Vanille entered the room. She looked around the fancy designs and wallpaper. It looked so elegant and out of place. Well, vanille looked out of place. She knew she didn't belong here but where else was she to go? With a sigh, Vanille slowly walked in, it was empty which gave the illusion of making it bigger. The only thing that was heard was her footsteps, clashing with the wooden floor. "I really don't belong here..." she muttered to herself. Vanille didn't even know where she was. She was lost in this huge building. it was early in the morning and no body was walking. Then all of a sudden, a familiar face appeared in front of her. "Why so sad?" the voice said. "Kai, I don't belong here..." she muttered to herself. The fact that Kai was dead meant that Vanille was talking to herself. Yes, Kai died a year ago. He was Vanille's best friend, he knew about her power and Kai had his own power for himself. How'd he die? Well long story short, he was trying to protect Vanille when she over used her power...
"I wish you were still here...But I don't want to summon you because then you'll probably be in a skeleton, always having to do what I say" Vanille muttered. She was talking to the air because no one else say Kai, just her. "Well Vanille, that still wont properly bring me back, just be glad I'm here! I'll always be here, Okay?" Kai assured as he went to rub Vanille's back even though she couldn't feel it. With a long sigh, Vanille sat on the floor as the sun shone through the window and on her. "I'm tired, I'll sit here for a while...."

((((((So sorry, got sooooo busy last week))))
 
Prince Alexander gave an inside chuckle to the girl's jump and his voice quickly sounded an apology. "I didn't mean to frighten you."
He shook his head as the girl began to apologize, his hair brushing along the wall as he did so. "Absolutely no need to apologize, I do feel the need to voice my thoughts to the air time and again."
He looked down to her and gave a bit of a smile, hoping she would look at him. "I find it best to let those thoughts hang their in the open, gives no one out there like me to fight you."
He turned away, his hair brushing against the wall as he laughed at his own little joke, looking to her as he asked her question. His eyes flitting back and forth and then a visible jump. "Oh!"
He pulled away from the wall, his boots clicking on the grand ballroom tile. "I had almost forgotten for a moment, well you see my fiance or..." he turned on his heel to face her, now walking backwards, at a slow pace, his heels still clicking on the tile. "Or soon to be fiance rather, I'm going to ask her-to marry me."
He stopped in the grand ballroom floor, his eyes dancing around the chandeliers, darting to the windows, a broad smile on his face. "A couple of friends will be arriving later, playing a song through the walls-our song- and I'll ask her to dance and then I'll-"
His smile was still broad on his face as he looked to the girl, his outstretched hands now wrapping to his stomach as he gave a bow, a few strands of brown hair falling out of his ears. "My apologies." As he stood, he tucked the fallen strands behind his ear once more. "May I ask how one might find themselves conversing with the air in this grand spacious ballroom on such a vacant day?"

Vanille smiled at the friendliness for this stranger that stood in front of her. Swiftly, Vanille brushed her long blue hair behind her ear. Her smile got more wider as she found out that this young man in front of her was going to ask the hand of one lucky girl. But her wide smile melted as she thought to herself, Love...Something I will never experience... she sighed. As soon as she realized that her happy mood had changed into a sad one, Vanille lifted her head once again. "That is very good news Sir, I really hope all goes your way" Vanille replied with the same smile. "Well, I am pretty sure that your love cannot refuse your question" she added, grinning as she tilted her head.
As the stranger bowed, Vanille shuck her head. "I don't need your apology, a story like that should be told" she nodded with glittering blue eyes. "I am simply here because I am lost...Well rather, I don't know where I should go" she admitted with a foolish smile and innocent look on her face. "I'm not familiar around these building, so I don't know where my destination is" she added embarrassed. "Well Vanille, you can explore the building? I'll come if you want" Kai butted in. Kai was sitting cross-legged on the floor beside the stranger. With one irritated look, she stared at Kai. As soon as their gaze met Kai immediately stopped talking. "Okay okay, I know that look...I'll shut up now..." Kai whined as he bend his head down and looked at the ground.
Vanille resumed her conversation with the stranger. "And I suppose I like it in this room. It's very calm and settling" she added to her sentense.
