Can you get get PAST vollectibles that where from like 2003 ? Or do you have to buy it for insanely expensive prices at the market place ??

The only way you can get the past collectibles is if you buy the sealed envelope, or buy the actual Item at the marketplace (both well over 10K), or if someone gives it to you for free. But that isn't likely to happen.
One way of getting the money needed for the item is to make a quest thread, or participate in a contest on the forums.
The only donation items that you can get now are the ones meant for August, 2007.

You can't get past one unless you buy them in the market it's the only way to get them they will never be released again but you can get them from spinning the wheel at anime conventions Gaia goes to

No really read The pay by mail thing If it arrives there with a date it gives you the collectible for that month http://www.gaiaonline.com/collectiblesschroll cown and read the "How do I get Monthly Collectibles" spot

No thats not what it say if what your saying was true everyone would have old items it's says if you said a mailed letter for a item the month you sent it in was that month you get it say you sent it in July but did not get there to August you still get the July item

Well I just sent in an order and got a chubby chik [[ scream ]]!! And two little envelopes. Is there somthing inside them like a GOOD item ? Cause if all I get is a ******** chicken im gonna be pissed...

Wow you really don't know about monthly items at all
On the 15th you can open them and there will be a good item you will only be able to get this month from buying those envelopes as you call them trust me it will be good and if you don't like it you can sell it in the market for 10k or more atleast

All you have to do is label the letter that you send to them for the month
you want. My brother does it all the time. It works you just have never
tried it. stare
