I like both, but I prefer manga a bit more. Death Note and Saiyuki are my favorite manga.

so far my faves are bleach naruto and shaman king i wish they do more shaman king and i have to watch bleach on the internet as it doesnt show where i live sad

Deathnote would be my favorite manga.
As for anime, I'd have to say Chobits.
