Your Turn to Decide (All Agent Ideas Wanted)

As we near 100 agents it becomes time to start planning for what our next step is in terms of missions. I have already made plans for Roleplays more recruiting missions, diplomatic action, alliances, and Gov. action. But thats not all, as the idea of representative democracy states, the people decide.
So lets se all your great ideas come to life.

Gaian Secret Service, i do know a greedy someone that needs to be assassinated on the spot. I cannot reveal this name until i gather more intellect on him, i especially must cross paths with him once more... This will not be an easy enemy to encounter. This will require someone with great skill and experience. I can lead a team to track him, but for now, i will continue to retrieve information.

There's a problem i would like to address in this guild, and that's training. Are we all on the same page here? Are we going to jump into assassinations and missions with no experience or training? (Well, i mean, some of us.) Therefore i believe we should appoint a few in command as Masters, the rookies in the guild as students. One more thing, is there a ranking system besides "Crew," "Vice Captain," and "Captain?" Be wary of another one's skill for certain missions, should we have a ranking system?

Now, sorry if you read through all that rambling. I hope in some form that was a-... Err.. Nevermind.

Cockiness leads to recklessness and recklessness leads to death. Don't jump into anything you don't have any experience with, if it is appointed that you do lead an assassination force, then good luck comrade.

unfortunately there is not another rank system but if there was, i would without a doubt use it because this one sucks. also i will need you to PM me the identification of this greedy "someone".

I have another idea, we could.....hmmm, hold on...., well we could do training for certain tasks like assassination training, sniper training, heavy weapons training, explosives training, you know stuff like that
