I dunno, I like whenever his hair's not in his face or down. When his hair is down, it makes him look a tad feminine. But as far as his hair now, I don't love it but I don't hate it.
Also that's cute, the piercing :3 I agree about the coat though, that's got to go. xD

I laughed so hard when I learned about the new piercing. My best friend Lynde looks like Bill (his twin looks like Tom and they all were born on Sep. 1st.) And It's like Lynde did something to his hair Bill ended up doing the same thing, it happens a lot, except Lynde has longer hair now with a bunch of colours in it. But Lynde has had his belly button pierced for a year or so and then bam there goes Bill. So epic xD I think Bill stalks Lynde >.> J/k
But I agree with Farrah moans, I don't like the coat either. But I love his mini mohawk but this little Pompadour is ugly x.x I hate it. I want him to grow his hair out and do something new. But regardless I still think Bill is effing hot.
