Lol, well, just practice your hiragana and katakana! You'll find absolutely no kanji in the text of the Pokémon games, so they're really great for beginners to practice on. 3nodding

I'll have problems understanding much of the story with my little vocab. Hopefully it'll improve by the time I get to Japanese III and I'll know enough to read.
