ghost at work getting strange. advice?

ok where i work there is a ghost that basically all the employees that have been around for a while know of. we named it fread, it seams to like that name above others we tried. it mostly hangs out in the lap pool and life guard office, but at times it will be in the main hallway, kitchen (where i work in mostly), those are the main places it will be but it will at times wonder other parts of the building as well as the golf course. in the past it has just joked around as well as helped us. it likes to shake things in the life guard office, small things like paper holders or the key board and such, he will run and jump in the pull at times, (you here a splash, look up and see ripples in the pool like someone did a cannon ball but there is no person.), among other things, in the hall way he will fallow people around, (mostly me and it is nothing but annoying that he fallows, i talk to him though and it seams to make him go away) he keeps you from falling, someone fell off a ladder and claims someone caught them and pushed them to there feet. no one was in the building. in the restaurant he will turn off the flat grill or open the back door and close it and a few things. and at times you will see him out of the corner of your eye. he has been described as a blur, an older man, or just a red jacked and blue pants. always last for less than a second before goes away. i have only seen him on the golf course on the other side of the water at night, seamed to glow to me. not glow from like a light behind him but glow as in a white light inside of him that formed his body.

well fread is acting strange now. he is getting violent now. him fallowing me feels strange now. sometimes he will prevent me from setting the building alarm before i go or he will set it off in the middle of the day for no reason. we have a new girl that literally ran out of the kitchen and grabbed on to me crying complaining that the blinds on the windows started to all shake really hard, the paper cups on the top shelf started to randomly fly off of it as of someone was grabbing each sleeve of them and throwing them off. food she was preparing flue off the counter onto a wall when she turned around. she quit that day... now he has went silent on us in a way. you still feel that he is there fallowing you but he no longer messes with things. like he just wants to watch.

it is kind of worrying me. any advice on what may have happened or of any safe ways to, i don't know, help him if i need to?

nice ghost sudentley turned bad on us and is not silent but we still feel he is there. im worryied for people's safety what can i do. thanks

ok now im getting freeked out. we were locking up and me and the outher girl went out side and herd something in her truck moving, we went back in side and got a knife just in case, as we went back out there was a black figure almost human shape moving around her truck, we never took our eyes off the truck areia and when we got there we checked with the knife in hand and there was nothing there anymore.


Fread, (the ghost) never messes with the cars, is there a chance that a bad ghost has invaded my work place

Sounds like more than just a ghost, or more than one. If you can I would put up wards around to repel negative energy.
