I'm a bit of a retard for anything Moosewood puts out. My favourites so far are:

Moosewood Cooks at Home.
Moosewood Simple Suppers.
And (the best one of all. : P)
Moosewood Soups. ^^

The other two cookbooks I use most are the Veganomicon, and a vegan cookbook called REFRESH.

www.fatfreevegan.com seems to me to be the most complete vegan recipe website... though i do love my mom's old Moosewood Cookbook

I like the International Vegetarian Union site, it has a whole pile of ethnic foods. A lot of the recipes are vegan as well or can be easily modified to be vegan.

I've also used The Veggie Table, which also has vegan recipes.

I too like vegweb.com It's very active with people and you can sort by ratings and reviews. I feel a little better cooking something other people have loved.
