The beast burst through the trees, not worrying about being silent anymore, he was hungry and his prey was right in front of him and already aware that its life was almost over. Theodore sank his teeth into the creatures neck, and began to suck hurriedly, taking in the blood with a sweet euphoric feeling that warmed every inch of his body and sent tingles down his spine. Once the corpse of the bear was completely drained he tossed it aside effortlessly, not bothering to wipe his bloody face, and walked away, silent once again.
With Theodore's hunger satisfied he could now think straight, and he hated when this happened. His instincts now subsided and he began to ponder his exsistance, thinking like a human. He ached for companionship, or at least another mind to converse with. He wanted romance, he wanted knowledge, he wanted art and culture, and most of all he wanted to lay his eyes upon a beautiful woman, for it had been so many years.
Suddenly a flutter was heard high above. He looked up instinctively and spotted a beautiful green and blue bird, it didn't look like it belonged anywhere near here, where ever here was, let alone this world. The bird flew down through the trees, as he watched, and landed upon Theodore's shoulder, looking him in the eyes, and even though birds had no way to smile something about this one gave away that it was smiling. Theodore looked about the bird with great curiosity, wondering why it wasn't flying away in fright. Suddenly a musical male voice echoed through his head. "Ello there young sir', you seem very confused, is there anything i can help you with?" Theodore jumped at the sudden intrusion of his head. He let out a growl as he looked about the forest for an explaination. "Are you that dense? It was me silly, the heavenly bird on your shoulder..." Theodore's temper grew as the voice echoed in his head, but he forgot the words to reply to the creature as he stared into its eyes again, on his shoulder.

This bright, intelligent mind that yelled into her own consiousness. As she breaks through the trees, she sees the young man with a blue bird on her shoulder. She warily walks toward him* Hello, my name is Lady Rose of the Vanderbalt family and who might you be?

Theodore's trance into the birds eyes was broken suddenly when a new voice broke through the trees. He spun suddenly, startling Bloodwing, to stare at the newcomer, she was beautiful, with his jaw hanging slack. He couldn't help himself. He knew it was rude, but it had been so long since he had seen a female of his own race. Bloodwingperked up and mentally spoke to Lady Rose, "His name is Teddy, or Theodore if you would prefer. My name is Bloodwing, the bird on his shoulder. He seems to have forgotten speech for he has been in this forest for quite awhile, relying only on instincts."

And hello to you Teddy oh and may I say, *she gets out of her polite character and smiles big* Lift your mouth up. *She walked forward and pushed his mouth closed.* Do you remember how to speak Teddy, or shall we comunicate another way? My mind telepathy is not perfect but I might be able to communicate as so, maybe.
