If you were Kagome...what would you do?

I often think how interesting it would be to have Kagome's life. Would you do anything different if you were in her shoes? Stay in the Feudal Era instead of trying to juggle both lives, tell your friends about your crazy adventures, invite the gang into your own era for a night of rest, etc.? What are some things you would have liked to seen done differently if anything?

I kind of want to say "nothing" just because I think Rumiko Takahashi is a genius, but I do think it would have been cool if there was a little more time in her world. I liked the one when Inuyasha was chasing a train to give her her card to take the high school entrance exam. It was a cute part of the story...

It would have been nice if the entire group could have gone to the 20th/21st century, but the shards were required for Kagome to travel through the well. I suppose it would have been possible for everyone to go with a jewel shard. Of course, everyone would have pretended to cosplay, like InuYasha did at her school one time. Of course he wore a baseball cap to cover his ears most of the time. I find it amazing that no one ever questioned why he was wearing fire rat haori and hakima all the time. I Mirouku would have fit in fine, being a monk, and Sango would have been ok too, but Shippo would have had a few problems- a talking fox demon? And what about Kilala? A dual tailed fire cat.

I was actually surprised when I watched Kagome's reactions and decisions because she was unexpectedly similar to me, haha. (x
I would still try to live in both worlds, since I'm still in high school. But if it got to be too much, I'd probably have left to go live in the Feudal Era, especially if I was in love with a half-demon. <3. Every once in awhile I'd visit my own era though because I'd miss some people. :c. I would have loved to bring the rest of the group into my own era. xD. I think it would've been fun if they went into the modern times more, it would've been interesting to watch their reactions. I'd probably tell one of my closest friends about it. Umm. I'd bring back stuff from the Feudal Era to show my family, haha. If I were Kagome, I'm just saying, but I'd bring a gun instead of attempt to use a bow and arrow, LOL. Just my... thoughts. xD. Instead of bringing a bike, I'd have Inuyasha carry me all the time. And if he went off to Kikyo, I'd go with Koga, just to mess with him. :3. I'd actually try to learn how to use my spiritual powers better with Kaede's help. Uh.. Yeah, that's all I can think of at the moment. (x

If i were Kagome, I will love inuyasha with all my heart eventhough inuyasha is a half human half demon. smile
