So for this segment i am going to explain exclaim MARKETPLACE BASICS exclaim

ANY ITEMS EXCEPT....you can sell any of your items in the marketplace except for "soulbound" items (such as rings from zOMG), which are shown with a lock on the item square in the inventory...or hair you buy from the hair salon found under the shops menu (there's a few more..)

HOW TO SELL AN ITEM....you can sell an item by going to your inventory and clicking on the item square, then clicking on the option to sell it in the marketplace...or you can go to your store in the marketplace and click on sell item, then select an item square from your inventory......you can view the items your selling by going to the marketplace and then your store
OPTIONS when selling an item allow you to type in the price, select the amount of days the item will be in the marketplace, and you must type in your password each time (you can also type in bid starting price & increment, but you can leave this blank)
BID allows buyers to place a bid on the item to get it for a slightly lower price that the "buy now" price (only gets item for bid price when time runs out)

2% DEDUCTION....when another user buys your item for sale in the marketplace, the gold added to your account is what the item sold for with the 2% of the price deducted from that amount...to get the deduction multiply .02 by the sale price (you do not get a 2% deduction if you are buying the item)

TRADE INSTEAD?....a buyer may ask you to trade with a 2% deduction so the buyer pays a lower price & the seller gets the same amount of gold

BE REALISTIC....pay attention to the other item listings and select a price that is lower than the lowest listing (top item listing under an item in the marketplace is the lowest) if your item is the lowest listing, then it will sell faster...don't over price items because they will never sell & don't try to sell an item for more than the shop price(if it can be bought in one of the shops)

DEALING WITH OTHERS...be polite to buyers and sellers...don't accept too low PM offers, but tell them no nicely....also don't overprice items....being polite keeps everyone happy & allows marketplace transactions to run smoothly
