in hunting mode. Only a sweet baby blue. He was magical.
Never before had i seen someone so beautiful. his eyes had a sort of sparkle to them. He just stood there, looking at me in awe. I knew I was nothing special, but
the look in his eyes told me he thought different.
Then I woke up. I yawened. "That was a different dream. I've never expirienced something so magical. and it wasn't even real." I sighed.
Nothing could ever be better than someone who loved me and unserstood what I was, and what I had gone through. Someone to spend the rest of my imortal existance with.
To be in love again. After all this heartbreak and loss. That would be amazing. Having someone there for me again was a fantasy, a dream.
I put that out of my mind. I needed to concentrate on surviving. NOT FANTASIES.

This story was nice, but I find that it lacked something important. A base from which to actually launch the story, something to draw the reader into the story, to make them read more. Maybe it's just my taste in writing, but this is a personal opinion. I liked the story itself, it had a good background, but it failed to jump off the screen at me as something important and breathtaking. Sorry. sad {I hope that didn't sound mean... sweatdrop
