"As long as I'm getting paid, I'm out for blood."
Randall sat at his desk, rustling trough papers on his desk. Requests from all around the country came in daily. Assassinations, Market rigging, even some normal things like getting rid of troublesome beasts. In a pile were approved jobs, and in another were rejected ones. The rejected ones just didn't pay enough in his mind. Pushing them off the desk, they fluttered into the trash can.
The Master stretched and yawned as did Rain, who was laying behind his chair. "I'm so tired of this office." Rain rolled over to scratch her back on the floor, then stood up to let Randall scoot his chair back to stand. As he did so, grabbed Fang and hitched it to his belt. The Master reached and picked up the pile of approved jobs and walked out his office to the second floor of the guild. He made his way over to the railing, looking directly over the bar. Down below was Balthazar tending to some of the guild members drinks.
"Hey old man! Heads up!" Randall dropped the stack of jobs over the rail and onto the bar counter. As the papers landed, one of the members tried to reach for them to look through, only to receive a hard flick in the nose from the bartender. "Bad pup. What happened to the last person who tried to get a job early?" He pointed at another Mage at the end of the bar with an eyepatch, then took the pile and stashed in in the bar to go through later.
Randall then walked down the stairs to the first floor, his tiger following behind. Resting his hand on his sword, the guild master walked past the bar towards the door, "I'm going out, Barkeep's rule." Opening the door, the master went on his stroll.
