Here are the Ask the Staff responses for this week. Please note I am not the guild captain nor am I crew, I am just volunteering as our captain has been gone for some time and I know these answers help many people. I will list individual questions and answers in each post in this thread.
The Aquarium bundles aren't showing in any tab of my invo and the only way that you can pull them up to open them is by using the item search. Example, this has happened to the Aquarium Booty Grab Bundle, Aquarium Fish Bundle #4 And Aquarium Fish Bundle #5 can you please fix this? Also if it is happening to the BG Bundle, #4, and #5 it is probably going to do it to the other ones as well.
I am not having this issue with mini-monsters strike boxes. Just the bundles. The mini-monsters show up in the special tab. the bundles don't show up anywhere unless you type it in the search. It is really weird.

Games First and foremost, I would like to thank gaia staff for really listening to their users and releasing more anime referenced items! I hope they can continue releasing more popular anime themed items like Boruto, Spy x Family and more! The anime/gaming themed items go out fast like that Lapras item.
My question for today, is when will gaia increase the zOMG earnings for killing mobs in easy/medium/hard so more gaians will be enticed to play? It's sad seeing zOMG continue to be empty. I mostly play to meet new people/make new friends and earn decent amount of plat together. I can barely find any motive to play after dailies were capped. Hopefully killing monsters can make up for the loss, as there's no point in a game if people only come in and out to check in for dailies.
My suggestions:
For the higher level areas such as Shallow Seas end boss (so people will be motivated to level up) Easy: 3kp Medium: 5kp Hard: 10kp for medium level areas such as SawMill: Easy: 1kp Medium: 3kp Hard: 5kp
*each monster should be 5-10p (5 in CL areas <5 and 10 in areas 6+ *20p for DMS monsters (CL10-12)
and a total zomg (only) earnings cap of 50k a day (including the 5-8k total of zomg dailies)

I was playing Word Bump and got up to a few Doctorate credits, but when I checked invo nothing credit-wise had updated. Fishing granted my catch, but not WB. Could you take a look at Word Bump and make sure that it grants credits? You need them for Alchemy. Thanks!
Lanzer (Admin Lead): "Sorry we recently had a server issue and after the server was fixed, we forgot to register those servers to be whitelisted for granting items and gold. The problem should be fixed now, but I'll double check the WB server right after ATS."
Hi Lanzer! Thank you for working on the profiles media checkboxes! Unfortunately it's not 100% yet. Mute is still turned on incorrectly by default, i.e: two unchecked boxes ⇒ autoplay=0&mute=1

Is there any way for the site to detect if you have an item in an unopened bundle? It really annoying when you spend Gaia Cash/platinum on an item only to realize much later that you could have gotten it for free if you've opened up a particular bundle.

Lanzer (Admin Lead): "There are still a good number of bugs but overall the system is ready for open beta, though many SCAS testers had reported performance issues, so we have just released a more lightweight version today. We also added a system option to lower graphic fidelity, hope this is the build that we can pass to open beta next week."
Hi Lanzer and team.. When I open up a RIG, the box/window that opens up seems to go to the top left and not in the middle like it used to. Thought I'd let you know about it.
Also can we have the option to delete posts in the Charity forum please?
Lanzer (Admin Lead): "Hmm, do you have item stacking enabled? The behavior is usually affected by that, otherwise it'll end up at the end of your inventory.

Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday evening. c: A few weeks back I had asked if it was possible to swap out/switch around the RIGs available in Lake Kindred levels as there aren't any plans to add on new levels. Lanzer had responded and said that he would ask the artists about that possibility. Any update is new RIGs for existing Lake kindred levels is possible? c: Thanks so much!

Profile Comments Is it possible to get a 'delete all' button for profile comments? Thousands and thousands can accumulate over the years and it'd just be painful to go through and one-by-one them if you ever wish to start fresh~

Wishlist This is still broken. If you visit the wishlist page (where you can drag and arrange the items around), old items you've already deleted will re-appear on your wishlist.
