(Will have spoilers)
Seeing Logan's expression when he heard Jack's voice was fantastic. I wasn't expecting that. I half expected him to want to shoot Subarov in front of people. Of course, Jack is always a ninja, and just pops up like no one's business. Jack read Logan like a book, though, and that was great. He knew what he would do and just worked with it.
Seeing how he felt with the whole Chloe thing was fantastic. Knockin' the b***h out, and getting his mindset back. It was crazy. The thing I didn't like about it was that President Taylor didn't come back to help Jack out more. But--this truly does show that Jack is the ultimate patriot. "President Taylor is making a mistake; because peace doesn't happen just through politics. It occurs through trust." God damn I'm going to miss Jack.
He finally had everything, Renee, Kim, Trish--and he had gotten rid of everything else that made his life shitty. And this final straw just made him snap. I feel so terrible for Jack and almost moreso for Chloe. She's stuck with an up-and-coming Jack Bauer. Notice; Cole's first girlfriend was a lot like Nina was, to Jack. Jack was, of course, married when he found crazy b***h Nina. Cole went straight for the crazy b***h. Chloe had a true friend--the only one left that helped her at CTU.
You not only saw the growth of Jack and Chloe's relationship, you see her growth in the CTU rank. She's now able to do things she wants, and she has shown much resolve. Now the person which CTU stood for is being thrown out of the country, just to protect the president. Shitty ending for Jack--it's not all happy for him. It's a terribly upsetting ending. Good, though. It's Jack's life.
